Love this lamp.It’s small, light weight and portable (needs power – although I have managed to use it with a powerbank.I mainly use it through the Smart Life app. The on unit controls are a little confusing at first but I’ve gotten used to them over time.It gives off a lovely light and covers a wide range of vivid colours. It become my go to light to take away and put in the kids room etc.

Please note that the app it tells you to download to use with these DOES NOT work. You need the “Smart Life” app.It’s a shame I have to give a low rating because the lamps themselves are fine.My reason for star deductions are simply because the supplied app it tells you to use does not work with these lamps, you will be forever stuck trying to pair it to your Alexa enabled device. The Smart Life app is exactly the same as the one it tells you to download. Unsure why that one works and the other does not.Spent hours and hours messing around trying to get them to work! Ended up finding a solution on a tech sub reddit which solved the issue. I have deducted 1 star for the wrong app and another star just for the sheer annoyance I went through trying to get them set up!The lamps themselves once paired with Alexa work fine and compliment my new bedroom rather nicely, I particularly like being able to dim the brightness with my voice through Alexa and using the routine to turn off lamps when your Alexa enabled device hears you snoring. As someone who often falls asleep with a light on this is worth it for me and why I wanted these devices specifically to pair with Alexa and not the slightly cheaper ones that didn’t offer this functionality.Overall, they seem like a great product, just a shame I can’t rate them higher. My only hope is people read this review and avoid the headache I myself went through.

Good little smart lamp for the price. Few gripes — the power button on the device doesn’t work but it can be turned on and off from the app- the pre set scenes that switch between colours change very fast, it would be better if they faded into each other- lamp doesn’t work when not plugged in, having a portable aspect really could have made it betterWith these points in mind I would still recommend the lamp

I recieved 2 of these lamps this evening and I love them!I found the lamp fairly easy to set up (took me approx 20 minutes to set up the first one, and 1 minute for the second), though the instructions could have been very slightly clearer – but I am by no means very tech savvy and I managed.The lamps work exactly as described and I think the functionality is brilliant – especially for the price. I did notice on camelcamelcamel.com the lamps have gone for cheaper historically (I purchased each for about £35) but rather than wait for them to go down again in price I went ahead anyway – and I still think the value is good for what you get.The light is great for a bedroom table, small so doesn’t clutter your bedside table, but powerful enough to provide some decent lighting.As described you can turn the lamps on/off, change the brightness, the colour (they have a great range) or you can select pre-set schemes, all from your phone. I personally bought these lamps so I could turn the bedside light on & off using just my voice (via my phones google assistant app), no more fumbling around to find the light switch or twisting and turning. You can also set a plan/schedule/timer which I find very handy, so I don’t even need to use verbal commands most of the time.I’d recommend these lamps to anyone and would probably buy Lepro products again.

Love this light. Once set up very easy to use and control over the app.Though setting up the app was not very easy and seems to take around 45 minutes for it to register. No idea why.But I would recommend it.

There is an app you can download to change the colours on the light, but I am is old school light is a light, but this is a low Power mode light with a C charging cable which sadly isn’t long enough so I’ve had to buy my own

The lamp looks nice and is not big or bulky. After unboxing it and plugging in, it took about 5 minutes to set up and works seamlessly with my echo dot. Downloaded that app as per the instructions and was good to go. Love all the different colour options. Really pleased with this, will probably buy another few for the house. A+

The Alexa skill for controlling the lamp could not be found using the Lepro App, but I was able to use the Smart Life app to connect it to Alexa.

Lamp itself gives lovely light.But the reason I bought this was for its ‘smart’ features. There’s a non-smart version.The app you’re supposed to download doesn’t connect to wifi, neither does the “Smart Life” app on Play Store. So no way of controlling from phone, no access to the dimming, timer etc functions.Returned for refund.

Purchased this lamp for my hallway. Very pleased with it.Downloaded the lamp UX app. Turned off 5ghz on the router. Opened the app and the lamp connected with ease.To enable use with alexa I enabled the LE lampux skill and connected to the lamp. Took all of 5 minutes.Very pleased. I have the lamp set to come on and off at sunset and sunrise.Great purchase.

You can do everything from the phone, google home for example or its own app.Dont even try to adjust intensity from the lamp its a nightmare. Switching on and off manually is fine.

Really easy to set up , managed to setup and everything within 15 minutes probably. I was surprised with how bright this lamp was! And I love how you can change it from a bright white light to a more yellow light. I also like how you can change it from different colours and you can also dim those to your preferences. I think this is a really handy little lamp! And I love how I can control it via my phone! If you have forgotten to turn your lamp of and you have left your home you can even turn it off wherever you are. My new favourite thing

EDIT: just over 24 hours later and I’m having the same issue on both devices. If anyone from the manufacturer is reading this, please investigate the issue. I can turn the light on for a second or two before it switches off again. Happens on two devices now, original worked perfectly just over 2 weeks ago.——I bought this to replace a different model from the same manufacturer. The previous version worked fine until I went away for 3 weeks, came back and it repeatedly switched itself off after switching on. Like I said, it worked perfectly before then so I thought I’d just buy a different version from the same company.The only issue with these sort of lamps is getting them connected to the phone and internet. Or, that’s usually the issue, but this one worked instantly. Download the LeproLampUX app and create an account before you start. Then plug the lamp in and the green lights flash. Press the “+” logo on the top right of the app. Mine had an “auto detect” option at the top, which I pressed. It then started to auto connect to the new lamp and had done so within 10 seconds.Clicking on the lamp once connected takes you to a screen where you can fully control the lamp. Brightness, colour, patterns etc. It’s an even nicer interface from before, so maybe the upgrade is what broke the previous model?Either way, they have been great purchases and highly recommend them if, like me, you’re too lazy to get out of bed to switch the light off/on!

