I ordered this chair to replace one that had worn out and searched around quite a bit before choosing this one.The chair is very easy to assemble (can easily be done by 1 person) and whilst it says 15 minutes it took me about 30 minutes (including unpacking and checking all the bits). The instructions are clear and concise.The seat of the chair is a very comfortable thick fabric. The arms can be folded up when not needed or to make it easier to put the chair under the desk. The castor wheels seem fine and move around very easily. The height adjustment works well, and it can be tilted back (or locked in a single position).So far I am very happy with this (first day) and it feels strong enough and very comfortable.It feels decent quality and for a penny under £95 (after applying a £25 off voucher from the product page) I am very impressed and happy with my purchase. I initially loved the chair, after a day or two in it, I began to get tension in my neck resulting in headaches. I removed the headrest, and they disappeared, whoever designed this chair either did not care or does not know about proper neck posture.Do not buy this chair if you are going to be using it for more than 30 min to an hour per day, it will cause you neck and back issues.To contrast but not an endorsement, B&Q sells an own brand chair at half the price that has more adjustability than this monstrosity and 100% better neck posture!If I had kept the box, I would have returned this chair, sadly I did not and will use it without the headrest until the foam that has about 3/4 months lifespan by the feel of it finally makes me buy a new chair.I am done trying to find a decent cheap chair, I will be looking in the £500+ range going forward, something I should have done years ago!

I do like this chair but the lumbar support could be better. You can adjust the lever at the back for lumbar support but it doesn’t feel like it is doing anything. The arm rests have two settings – up or down. That isn’t a big problem for me some people may require more adjustability for those. I think the seat cushion is fairly comfortable and large enough in width and length. I like large seat cushions and this will suit anyone who may require a larger seating area when compared to some other desk chairs on the market. The headrest is a nice feature for when you want to lean back and have your head supported. I don’t think that this desk chair is perfect but it is reasonably priced chair for a fair amount of comfort.

I have tried a couple since working from home as I suffer with bad back and sciatica, this has been by far the best. Easy to assemble, nice wide seat and arms that lift up giving you easy access on and off if you’re office space is limited as mine is tucked in the corner of the bedroom. Don’t hesitate buy it now.

Assembling the chair took about 15 minutes. A tool kit is included in the box along with all screws and washers and instruction booklet. Instructions are easy to follow. You may be left with a couple of extra screws and washers, so don’t worry that you’ve missed something.Frame is made from plasti, but the lift and tilt mechanism are metal. All screw holes lined up, but as the instructions say, only put the screws in loosely first and tighten up at the end. Everything fitted well together. Seat cushion is well padded, arm rests are padded, but the material is a little rough in texture.Sat on the chair as I write this review and its comfy, with lots of adjustment height and tilt. The head rest take a little pulling to get it to adjust, but once you have it position, you probably don’t need to move it again. I’m 6ft tall and its perfect for my height.Overall build quality is good for the price you pay at just over £65 after discount. It’s not the same quality as a £400 chair, but its perfect for the home office. Would recommend the chair.

I really liked this chair, however, the swivel base broke a few months after purchase. To be fair it’s more my fault but it has been hard to find an email to contact them so I can buy a new base rather than buying a whole new chair.

For the price, its a reasonable chair. Ideal if you work at home in addition to your current job. I’d spend more if I was doing a 5 day a week from home job. I’d recommend watching a YouTube tutorial on assembly. That made assembly so easy, especially with the arm rests which caused other people problems. Study a YouTube video rather than the manual and you’ll be fine.

Despite their proud boast in the brochure and especially in the listing that “All messages will be answered within 24 hours and we will try our best to provide you with a satisfactory solution.” this would it seem in my experience not to be the case. In other words, let potential buyers beware! I sent a simple request for them to confirm or not whether the chair material was fire retardant. I am still awaiting a reply way beyond the 24 hours deadline. This is quite frankly, from my viewpoint, an unacceptable way of dealing with customers and detracts from the reputation of the company concerned :-(.The chair is however relatively (and to its advantage) light in weight compared with some others, easy to assembly, nothing was missing, though the washers provided for the screws are a tight fit on occasions. The padded seat base is however very thick and luxurious and allows you to sit very comfortably over long periods. You can take advantage of easy height adjustment, adjustable “rockability” of movement, adjustments in head support and built-in lumbar adjustment. The back panel of the chair is in fact again very good in its design unlike some chairs which in their profile curve outwards to the sitter far too much resulting in a gap at the bottom in the design not offering the all-embracing back comfort that I feel features in this case. The chair does also come with something rather special, with (padded) swing-up arms. These are very useful assets I feel, excellent for adaptability, compared with bottom adjusted ones which most chairs in this category have and get in the way. (They are with this chair however non-adjustable in height). One more thing though: If you as a potential user are over 5’10” in height this chair is in my estimation however not for you. I just fit! :-)UPDATE. I finally got a response to-day from the seller who apologized and passed on a message from the factory: “We have now confirmed with the factory that the foam in the cushion is fire-resistant, but the mesh is not.”

