Follow the instructions carefully and it is great. I can see if you don’t put it together quite right it might be creaky or feel odd, but I found it very useful!

Quick delivery, easy to put together was trying to make one in my garage but haven’t got time, wanted a sturdy wagon for the beach and this is it.

It took me a couple of hours to assemble. I am a 70 year old woman and did it alone. Lot of complaints about instructions but as long as you read and look at pictures (especially the pictures) it is all very clear. I have yet to use the wagon but don’t see any problems as it is very sturdy. I live on a narrow boat a ten minute walk from my car. I can see that this will be eminently suitable for carrying the toilet cassette, coal, wood, rubbish and recycling. A bicycle pump might be needed at some point the pump the tires up if they go down…hopefully they won’t.

This comes in a lot of bits and is a little fiddly to put together, but it is well-made and feels very sturdy now it is up and running. It rolls easily and seems quite controllable pushing as well as pulling. We use it for carrying tools and garden waste, so we don’t have any need to drop the sides so I can’t comment on that aspect, but it is a reasonable size that means it can take a lot of garden cuttings but also isn’t then so heavy you cannot move it.

All packed and awaiting return or I would have included photos. Instructions are dreadful but I am guessing most would figure it out on their own. Assuming there are not more carts out their supplied with the same fault! The Yoke as they term it pivots between two point, which of course need to be vertically above/below each other. Having started assembly I found it impossible to fix this item as shown. When I looked these two holes are in the region of 100mm out of line. There is simply no way to assemble as per the instructions. I doubt even brute force and ignorance would make that happen. If it di the cart would never function. This particular part had been shaped and welded and powder coated, yet clearly nobody had bothered with even the most basic of checks to ensure it was right. Jut the briefest glance at a master copy would have sufficed to make it obvious something was wrong. Indeed even that should not be needed if the person making it or the person checking the product had glanced for more than a nano second. That is two hours of my life along with costs in printing and re securing the box wasted. All because the company did not want to waste its money on quality control. My big concern is these parts are usually made on a jig for consistency, which suggests there may be hundreds or even thousand of faulty carts out there wait for unsuspecting buyers. Personally I would not consider buying this product unless there is a clear note on the description acknowledging the issue and confirming all stock has been checked and any faulty yokes replaced

Sturdy and robust. Only downside is the handle doesn’t fold down when storing. Swapped the handle bolt with a wingnut so that handle can be removed. The instructions are appalling so don’t go expecting to put this up in a short time.

The media could not be loaded.
Instructions for construction were not good. Hope my video helps others.I had to contact manufacturer as one faulty part (wrong washer size) – their website if anyone else needs it can be found googling the supplier address on invoice. I also suggested they improve instructions or make a video for customers.

Product was supposed to be 51cm wide, its actually 45cm wide, now useless for me.Bolt welded to frame had no threads and I’ve had to drill the frame and add a new bolt.Arrived with a few dints and twists, this wasn’t transport problem as the box was undamaged.Tyres are flat, hopefully they’re not damaged find out at the garage tomorrow.Don’t buy this product, spend a little bit more on a better model.

Details, details!
I love my little garden cart! Just do yourself a favor and zoom in on the display pic so you can see how the sides of it are supposed to connect. I didn’t pay close attention and ended up with a wonky looking cart I had to dismantle and reconfigure. After that, though, it looked just like the pic. It has been a lifesaver this year during spring planting!

Best I found for a super construction wagon.
I was looking for a reasonable priced wagon for my portable generator. I read lots of reviews form all of you and “ Thank you!” Many of you had issues with quality and construction of the wagon so keptOn searching and found this one, read the reviews and ordered. The wagon was delivered very quickly and I was very delighted. The item was well boxed with taping in the right places. One very small hole in the carton however allowed a few of the hardware pieces to escape a plastic covered card which held the others. I located the lost pieces in the boxing and all were accounted for. A plus for the taping job done for the shopping. All structure pieces arrived in perfect shape. Just assembled using the supplied directions easily and I am very impressed with the cart. For the price over a little over 100 dollars and free prime shipping this was a welcome bargain. You won’t go wrong with this garden wagon. Thanks all for your reviews folks!Happy customer Denny.

Quality control needs work.
The steering yoke was not correct for this unit. Had to drill a new hole on top flat side 1-1/2″ in from the existing hole in order for it to match up.

Interesting Assembly
Instructions not clear. If your not mechanically inclined I’d pass on this. There’s some common sense requirements not in the instructions. But all the parts were there and marked well. I’d buy it again.

Why haven’t I gotten one sooner!
Absolutely love it. Came in handy immediately for moving stones around the yard. Very easy to dumb. Took a few hits which bent the sides a little bit but still 100% working order. No way I could have completed my projects without this. Took me about an hour to put together by myself.

