This product is what it says on the label. It was easily assembled by a 68 year old woman. My only problem was with the delivery. I was at work when it was delivered with no previous information. On returning home I found, because I live alone, it was left with a kind neighbour. It was of course quite large. My neighbour informed me that the delivery driver had intended to leave out the front of my property, I have no front garden or porch. Not happy. Sofa however is great.

Wouldn’t really recommend, they delivered the sofa to a different house and I had to carry it myself from 10 mins away from my house, due to my health issues that was very difficult for me, I also bought a second one they delivered it to the back of my house through the garden instead of to the front door to make it easier for myself to carry. The legs on the sofa were broken and it was quite difficult to assemble, when I told them they wanted pictures and didn’t solve the problem. I couldn’t provide a picture as I assembled it and it was too hard for to turn the sofa over and take a picture. It might be good value for money but this company has terrible customer service and horrible delivery. The sofa isn’t comfortable either, when you sleep you can feel a hard but of wood poking your back, it also says it’s a double bed but trust me it’s single as a single duvet covers the sofa bed perfectly in addition 2 people won’t fit in it comfortably. Don’t recommend!

There were no instructions provided as to how to attach the legs or, indeed, where the legs were and the arms. We found them after discovering a zip on the underside of the sofa. There were outlines on each corner corresponding to the shape and size of the feet; the screws provided were difficult to screw into the wood, indeed, several of them are still standing proud of the underside but it was impossible to completely screw them in. Having said that so far everything is solid and no sign of anything coming apart.I had to contact the seller to find out how to convert into a bed, the back stood up while removing from the packaging and although I could see the ratchet mechanism, could not see how to release it to allow the back to be laid flat. It was as simple as I’d thought it would be but had not wanted to damage the item, simply push the back towards the seat and ,voila, the ratchet is released and can be laid flat for use as a bed. Overall it works as a sofa and for the price we are pleased with it.

Uncomfortable to sit on, it’s too hard and your bottom goes numb after 20 minutes. The back does not stay in the recline position so you have to use the wall to support it so there will be marks on our walls before long. It’s only use would be for a bed which we have not tried yet so can’t say if it’s comfortable to sleep on.

It is smaller than picture, however the fact it will only be used occasionally means there is more space to move around. Good for when grandchildren stay

My husband and I were looking for sofas for our empty rented flat since a while and they were so expensive everywhere, even used ones. Browsed on Amazon and saw this ones, took 2 sofas for nearly 300£, arrived quickly and on handy boxes. Easy to assembly, maybe if they had already the holes for the screws would have been easier. Because of the shape I wouldn’t say it’s the best and most comfortable sofa to sit and watch movies on your weekends but it is worthy for the price and they look so nice and modern on our living room and everyone says that. We don’t stay long on them but I appreciate that you can open it and becomes a bed for 2 people. No one of our guests did complain after sleeping there for few nights. Maybe a mattress topper could help if you don’t find it comfortable to sleep on. Worth the price 🙂

No screw guides so you have to guess and pray you are drilling in the right spot, other than that pretty decent, very solid at first but sofens up within a day or so

Was good quick delivery. The sofa is more like a bench settee. Seems very firm and quite comfortable as a settee although to lean back feels like it will give way. As a bed each panel is nice and firm but the 2 halves when in bed position aren’t quite level so u get a hard ridge to lay on down the middle. Feel it would only support 1 person sleep on. Not bad for occasional use but wouldn’t buy again.

Looks nice in my teenage sons games room. The settee is not very comfortable, very hard and like sitting on a plank of wood.Easy enough to put together, although at first look it seems the legs and side are cushions are missing. They are packed in a zipped compartment in the back of the settee. You would never know they were there and I only found out after contacting the seller.

The sofa arrived on time, and looks as advertised. It is easy to assemble and looks the part. If I had an adverse comment it would be that in the pictures it looks comfortable, it is however, really solid and quite unforgiving to lie on when using the sofa bed aspect. This may soften in time but not sure it will at this stage.

Very comfy for me and most of my customers but I think it’s a bit low for some very tall customers and those that have knee problems. It’s should difficulties of getting up from the sofa.

Purchased this back in May and the first time I tried to convert into a bed the whole mechanism came apart and broke. Now it only falls into a bed position with no ability to stay upright as a sofa. The foot on the leg also broke off (tried to glue it back on), and where it is now propped against a wall to keep it from dropping it is a permanent danger to my cat which sits in the gap behind it. Avoid at all costs!So far I have tried to return to the seller but they haven’t accepted the return, I will revise this review if that changes. Attached photo of the various parts of the bed mechanism that fell off.

Not what I expected. But I guess you get what you pay for. Do not buy. Use some extra money to get something decent. The sofa gets broken in 2 weeks. I invited 2 lightweight friends at home and this happens! If you are really desperate to have a sofa and you want this sofa, keep in mind that you shouldn’t use it with more than two people at any giving time. Thank me later and good luck. I contacted the customer service about this: no answer.

Item is very hard better of sleeping on the ground. When trying to make up a sofa it sticks and u have to keep trying to wiggle it so it stays up the quality is very bad I recommend noone get this product as it is a wast of money
