Superb product. Purchased for my wife who suffers with rheumatoid arthritis, therefore it was important that it was also light as well as sturdy. Easy to fold an d carry. Not too many plastic parts that can break easily. Awesome.As for the delivery…I have given five stars because of the product.The package was left at the door. There was someone inside waiting for it, but the person never heard a knock, and it was a visitor who found it. This isn’t good. We are on the edge of a council estate where opportunists live. It happened again with another delivery later on in the week.

Decided to buy this recliner in January as it looked fab. Only unboxed it couple of weeks ago when good weather started. First thing I noticed was the padded seat was very flimsy. And after using it for just over a week the bar underneath going from one side to another bent and snapped. I think it might have been bent all along and ended up snapping. Could still use chair without bar but had to get another bar made for it because it had to be there for a reason. Pity about the issues because I love the size of the chair but because of the issues it’s not worth the money I paid for it.

It’s actually proves that for the money, the less strong chairs that we’ve all had, and they rusted away et cetera are designed to do just that. this thing would be okay sitting on in a hurricane and you’d never move*. I wouldn’t go back to buying anything else and I I don’t need it for the size it’s just better built.Allegedly

Bought for my wife and she is happy with it, but…1. The locking handle does not latch back properly on one side and I noticed one of the rivets had been put in backwards. Not sure if this was the cause but it suggests the manufacturing is a bit sloppy.2. The first time we folded up the chair for storage one side of the drinks tray broke. I guess you’re supposed to remember to remove it and store it separately but I imagine this happens to everyone at some point and they just chuck away the tray and forget about it.

Very comfortable and well made. Found that there is definitely a technique to make them recline easily. Firstly, if the mechanism is too stiff, use the spanner and alan key provided to loosen the pivot points to a required tightness. This is just trial and error to get the right setting. Only takes a few minutes. I note that some people have sent them back because they couldn’t get them to recline easily or that they couldn’t get the chair to lock into place. Simple solution, use the tools provided to fix. To recline easily (after having adjusted the pivot points) ensure your feet are on the foot rail, then push backward using both hands on the armrests. The only downside of the chair is the cup holders. Very small and not very secure. You can buy larger ones.

Looked at lots of Sun Lounger /Chairs before opting for this one. Most of the othersare nowhere near as sturdily constructed as this one and many others will rust and fall apart but this is made with sturdy alloy and will last for many years. Cushion could be a bit thicker but is still comfortable and movable pillow is very comfy. It also has Locking Levers so that when you recline it you can lock the position so it does not vary. All in all very pleased.

The chair looks good but the designer has not studied that it’s difficult to get into for people with mobility problems as the base of the recliner part restricts access to being able to sit down, I VERY MUCH REGRET MY PURCHASE
