Love how you can stand a bit of distance away and still feel the heat it’s very powerful and keeps you warm on the cooler nights

Bought two of these units based purely on the Amazon spec, customer reviews and cost. I did expect the worst but was pleasantly surprised. The units arrived within a couple of days of ordering. They were securely packed and complete and included a top fix gas regulator, fixing spanner and full height cover. Assembly instructions were straightforward if somewhat small in type however all the parts were clearly noted and simple to locate. You should allow about an hour to assemble the unit albeit that the protective film on the heat reflector sections is a pain to remove and requires some patience. The gas bottle cover lifts up and fits a bottle up to 13KG. If you’re in the UK, chances are you will have a Calor gas bottle. Please note, these use a horizontal fitted regulator not a top fix as supplied with this unit. You’ll need to get the correct regulator which can be bought separately.I would highly recommend this unit as the 13.5KW burner really throws out the heat. It is well engineered with all bolts, screws and parts lined up and fitted first time. For the price, and it is complete with a full height weather cover as well, this is a really good value patio heater.

Superb heater, very well packaged, easy to assemble, great heat output, pole mounted tabletop, and a full-length zip up cover that does leak, unfortunately the seams are not sealed, otherwise I’m very impressed.Assembly was easy following the supplied instructions, took about 1 hour to do on my own, all nuts and bolts were supplied in separated packaging and labelled instead of thrown in a bag like they usually are which meant the instructions were easily read and the setup went very smoothly.Fired up first time, on low heat its perfect to stand close to, on full the output is massive, couldn’t stand under it and radiated heat for at least 5 foot around it, will be very useful on the decking in the cold, can’t recommend it highly enough.Edit: had it running for 5 hours during a cold October garden Birthday Party and ran perfectly

Was looking for a heat source for an area at the side of our house that we use all year around. I have an autistic daughter who needs to get out and with the colder weather approaching this was a must. We have a wind break at one end to cut down on the effect of wind. Also purchased a large canopy which does an excellent job to keep the rain off. We had purchased a fire pit, but the smoke generated and smell on our clothes put us off. I had thought of an electric heater but had felt the effects of one of these gas powered patio heaters when out at a pub before and was very impressed. The delivery time from purchase was very quick, and following each step slowly I was able to put it together by myself. On trying it out for the first time we were amazed at how quickly the area heated up and as long as there’s some cover around you and you don’t sit too far away, it should provide great heat through the winter too. Now to the only downside as I see it. I bought a 10kg bottle and it was done in about a week. I must stress that we weren’t using it in the highest setting but below halfway and on low most of the time. As I see it if you intend to use it daily or for longer periods be prepared for about 2-3 refills a month. For occasional use or get togethers it’s nice to have , and impresses all who have felt it

Very happy with my patio heater, good quality ☺️.

I prefer to make a door in the bottom part to put the cylinder inside instead of lifting the tray and then the bottom part to put the cylinder.

Wanted one of these for ages, prices shot up during lockdown last year so waited till now to buy when price was more realistic.Well worth the money, easy to assemble and puts out plenty of heat. I’ve changed the regulator and am using Butane but that’s just because I had an empty Butane bottle lying about.I have secured it to the floor using the three bolts provided so it doesn’t tip and when I want to use it just take the bolts out and place it on the patio to wherever it suits.I’d recommend you have your own tools at hand to assemble or you’ll be swearing with the ones provided. One annoying point, the plastic coating that covers the tip cover takes ages to get off but one done no probs.Just to add, have used this on many occasions now and am not disappointed. We have it to one side of our patio table and even the people furthest away benefit from the heat.**************************************************************************************************************Update, during not so high winds the tooing and froing caused the weld to snap and the top half of this came loose. On Inspection the welding is rubbish. Got my friend to put some proper weld on it and it is now up and running again. The weld I’m on about is where the top attached to the base.**********************************************************************************************************************Just a tip, as we are now in winter, I have semi disassembled the heater and put it away in the hut for the Winter.

On receipt of the product spent around one hour constructing. All bolts and fittings were tightened as tough as possible, but even then the unit gave the impression of being a little flimsy. From July to date it sat outside unmoved. To be fair it worked okay. But at the weekend the Heater crashed down into the ground and the saucer area was badly damaged. This was not in windy weather, and had we been using the Heater I dread to think what might have happened. When I looked over the unit every single fitting had loosened, almost as if someone had gone along and removed all of them (which had certainly not happened). I have never known anything like it, clearly the bolts and nuts are not heavy duty enough for the weight of the unit, I am now going to have to replace all the fittings. Furthermore the wingnuts and bolts attaching the saucer section are not galvanised and are rusting badly already and are no longer fit for purpose.Looks nice but looks can be deceptive and unfortunately you get what you pay for. Keep well away from children, animals and anything which might go up in flames if the unit collapses unexpectedly.UPDATE – Told both Amazon and the seller of the serious issues but both ignored my concerns. Just avoid this product a Builder we know said the fixings were cheap and wear and break too easily he replaced them all for us.

Heater looks great and has a solid feel about it. The plastic coating on the deflector was a ****** to get off. Drinks tray is great idea but I couldn’t raise the base cover to rest it on the internal supports because of the plastic tightener locking the tray. Had to support the base cover on a garden chair to install the gas bottle. Heat not quite as high as I hoped but then again I sat out at beginning of March so it was chilly anyway. The “free” cover is a great idea. Overall I would not hesitate in buying again or recommending to a friend.

The heater was easy to assemble. Down side was that once complete the heater does lean to one side. I did try to straighten it by adjusting the fittings to no avail. But saying that for the money I think it will be a good addition to the garden and after a drink or two it will be perfectly straight. One massive issue I had was not with the heater but the carrier. DPD are next to useless. I admit they did deliver the item in the time frame they said. Unfortunately to the wrong house. After spending nearly an hour knocking on doors I located it. The only way I could blame this on the seller is if they was driving the DPD van.Used the heater last night and I must say this is well worth the money. At one point it was too far to hot.

