Bought this lounger 2 months as a June birthday gift. Looked great as it was unpacked but has a faulty arm which is integral to be able to sit upon recline. Can only contact seller to the point where you say its damaged then you are told it’s not in their policy to refund/replace. You can’t even state your case to the seller. Shame because otherwise its a lovely lounger

this product is absolutely a crab, my kids and myself including my mum were all had experience felt from this chair and landed on our head( we try to sit on it at different times in the day without communicating how dangerous it is), this chair is very dangerous for all ages, not safe at all!!! Yes, this chair fell upside down.However, after communicating, the seller is not willing to refund this dangerous product with free delivery, so far I had contacted Amazon a few times but still asked me to pay for the return postage and also the fee to put this back to the warehouse shelf.Don’t Buy it unless you want to hurt yourself!

Hooks under armrest are made of plastic which I suspect will break in couple of months and then it’s totally useless to use them

Bought this in July 2019. Had a limited summer couple of months. Brought out again to use this summer and the ratchets are not holding and the chair bumps down to laying position all the time. Spoke to the company and they said it is a limited 6 month warranty so will not do anything about it. Do not buy this product. It is not built to last.