The yoke may be drilled incorrectly.
Found out while assembling the wagon that the yoke for the handle is drilled incorrectly. The holes that are drilled in the arm of the yoke requiring two holes had only one and is the wrong size holes. The arm that needs one hole has two holes and they are too small. Quality control missed this one!

Missing parts
Overall a very sturdy product. Big off-road tires and collapsible sides are helpful. It was missing fasteners and after emails back forth from Super Handy still waiting to hear if they will send said parts. I ended going to the hardware store and picking up the fasteners so I could use the product which is disappointing.

Great little lawn cart
Very happy with the sturdy construction. The assembly instructions were poor, but once it is together, it’s a great cart!

Update! Great Customer Service and a Wonderful Product
Update: I finally got what I needed to out this togeather( gotta love slow mail). This thing works wonderfully. It super sturdy and easy to assemble. Customer service is amazing and replied very quickly. Even with the unfortunate circumstances I would 100% recommend this again.Unfortunately I cannot properly review this as I am missing half the needed nuts and such to assemble and am missing the steering link. It seems like its been repackaged as the insert that holds the parts was already cut and ripped open leaving what was remaining at the bottom of the box. I’m waiting to hear back.

Nice cart
This cart has been super handy. First, I found it pretty easy to assemble. It holds a lot of weight and is pretty maneuverable. The one downside is that it does not have a very wide wheel base and so if you pile stuff too high in it, it gets a little tippy when you take a corner. I’d buy it again.

Really heavy
I’ll have to update! Purchased the orange metal wagon. I won’t lie, this wasn’t easy at first site to piece together but mission accomplished! I am moving, and this will help carry loads, also groceries from car to apartment! Thankyou, and so far is good!

Husband really like but there were issues. The axel on the from is bent. Made putting it together a bit difficult. Will reach out to the seller through.

Wagon is excellent. Large tires make it easy to pull and body is strong.
The only drawback to this wagon was the packaging it was shipped in. The package was covered in tape and dented. All the major parts were intact but the bolts and washers were all over the place and a couple of washers were missing. The wagon itself is excellent.

Get what you pay for
The utility wagon has some much excess swarf that I have spent 45 minutes getting it out of the railing. Plus I’ll have to grind down the remaining sharp edges, potentially have to re-weld several key structural areas, and then re-paint it. I am very disappointed in this product, if I wanted to make a wagon I wouldn’t have purchase one.

So-So
This was part of a pkg deal that was supposed to come with a small electric shredder. The Shredder never came and I was provided a refund via Amazon for that. This cart is handy, but it isn’t very sturdy. Instructions are pretty much non-existent but was able to put it together. Was disappointed in how flimsy it is. I’ll be able to use it, but it wont do the work I expected it to.

It’s small
It looks like it will hold up well. I went back and reviewed the information presented and if the deck size was there, it was not apparent. I needed a 24″ x 48″ deck and this one is more like 18″ X 36″.

Just what we needed
Was looking for an affordable durable cart to haul wood and other stuff in. This has more than met our needs.

Does the job (hauling boxes of firewood) for me.
Instructions are good except for the very small print. All small parts in blisters on card and each blister labelex. Great for the price.

Directions are junk but awesome wagon otherwise
Wagon is very well made. The directions are very confusing. I ended up just putting it together with out them. Kids love it.

Very easy to put together with one exception.
Great product. Easy to put together with one exception. One major part was very snug and the holes would not line up. I used a longer bolt and made it work. Can’t wait to use the wagon for yard work.

You need to be super handy to assemble this thing. Good size. Took standard & metric to assemble
This thing was a little but frustrating to assemble because it couldn’t make it’s mind up on what it wanted to be. I had the socket set out and one piece would be a 12mm, another would be a 13mm, and something else might be a 3/4 or a 5/8. It was scattered between standard and metric. A few of the pieces fit together kind of snug and I gave them a few taps with a hammer or mallet. The side panels on mine had a couple flaws in the mesh or wire where it didn’t fully attach, but it doesn’t seem to mess with function. Once assembled, it’s a decent size wagon for the price. It’s comparable to the plastic hardware store ones, although the weight load on this one is about half of hardware store ones of similar sizes. The bright orange color is noticeable, and traffic can definitely see me when I use this wagon to take out the recycling. I’m able to be seen from some distance so it’s not a surprise that I’m beside the road. The sides let down easily enough, although the metal latch closure is finicky. Sometimes I have to stop and use both hands to get a side down. It has came in handy, though for hauling things. I was able to use it recently to haul two air conditioner window units that I struggle to manage one of by hand. It’s a game changer around the farm because my spouse can load the wagon up, and it’s easier for me to pull 300 lbs than it is for me to break it down into multiple trips and do it by hand or attempt to use the dolly or hand truck. It’s a nice cart overall, but was frustrating to assemble. It’s a fair price considering. I’d get it again, although I did struggle to find balance when working on the wheel assembly. I still think I have it a little tight for turns, but I’m sure it’ll loosen up the more I use it on the farm.
