- This flexible led desk lamp doesn’t have the timer function, but it has been upgraded with a memory function. It will remember the light setting from your last use, and the memory function continues to work even if the power cuts off.

Really impressed with this lamp. I wanted a variable setting uplighter and this delivers. The smooth rubber coated swan neck has just the right amout of flexibility, as you’ll see in my photos. The large, solid but slim base provides plenty of stability. Even so, I have knocked it roughly to the floor once, due to my clumsiness. It was robust enough to survive completely unscathed.The touch sensitive control strip is very well designed and easy to use. The thing that really impressed me is that it remembers its last setting, even when the power is disconnected. All the other models I browsed had to be left on standby for that feature.All in all, I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.FYI, my photos are taken without flash, on the warm white setting, brighness level three. And I’ve cunningly hidden the slim power cable behind the photo frame.

The packaging wasn’t very secure. When it showed up, there was no cable with it. I contacted to see if it was possible just to get the missing part sent out, which wasn’t possible. I now have to return the item and wait a week for the money to go back into my account. Waste of time and money for a crap product.

I like this light, in terms of its functionality it’s excellent, so I give it five stars for that reason. The little red LED light shows where the on/off switch is in the dark, the idea of sliding your finger along the groove to increase the luminosity is brilliant, and the variable ‘warm’ of illumination also deserves five stars. My only reservation, and not one which in reality detects from its five star rating is its overall shape, it would be nice to see a more traditional form to the lamp head, but that’s just my personal opinion.

I’m very happy with this light. The choice of colour temperatures and intensities are good. The touch sensitive controls are super smooth. Sometimes I read at night (whiter light), sometimes audio (a more mellow light). For me this is the ideal bedside light. The advertised energy efficiency is also very welcome.