Had a bit of an issue with the first one I ordered it didn’t stand up straight it was wonky and it had some scratches on it. Seller quickly arranged an exchange and it’s perfect. Gives off a lot of heat and can hold up to a 13kg gas bottle very sturdy once the bottle is in it to weigh it down and the cover fits perfectly. Took around an hour to assemble the first time but I knew where everything went the second time round so took me about 40 minutes, instructions are easy to follow. Very simple to operate and looks really nice. 10/10

This took some time to assemble but all the parts were there. When assembling the very top of the unit 2 people were need to align the nuts and bolts. 2 holes did not align problem and so it was impossible to get the bolt through but the structure seems to function well without this one. The biggest drawback of this unit is that is difficult to move on your own even with 2 small wheels at the base. However my main concern is that there is no door in the base and so the whole unit has to be lifted to change the cylinder. Although this will have to be done infrequently it will not be easy to do and I will need one other person to help. This is a major design flaw. If I had realised this I would not have purchased this model. Although the heat output is good, moving the unit and replacing the cylinder require 2 people.
Heather leedham –
The heat output is great but the method of fixing the heat to the rest of it is extremely poor.In general the quality of fixings are very poor but they do the job, that is apart from the 4 bolts that are supposed to hold the burner on.4 m6 bolts that are threaded into 0.4mm stainless. The instructions state tighten these 4 bolts firmly but it is impossible to tighten them at all without them stripping, leaving the burner loose and wobbling around. For the money this is a good value heater, let down badly by not sorting out the burner fixings.
stephym –
Heat output is great, too heavy with the gas bottle to move from one end of a large garden. The answer is easy – I bought another one for the other end
Jintie –
It was relatively easy to assembleNeeds the gas cylinder inside to have full stability from high winds otherwise easily blown overLooks good even when coveredHeat output good after few minutes we had to move away from it as it was too warmHeat still good at distanceIt’s a good buy
Ian Orr –
Great item
tichy –
Fairly easy to put together. Throws out an impressive amount of heat . Delivered promptly. Plenty of more expensive ones out there but why would you pay any more ? This item more than delivers and comes with its own cover so I’m hoping wears well too.

for £130 absolute bargain, well packaged, well made, delivered a day early, had a old gas fire butane and nicked the regulator of it, assembly was a bit fiddley but managed it ok, the top deflector is like a flying saucer, well happy thinking of buying another, UPDATE NOW HAVING PROBLEMS, AFTER BEING ON 10 MIN THE FLAME GOES DOWN TO LOW AND WONT TURN BACK UP, IT STATES THAT THIS WILL WORK ON PROPANE AND BUTANE ,i DOUBT THIS BECAUSE READING THE INSTRUCTIONS IT STATES YOU HAVE TO USE THE REGULATER SUPPLIED WHICH IS FOR PROPANE, i HAD A OLD GAS FIRE WHICH i HAD A REGULATER FOR BUTANE, SO ALL i CAN SAY IT MAKES A NICE GARDEN FEATURE, i AM NOT PREPARED TO SPEND ANOTHER £80 FO A BOTTLE OF PROPANE TO SEE IF IT FIXES THE ISSUE

Slight issue with item on delivery but rectified very quickly by the company. Great product, fairly easy to put together (best with your own tools). Even knowing it was rated at 13.5kw was pleasantly surprised at the output when sitting below it. Would highly recommend this product 👍
Jupiler –
This patio heater ticks all boxes. It’s good value, arrived on time and well packaged. Straightforward and easy to put together. Gas bottle connection included. Lit 1st time and the adjustable heat is spot on. The extra touch of including a cover should give it 6 🌟. Very happy with this and would highly recommend
Mandy Howes –
Relatively easily to assembleGood heat distributionWe thought it appeared a little unsteady and not sure how it would withstand a windy dayDefinitely needs to be secured at the base as blew over in a 22mphWe did not initially secure the base as wanted the flexibility to move it as requiredSo disappointing on that side of things
Rosemary –
Great heat output.

Mandy Wilson –
This heater is really well made and the heat is great, also comes with a great quality cover.
David Sung –
It’s not easy to assemble. It does really good job and heat produced is reasonably good enough in this size. I put them in the gazebo for parties to come. Gas consumption is reasonable.

Very easy to build. Looks good, very solid. Heat output is very good. You can stand 5ft back and still feel the heat.Would highly recommend especially for the price you pay.
Vince Inchley –
I recently brought this for my mums garden and she loves it as the family have re designed mums garden to a decent standard it was about time
Ellen –
Absolutely horrendous quality. The three legs bust open with the impact of wind. Wish I did my research more but blindly followed reviews. If you live somewhere that isn’t too windy you may withhold your heater lamp crashing and bending but I highly doubt it with the quality of the item. Had it less than a month and it’s fallen over twice and now after the second time there’s no repair. The screws and materials that hold it together are not strong enough to withhold wind and easily come apart. I wouldn’t waste your money and would pay a little extra in high sight for a better design
Julie McLean –
Loving the wee table on it. Using it for out in the garden when it gets a bit chilly
luiz –
Very good quality easy for assembly

Needs to be secured down any sleight wind and it falls over when gas bottle not in it

Really disappointed with this patio heater. Incredibly flimsy. The base is built around 3 stand poles and if the manufacturer had designed it properly it would have been done on 4 for more stability. Despite assembling and reassembling several times it would never stand totally straight. It blew over the same afternoon in what was a slight breeze and now the top is bent. Total waste of money
