Bought two for gazebo. Throws out plenty of heat and gives a few more hours enjoying long UK summer evenings. Bear in mind this is 2.5Kw – so basically 10A per unit. Standard 13A wiring and fuses won’t handle two at same time so ensure to make provisions on that if purchasing more than one. I’m well happy, has remote and manual switch and the timer ensures no silly costs by leaving on after a few bevvies!!!

I work inside an old mill with no heating. It is often colder inside than outside during the winter months. I bought one of these to see how effective it was. It worked so well I bought three more. We are so warm inside now that we have to turn them off from time to time because it gets too warm. Very powerful.

For the price, you’ll struggle to beat it with anything else out there. Quality is ok, there were signs of wear but not too noticeable. Remote needs to be very close and like most now, need to press very firmly. Would have liked the option of an angled bracket for fitting off centre but may be being picky. Just installed so time will tell if durable. Overall, I’d purchase again

Brought 2. Placed one in an 27ft X 15ft conservatory. Wow. Heats up this large cold room in just a few minutes. I’ll be putting the other up on my patio area.

Hangs nicely in my gazebo, good drop to ensure safety and easily hung. Looks nice and the remote works great.3 heat settings and the light are controlled by remote. Heat given off even at lowest setting is really good and light is given off more from heating element than the LEDs.Only down side is the cable is not very long and we had to attach an extension with outdoor plug.

Bought two. One absolutely no problem. Identical mounting 3 feet apart from supporting beam of outbuilding. One the control end popped off and still was heating with no ability to turn off with remote and literally blew up with electrical smoke etc. The other one I can not fault. I sent pics to company and said I did not feel it was safe to return it its condition. They insisted as they understandably needed to ascertain the fault but never stated it needed to be packaged up nor that that the new one would not be delivered when collecting the blown up one. The DHP driver came with no replacement and then refused to take the defective one as it was not packaged up. I had assumed the new one would come and the old one would be placed in it’s box. I have an outdoor function and it has been 5 days since I sent the pic requesting a replacement. The phone number listed just cuts off.

The heat from the lamps is very good remote can be a bit tempremental.Most disappointing aspect is the lead is very very short, as these are to hang from the roof of our gazebo we have had to run an extension cable from the roof to the sockets on the floor

Really decent amount of heat even on middle setting. Four stars because the lead is very short for an outdoor heater and remote needs to be very close to work. However, cheap and works well compared to others on the market.

Item arrived earlier than expected and looks to be of good quality. Only issues being that it is describbed as a halogen heater,but it is actually a carbon fibre element.and illustrations show it to be painted black but it is actually unpainted aluminium material,I hope this does not affect the life of the product. Only other issue is that on trying to register guarentee i am not getting a confirmation back from futura as stated to complete process.

Quality robust product, the three heat settings are great for getting the temperature just right. The led light is a bit weak but not too bothered about that, didn’t actually know it had one when I ordered it. Around good buy, it does the job nicely.

Got to be honest dont use the remote. We have built a cwtch/ shelter with seating out the back and this heater is perfect for the cold evenings. Gives good heat off. Even in the winter we are still able to come outside as we have put curtains on our cwtch and with this heater is lovely and cosy

The Halogen lamp arrived as promised and the description is well written. I t was also supplied with bolts and a chain to hang it. It looks lovely, but not had the chance to try it yet as I have to get an extension lead long enough to be able to plug it in. I’m glad it’s from a small company who value feedback on their products.

Bought this for my outdoor shelter, perfect for keeping the chill off on a summer evening, easy to assemble and great for small outdoor areas. Only thing I would suggest is for it to have a longer lead.

Works well but for heat output, at 1.5kw it’s never going to complete with the gas alternatives. Great for taking the edge off a cool evening and very convenient to use.

A good product, but the plug lead is not long enough. I would recommend the 2000kw version rather than the 1500kw.

I should have bought this years ago, we were sat out in the sun under our gazebo then it went in and we began to shiver when I switched the overhead Halogen on we were warm again, we have sat out every weekend thanks to a well-made heater, it is so nice to sit out.

Brilliant little garden heater. I’ve had mine a year it still works really well. It took me a bit of time to work the remote control. After trying to push the buttons several times I discovered the remote only works upside down. Apart from that I’m amazed at how fast it heats up my covered back garden.

Great product, provides warmth and light under our patio awning for cooler evenings. First one arrived damaged but great customer service from supplier and replacement with me next day. Cable is quite short but this seems same for all versions. Remote control makes operation easy.
