The gas garden heater is perfect. I used it on a couple of occasions and I highly recommend. The height is perfect, alsmost 180 and emits heat all the way around. I didn’t expect to be that good and I am pleasantly surprised. In the bottom section of the heater you can fit your 13kg gas bottle. It comes with bottle connector and is very easy to assemble. Also, in the package a cover is included to protect it from the rain.

After reading reviews about this patio heater I decided it’s the one for me, came fairly quickly and was well packaged, the little spanner that comes with it is rubbish, would advise to have a socket set, makes putting it together a lot easier and quicker, anyway put it together and it looks amazing, unfortunately went to fire it up and nothing, turns out the ignition switch was faulty, so contacted the seller, explained the problem and supplied a video too of the issue, and was sent a new part which sorted out the problem, Got to say it looks amazing and throws out decent heat which is enough to keep you warm but not roasting you to death, very happy with it albeit a dodgy start.

We bought this to use on our patio during the cooler spring and autumn evenings. It works well but you do need to huddle close to it to feel the benefit. Quite an expensive bit of kit but we did enjoy using it when we could get together outdoors before lock down was fully lifted. Overall, pleased with this purchase. It came exceptionally well packaged and was straight forward to assemble. The gas bottle hides inside so makes it a neat looking patio heater compared to many others we looked at. It is also very easy to move to the location you want (e.g. we move it between our recliner chairs and table set up with no problem). The cover is a bonus which does help protect it from the elements.

I think the domed top needs to be a bit bigger in diameter to deflect the heat down more, any slight breeze seems to take the heat away. Had to sit pretty close to it on second use. First time we used it there was no breeze at all and couldn’t fault it. Also advise to remove the gas bottle before moving the heater around to reduce weight, nothing really to hold on to and risk damaging the cage around the glass tube when moving. Overall I do like this heater, good size and doesn’t take over the garden which is one of the reasons I went for this heater. I would recommend it. Looks great and feels great when no breeze.

I needed a patio heater to fit under my open pergola and the height suited just right. Assembly was easy but could have done with a long box spanner rather than the open ended spanner provided – not a problem for me but maybe for some who don’t have tool kits, but that’s my only critisism. Be aware that propane gas bottles are expensive if you buy for the first time since you pay for the cannister AND the gas but thereafter swap the canister and just pay for the gas. This product is very elegant and has the feel of an open fire with more than enough wrmth on a chilly evening. The finish is pleasant and the protective cover provided is easy to slip over having a zip topto bottom.

Hi The instructions where in the 4th box of 4 boxes by which stage I had unpacked everything and discovered the glass chimney was packed inside the casing only as it slipped out and smashed. Gas depot were absolutely excellent in their customer service I sent them photos they sent me a new Chimney Couldn’t recommend the company highly enough. Fairly easy assembly just some awkward placed screws on the cage that can only be hand tightened and a couple of parts that weren’t turned properly so the nut wouldn’t go on and only two of these could I get the spanner on to tighten other than that I am waiting on a cool evening to get outside and enjoy my new heater

Seen reviews saying heat output was not great but took the chance. Had it on full for about 5 mins then had to turn it down as it was getting quite warm. Fits under our gazebo with plenty of room for ventilation. It looks brilliant with the spiral flame 🔥 and gives off a nice glow when it gets dark outside. Assembly was a bit tricky with spaner provided however I swapped over to using a socket set and it was put together in about 20 mins. Came with a free cover for when not in use, cover is off a decent quality.

Really good heater , I’ve had a standard type patio heater in the past and this one is far better it’s a little lower on height which is good as the heat comes down quicker and with the spiral flame it definitely looks a lot better , I seen a review saying the cover wasn’t the best but it seems ok for outdoor use in the summer and I think it would be ok in winter time will tell . Really pleased with purchase , and the seller could not be more helpful with any queries (gas suppliers )

Fairly easy to assemble. The gas control switch was broken but the supplier very quickly sent a new one by courier. Heat output is better than the standard style patio heaters as it’s not as tall. Very lovely to look at the spiral flame. Have had 2 previous patio heaters and this one is by far the best. The cover that comes with it is of good quality. I definitely recommend!!

Really pleased with this, came quickly compared to other suppliers. Looks great , good heat output and now we dont need lights either as it provides both. It does feel a little bulky in that you either have to put it to one side or peer round it to talk to anyone but it goes under the gazebo and awning really well compared to other heaters which tend to be too tall.
