Took this product to Glastonbury. It lasted 30 seconds (even though we were very careful with the amount of weight we put on it)We also saw the same trolley dotted around the festival site, where they had just been abandoned, so we know it wasn’t just us.For a product that is over £60 you expect it to last much longer than it did.Anyone looking to purchase this and take to a festival – AVOID. You’ll end up disappointed.We had to leave this at the festival in the end, so can’t even return it for a full refund.Hoping Amazon can still help to get some money back!

Useful, could use metal washers for axles
The cart is sturdy and works as expected. One surprise: no protective washers are included for the wheel axles. When installed as told to do in the instructions, the plastic wheels go directly up against the bracket holding the bolt/axle. I’ll be putting some washers in…

It maneuvers really well.
I love having a wagon. I wish the bottom was more rigid, but I have a box, that when folded flat lays in the bottom and adds rigidity to it. There are two straps in the middle that I’m sure are supposed to attach to something, but I haven’t figured it out yet. It’s pretty easy to unfold and fold back up and the weight is not much at all so it’s easy for me to put it in my trunk. It’s less weight than my mother’s walker with a seat. It has been a lifesaver since I bought it and I will never be without a wagon again.

Handle retainer clip will break
I like the size and maneuverability of the cart, however, the retainer clip for the handle broke on the first contact and, the center pull strap to collapse and fold the cart is poorly designed.

Folding isn’t really the best, there could be some error on my part though. There is some thing you can pull and it’s supposed to fold…. Didn’t happen for me and I actually read the instructions. In any case it’s great value for the money. I’d say buy it

Bought it for grocery store trips
The store is down the street but lugging bags got unbearable especially during the summer and this thing has saved my ass. Our cats enjoy laying in it too!

The fame where one of the tire fit had to be bent a little bit for the screw and bolt to fit the tire on. And the part that had the two small screws didn’t line on there at all.Everything else was good

Directions too small
For whatever reason, the wheels were very hard to put on. They shouldn’t have been hard to do as it was a simple thing, but they wouldn’t tighten up like they should have. Also, make the directions LARGER PRINT!! Who can read that tiny print. Still have one part I have no idea where it goes since I can’t read the directions.

I ordered the product precisely because if what I’ve seen in their video. But the cart part that is put on top of the cart is not included in the shipment. Looks like a false advertisement to me?

I hate this thing!
Its a monster. Its big & clucky and it doesn’t fold up very much, on top of which folding it forces the huge metal handle down and under knocking anything in its way to the floor and knocking the wagon over because the handle folded is taller than the wagon.Its a huge sturdy – too sturdy frame with a paper/plastic cover. so no base to put things on. the pull tab in the bottom of the wagon isn’t strong enough to actually fold it or connected to anything and ripped out first time. So there is no mechanism to fold it. You have to reach your hand under the wagon and grab one of the bars to fold it. Its huge and obnoxious.However, if you were going to haul like actual football players in it and slam it around against like monster trucks then this is the wagon for you. I however needed something that folds to take groceries up from my car to my condo and I’m actually afraid this thing will break my car.Side note, once you put it together there is no taking it apart and I would have loved to have returned this monstrosity but I will have to pay to ship it back and since it will not longer go in a box and it weighs like 50lbs. I assume it will cost me less to just donate it to a family of 19 or something.

Required some assembly. Easy to follow instructions. Sturdy metal frame. The price is excellent but the shipping is where they get you. This$60. wagon cost me. over$150. So be careful

Ordered this for our kids and beach equipment. its cheaply made for the price. There also isn’t a middle insert so our things would sink into it a bit. There’s a better one at target for the same price. No assembling required.

Super flimsy! No bottom support! Don’t bother.
Super flimsy! No bottom in the wagon. Ad with a child sitting in it… there is NO WAY a child could be seated in this wagon they’d go right through…there is just a single layer of fabric between all the bars and the inside of the wagon. I bought it as a gift from my mother and she was horribly disappointed once we have simple to this past weekend. I just re-packed it and it’s original box and I need to return it. Super disappointing.
