Narrow but strong
I purchased the ramps to lift my vectra , although they are quite narrow as long as you line them up properly they are as strong as an ox !! They aren’t the tallest but they were high enough for me to fix hole in my exhaust .The old saying you get what you pay for is perfect , these ramps are excellent value for money .

Car Ramps
These are well made and primed to discourage rusting but could probably do with a gloss coat of paint. I was a little worried that they won’t support the weight of the front of the car with it’s heavy engine and gearbox but they did. However they really aren’t wide enough for today’s wide tyres. The tyres don’t fit in the grooves and in fact unless there are two of you, one driving onto the ramps and another guiding from the front it can be dodgy. I was properly positioned and came over the nearside ramp which ended up stuck under the car. I then had to jack it up to get it out!!Another time i would go for the solid plastic ons which are much wider and more stable.

Good value but not a good finish
I’ve tried these ramps several times and found them very effective – Easy to mount and demount with no movement of the ramps. But I have been encouraged to put in secondary safety back up as a precaution against any potential mechanical failure of the vertical struts. The reason for my precaution is that the vertical supports in places protrude slightly beyond the parallel support surfaces on either side of the ramps. My driveway is tarmac and was able to absorb the protrusions – but I could imagine a concrete surface would be less forgiving and might put excessive pressure on the protrusions.

Dangerous, should be removed from UK.
I am a lifting equipment examiner, and bought these ramps for use at home…I was shocked that a lifting product this dangerous is sold in the UK. All welds were spot welds, most of the welds had missed their target, with several of the angles not welded at all. After further investigation into the manufacturer, and other sales from various outlets, I have found this problem to be common on every purchase. Inferior quality that has the very real danger of killing someone. I was so concerned, I have reported to trading standards, Health and Safety executive as well as my local MP to have these ramps removed from UK sale before they kill someone. DO NOT BUY THESE DANGEROUS CAR RAMPS!!!!

Perfect for the job
These are good, Iv’e had the car up on them a few times and seem to be very stable (my car only weighs a ton though). My tyre width is 205mm (205/50/15) If I had wider wheels I think id be better of going for a wide set. As for quality and functionality, i’m more than satisfied.

Not good for modern cars with wide tyres
The ramps are only just wide enough – could do with being wider and longer rise. My tyres are 245’s and 275’s — the rubber hangs over the sharp edges. Also the ramp is too steep for modern cars which have low bodies. Would have been fine on my Ford back in the 1980s, but I have to jack the car up and slide the ramp under. Good value and well made but not perfect for my application unfortunately.

mechanical helper.
Good working ramps, well worth buying, but with one proviso, as in the welding could be a bit more substantial,( just to give peace of mind in my product that is,) as things go though these ramps are cheap but in no way does that mean they are not good, in my opinion they will do the work I need them to do for many years and would recommend these to anyone wanting good working goods for the home mechanic at the best of prices,in fact I saw more expensive second hand ones on ebay and would not have given them time of day never mind review them.

Good Car Ramps
I needed some ramps with a low approach because of the skirts fitted to the front of my Saab. This set were perfect: quite well manufactured, good value and with some extensions that gave a very gradual slope that suited my car well.I would recommend this product.

Good value , reasonable quality
Arrived promptly. Not the widest ramp but ok for a narrow tyre. Welding not the best . The vertical struts some 6mm too long meaning they will not sit on a flat surface without rocking . But a quick 5 minutes with a grinder sorted this out. Without affecting the welds/ strength or integrity. The ramps also need a block of wood or brick in front of the ramp to raise the vehicle to stop a Vauxhall Corsa spoiler catching. Overall you get what you pay for.

just do the job
very tiny hardly does the job ideal for very small hatchback cars, my nissan note did ok for an oil change and small job but ford s max hardly had any space also the space for tyre is just enoughif you want to make it easier spend a bit more and get some sturdy and big stuff for medium to bigger cars

Car ramps
Very narrow. steep .hard to drive up ..they hit the front of the car going up and back down not the best I have used in 45 years all in all look for better ones pay a bit more ex jaguar mechinic B L M C BARNSLEY .COWLEY TRAINED
marky100000 –
excellent
works perfect on my mondeo 3 st which is lowered 50mm all round, plus the st bumper leaves very little ground clearance, laid these out expecting the bumper to hit the ramp but it rolled up cleanly, could be slightly wider for my liking but It is on 18x9s so all in all worked fine got plenty of space under my car for an oil and filter change, with enough space to manouver around and slide oil pan in and out etc

Good product, just lacks grip
The ramps do their job but can be a bit nerve-wracking getting the car up, as there is no grip the ramps tend to move a bit. Once the car is up, there is no concern about sturdiness

Good Value and well made.
Very please with the ramps,Well made and the ramp extensions are essential if your car any any type of extended plastic bumpers.

Good value for light use
Great value for money, works well for my classic car but would not recommend for a large heavy car.
lme1966uk –
Narrower then standard width ramps.
Everything else is excellent, especially the price! If you have a 4×4 sized tyre, these are not wide enough.
jammin_83 –
Good quality
Really good quality but too narrow for my shogun. Would recommend wider ramps if intended for a 4×4. Can’t knock the quality though 👍

Easy of use
Idea with extension pieces makes the run up safe and easy

Great value
Bought a pair of these ramps recently and I must say they did the job required of them, pluse the fact that they only cost £20 somthing pounds made it even better…

You get what you pay for.
Well made, good quality, you would have to be wary of tyre placement due to car tyres being wider nowadays, if I had to pick a small point it would be to widen each ramp by 20mm to account for wider modern day tyres👍.All in all, good ramps, good purchase.

Solid enough for cars, trailers and light commercials
Ideal for lifting your vehicle enough to get underneath, why not fold a strip of carpet through the first rung to stop it moving as you drive up the ramps.
stefan_dilov_85 –
5cm lower than it was mentioned
The ramp is 20cm high. The highest point (one bend steel) is 25cm. There were the tyre stay is 20cm.high.They shoud sey that. Looks week. I’m not happy with that purchase!

Best value ramps out there.
These are fantastic quality and value, used them as soon as they arrived, recommend them to anyone.
barcelona_1999 –
well priced and good quality
used once so far, seems good quality and more than suitable for my small car and lawnmower

Good ramp.
Great ramp, two oil change pays it’s price. Borrowed to some of my friends, after they bought their own. They loved it, just like me. The additional bit saves the bumper from scratch on lower cars. Great stuff.

Perfect
These ramps are cheap and do exactly what you need them to do, they worked perfect for me even on uneven gravel drive and were a lot safer than trying to use a trolley jack which was sinking in the gravel drive under the weight of the vehicle.Perfect 👍
