So at first I was really impressed with this mirror, however from when I purchased it on the 13th June to when I had recieved it a day or two later it no longer works for turning the brightness on. It won’t charge since I had first got the product as the charging port part pushing further into the mirror, and now the mirror will not turn on.*** Further update ***The seller has sort time to message me to resolve my issue with the mirror and had offered issue my refund. From having the seller be 100% flexible this has shown me I would purchase layer down the line if I see any of their products which piques my interest as they are friendly, when you have an issue they help resolve the issue you have.

You’re buying this for the lights – and they’re not good. The different levels of magnification mirrors work okay but you could buy a magnifying mirror way cheaper than this. So you’re buying it to get well lit from all angles and for that job it’s terrible. There aren’t enough LEDs to give a nice even light and they’re not nearly powerful enough. I thought about keeping it but using a separate light but then realised what I’d paid the money for was it being illuminated so it’s going back. Don’t bother with it.

Lucky I checked the mirror as it was a gift for my sister, only to find out the main mirror was cracked, tried to return at a UPS drop-off but to be told the machine wasn’t working so I still have this item with nowhere to return. Most disappointed