I purchased these lamps a month ago to add to my smart home. They work great with voice commands and automations either via home assistant (through Tuya) or the native app.After a few weeks the lamps became unresponsive via voice/app, though they still either via physical touch. I couldn’t put them in pairing mode to add again to the app so I reached out to customer support who were prompt in responding but were unable to solve the issue so they sent me a replacement lamp. Everything is working fine again so happy with the product and great no hassle customer support so can definitely recommend

I purchased this lamp a few weeks ago and my life has become so much easier with it. I have an Alexa so I have it connected and all I have to do to turn it on and off is to ask Alexa. I don’t need to get up of where I am to do anything. It has made my life so easy. Also there are so many colour choices to choose from. The colour wheel makes it even better as you can very different shades of each colour. The brightness is also amazing, it has 2 different shades, a yellow and white. I use the yellow full brightness at night and it isn’t distrusting when I’m tired. Overall great product I would recommend.

I love that you can dim the light from the comfort of your own bed, especially if the lamp is for children. You can wait until they are asleep and then adjust the brightness when they have fallen asleep. You can set the lamp to have a warmer tone or brighter tones if you wish. The timer is an amazing feature too! I don’t have to remember to go to their room to turn off the lamp as the timer does it for me!!! One less thing to remember to do in the morning!

The lamp is great nice compact works well with the app and connects to google home/Alexa well. My main issue is setting up sunrise wake up is not intuitive it’s under settings then plan. No mention of sunrise had to contact the manufacturer to even figure it out

Without a doubt the easiest wireless set up device I’ve seen, took about 15 seconds to connect and pretty much instant response to the app. So many light/colour brightness settings also! The material does look slightly plasticky and glossy but otherwise couldn’t recommend more.

I’ve bought other Lepro products previously and am always super happy, easy to integrate with smart home network (Alexa/Google) easy to control and set schedules. I have mine set as orange to wake me up in the mornings, then magenta to relax in the evenings. This helps me to regulate a schedule with clear visual colour indicators.

I haven’t had any issues so far. I’ve been using as a reading light and as a wake up light using the sunrise mode. The app has lots of options for colour and patterns. My only issue is the G energy rating.

Ok when they work bought 2 as bedside lights. One worked from the go and was easy to set up. The second one couldn’t be recognised. Returned the faulty one and the replacement worked fine. Need to get uptu date with the Wi-Fi connection

I use this everyday. It’s so convenient that I get to control it from an app so I don’t have to get out of bed to turn it off. I love that I can control the brightness, warmth and colour as well. I like setting timers for the morning when I have to get up in the dark winters.

It took me several attempts to get it to talk to my phone via the WiFi, mostly because ours is both 5 Ghz and 2.5 Ghz without any option to specify which option you connect via.A few attempts via the second method on the app did get it talking to the phone, and once past that initial hurdle, it is a dream.I mostly am using it on the ‘Night Light’ setting, as I don’t like having bright lamps that make my eyes hurt. Even on the brighter settings though, it’s comfortable and I really love the flexibility of the different modes it offers.

I’m really annoyed because I loved this lamp and was really impressed with it.But my first one went funny after a couple of days and started flickering like a candle which was really unpleasant and distracting.So I returned it and bought another one. Not even 24 hours in, the second lamp started doing the same thing.So I’ll be returning this one too and buying a different product.

I absolutely love this lamp even though I had to wait 4 days before I could use it no fault to Amazon that was just the storm in Scotland that not the power out but I add to lead the good fun that I can have with this light and with my disabilities it makes it easier for me to get around through the night when I wake up through the night but I do have a question how do I change the bulb if the bulb goes because it is all sealed anybody else brought this and know the answer

Good light when you can get it working. Unfortunately a nightmare when you can’t. Mine stopped pairing with the app, impossible to get it to go into pairing mode to reset. Instructions say to press the timer button for 5 secs but nothing happens. Instructions assume that the lights will flash, no info on what to do if they don’t. Have seen other people with same problem. Poor show.

As I own a number of Echo devices, I thought it was time to add some “Smart” Lights.I wanted to get a bedside light so I didn’t have to fondle around in the dark to switch on/off and chose this one.It was easy to set up via a google app and easy to add as an Alexa skill and now I can control levels and colours all via voice command.Also, an added bonus is that it runs on 5V USB so I can plug into a USB power out on a mains extension lead.Perfect.

I’m not very happy with this purchase. The light is bright but hard to adjust, I put instructions in the app but they take a while to be implemented and the buttons aren’t too useful, I wish I could adjust it manually. Also it will only work with 2ghz wifi.

I use SmartLife for my choice app and this linked with it without a hitch. I can alter colours and light with the app. I have it set up to turn off (through the app) after a set time as i am using it at the moment as a night light. It’s subtle enough to do that.Great product.

Very nice light, I though it wouldn’t be bright enough but I literally have to dim it because it’s too bright for me. Haven’t tried yet the Alexa functionality. It doesn’t get warm. It is super light but at the same time it feels a bit cheap, although it doesn’t feel like it’s going to brake anytime soon. Worth the money in my opinion

As a touch light it is fine- however myself, and friends who are much more techno than me can get the voice activation to work. Therefore, I could have bought a cheaper option!