The comfort and ergonomics is ok for the price. It assembles very easily(it’s a chair, not rocket science). But it’s making noises and the wheeled base is a bit too narrow, in my opinion.Maybe I’m spoiled because I had a tall gaming chair before with a wide wheeled base, sturdy and stable as could be. This one seems quite sturdy initially, but can make weird loud metallic noises when you redistribute your weight(which makes question how much worse this could get after months/years).Another failure is that the arm rests are not height adjustable. People of different heights have different proportions, so the arm rests need to be height adjustable otherwise you are negating the entire purpose of ergonomics.Above all else the unadjustable armrests make this a no buy. If that area were fixed and maybe the whole thing placed on a wider wheeled base(or at least have that configuration to buy/choose) … it’d be good. As it is is partially good, partially mediocre.

Brought this for home office use. Easy to assemble and comfortable. Pretty good value but wish it had more adjustability but for this price you can’t really expect that. I suspect that it will be good in summer due to meshed design. Also I have to have head rest at full extension – I’m 6’ so maybe designed for shorter people.

The chair came extremely quickly and the delivery man left it in front of the door while was out taking the trash! Was a pleasant surprise :)In terms of the chair, it is very comfortable and provides the support my back needs. Was quite easy to assemble, but if you have tiny hands like me, it may be best to have an automatic screw driver. Makes life easier. When moving it around the room, the wheels are also very quiet and smooth.My only complaint is that while it is a great product, I expected the cushion to be teal like the images. Instead it is fully black. Hence the 4/5 stars.

Purchased to replace a chair that had seen its best days.Arrived promptly and very well packed. Instructions clear and a blister pack contained all the fastenings and tools. It went together well and screws had thread lock already applied to prevent loosening.Comfortable and well made. I like the head and lumbar support. The flip up armrests are good too. The wheels don’t run on carpet but I expected that and will get some polyurethane ones for it.

I have been using a dining chair for years, then finally decided, I really must take more care of my back. The first time I sat in my Yonisee Chair, I was so surprised. My back felt immediately cushioned and so well supported. Like a hand in a glove. The headrest and arms are greatly appreciated too. It was easy to assemble. It is breathable. The chair is very comfortable and not clumsy to move around with. Assembling seemed scary beforehand but I arranged parts by letters and followed instructions so it went problem free. A minor issue is that they give a separate paper with instructions on making the armrest handle less loose, and you can only do that before you assemble the chair. It has a big font title saying how to adjust the tightness of the armrest. Better write in big font something like “Before you start chair assembly” because I thought it’s for after the assembly and then went to read the little letters saying it’s for before. Other than that, great chair.

I don’t write reviews but I thought I could perhaps help the next sorry someone who lands in the same situation I did. I saw this product only when it had a handful of reviews, all 5 stars and I decided to put blind trust in these.I purchased the chair, assembled it and within the span of a few days requested a refund. Firstly, the seat on this chair appears to be really thick and this was something I couldn’t find with other sellers so seemed like a huge plus. However, I used this chair for a total of ONLY 4 hours over the span of 2 days and the cushion had begun to sink significantly. I suppose the actual foam was not high density, cheap material and I had been mislead by the initial thickness. I’m relatively light and weigh only 55 kilos so I was highly disappointed that this chair could not handle this weight for only a couple of hours use. The sinking of the chair cushion is what I would normally expect after a years use, and if I had kept the chair that long I dread the condition the cushion would have been left in- completely flat.Secondly the tilt function, worked amazingly at the start considering I also did not engage with this function more than perhaps 3 times. Eventually the chair had an awful creaking sound every time I leaned back on it so I had to tighten the chair at the bottom and completely disengage the tilt function in order to stop the screeching in my ears.At this point not only was the chair now stiff but also the cushion flat. To be honest, I would except these flaws if the chair had a decent amount of use but for only 4 hours? Completely disappointed.Bottom line, don’t fall for the 5 star reviews like I did- most of them assembled the chair and thought it was great and made a review without using the chair for long enough to make an honest judgment. And it is unfortunate that this chair had only lasted me 4 hours of use to do so. There are better places to spend your money.Only plus side out of this experience was that customer service was good and I was able to return this chair.

Real pain to assemble but once it’s done it’s pretty goodThe instructions should say that you should attach the wheels to the five-spoke frame at the bottom first, then put the upright into it, and then install the bracket under the seat, and then do the rest of it about the arms and the back, because it doing it the other way around just means you’ve got more mess and it doesn’t even take very long to assemble the other bits first, and some of their instructions make less logical sense than other companies however at least they do provide everything that you need. The overall feel is very good, and of course it’s very rare to find a chair that can fold itself under the desk, which is perfect for those of you with smaller rooms or limited space around the desk.The arms are flip up and down and they’re very comfortable adjusted for probably the average build, however if you want something with more adjustability then this is not itThe seat is very comfortable and the height adjustment is pleasant as wellNewton also pull the arm out and adjust the rocking motion from on to off but you can’t lock it in place except uprightGreat chair and highly recommend
