Comfy chair, however after about 3 months the chair would drop. This has got gradually worse as time has passed and now the chair rarely stays at the correct height. Very annoying!

The chair is reasonably easy to put together; the seat part I did on my own using a kitchen worktop to save having to bend over too far.The comfort and support whilst not the ultimate are perfectly good for the price with decent materials used.One piece of advice but it is worth tightening all the screws up again after a couple of days. Not sure why but after getting used to my shape/weight most of the screws needed a further half turn to be completely tight.

Had issues with some of the screws going in, most were okay but 1 took 45 mins and I had to force the screw in before it would screw with alot of force. But now it’s done I am happy with it it’s comfy and my 3 year old loves spinning on it 🤣

Back support was not as expected. It was little curved outwards the back and causing back pain.

The instructions were not very clear to me so I’m not even sure I built it correctly, but the chair is very wobbly and you cant lean back or it will tip over so I can’t sit with my back touching the chair. After a while I can feel the pole in the middle but it’s not too bad.Edit – with not a lot of use maybe sitting in it for 5 hours at the most nearly once a week, the chair is now sinking and not keeping its height. Wouldn’t recommend for someone heavier, the back is flimsy and has no support leaning back, the chair is becoming more unsteady and I’m looking for a replacement a few months after ordering it. It’s also horrible on carpet, janky movement and catches a lot. Horrible with cat fur too.

It is a comfortable office chair. Basically, it is not difficult to assemble it. It needs a little bit of strength and physics knowledge to assemble the wheels. It may need two people to assemble the back and the arms. My husband and I assemble it together. It seems very sturdy, my kids sometimes sit on it with me.

The assembly was quite straightforward but one or two of the assembly diagrams are very hard to interpret. Everything was present as listed in the instructions; indeed, there was one extra screw. The chair seems sturdy and is comfortable. Most importantly, it gives good back support.

*Update* Now had it over 6 months and still works well.Had this a few weeks now while I’m working from home. Pretty easy to assemble, comfy and the handle for it to lower/rise is responsive. I bought this as the same thing was advertised in Dunelm so I figured their buyers had done their due diligence. Value for money. I’d recommend

Bought this chair as my dad broke 2 of my dining chairs by accident, he’s a cuddlely size so was looking for something which holds a ‘cuddlely’ weight and not too expensive incase he goes on to break. Very easy to put together very comfortable, its been 3 days and its still in once piece so we’re on a roll! Great item!

The padding is made up of recycled plastic similarly to the floor underlay. You will need a memory foam pad if you are to seat in it for longer hours. Quality chairs don’t come cheap!

The chair wheel base unfortunately split when I was putting the wheels on, which wasn’t that easy. I used a hose ring to fix this. The chair itself is comfortable. I would suggest the wheels be inserted pre-shipping if possible.
