Great Buy
I absolutely love it. I wish it was available in more colors but I’m overall satisfied with the product. It definitely comes in handy in this South Florida weather. I wish they made them for kids too. Overall satisfied with my purchase and came in a timely manner, right on time.

Amazing chair!
This chair is a snap to unfold and get into the prefect position for keeping out excess wind and sun. Perfect for my needs.

Worth the investment
Love this chair. From easy to carry, set up, tear down. Really like that I can chose to use the canopy or leave it down.

Easy to set up and take down
Great chair and easy to use. Only downside is the seat wasn’t as comfortable because of the grommets from the front legs are a little big for their sturdiness and dug into the back of my legs while sitting in it. Nothing a small blanket on the seat won’t cure. Overall great chair and great sun protection.

Love
Love my chair. People are jealous when I’m in it. The side shades help with wind and Sun.

Loved it so much, immediately ordered a second one
I like this chair a lot! As an amateur astronomer (I weigh 155 lbs) that often goes to the desert during summer with my telescopes, I usually arrive a few hours before sunset. However, in the past, I would sit in my car and wait for sundown since sitting outside would mean being pummeled by the rays of the hot sun. But the car will roast you even if all the windows are down. With this chair, I can sit outside, drink some cold beverages, and await the sunset and the night while listening to some music. The side shading is such a great idea and so practical and easy to unfurl. Folding it back into its carrying position is also super intuitive. It’s such an awesome chair, I ordered another!

OMG! I love it!
Just received this canopy chair today and I’m absolutely in love. I’m sitting in it on my deck as I’m writing this review. As much as I love my deck, during the months of summer, I would limit my usage because I had not brought any patio furniture yet. Quite frankly I never wanted any fixed furniture left on the deck due to bird droppings and extreme weather, especially the extreme bright hot sun which I had no shelter from. I prefer something transportable and easily stored. This is perfect for me. The canopy is a blessing. I’m just so pleased with the way the chair looks, it’s sturdiness, and the ease of unfolding it. Thumbs up! I’ve just now placed an order for a 2nd one.

Great chair, lousy straps
If possible, I’d give this great chair a 4.5 out of 5 rating, due entirely to the carrying straps that hold the chair in the collapsed form are very, very flimsy. Mine broke immediately after I unpacked them, so I will have to use bungee cords going forward.

Amazing chairs
These are amazing chairs if you want the sun off your face. Our kids play soccer and lugging that tent around was to much. These you can position anywhere to block the sun. You might still get some sun on your legs but that isn’t a problem. Well made. We ended up buying a total of 3 and have many parents on the team buying.

Good chair
This is a good chair. It feels solid when you sit in it and actually provides decent shade. It’s rather bulky due to the sun shade but it’s manageable.

Comfortable but one small complaint
Overall a very nice chair. The side shades would be better if you could adjust them.

Best Chair Ever!!
Absolutely love this chair! I was in heaven. It would really be a done deal if it had a foot rest lol It’s a must buy! It’s super convenient, comfortable, easy to let out and put back up! I have nothing bad to say about this chair!!

Just ok
The sides are a little too long and the top doesn’t quite open all the way. It’s ok but not worth the cost.

Cup holder
The chair is nice but the cup holder is tiny. I would prefer a larger cup holder for my drinks, not everything is in a can😄

A total game changer!
We got this chair in preparation for a new season of baseball. What a game changer! One of the best Amazon purchases ever. Now watching a game in strong afternoon sun is a pleasant experience. Love those rollable side curtains. As the sun shifts, you roll it down or up. Mesh windows make it all so comfortable. Great ventilation. Unpacking and repacking is very simple – two clips and unfold/fold. It’s light enough to carry it on one shoulder. If they can add a rocking feature to this chair, it will be the ultimate portable chair in the market. Until then, very satisfied with it. Highly recommended.

Canopy is fantastic
The canopy is fantastic. What I was looking for. Color selection is extremely slim. The chair was what I didn’t like. The rods cut into my legs. Makes it very uncomfortable.
decormom –
Would be great if it didn’t break so fast..
I love these chairs, but this is the first one in this brand I bought, and the straps are awful! They broke within a couple times of strapping, and can’t be fixed.. So it makes the chair useless since you can’t carry it… But if it did work, it would be perfect for all weather..

Canopy roof stays curved
I’ve used these kind of chairs before and love them so I was in the market for a new one. I was very happy when I found this one as it also included the adjustable mesh netting on the sides to protect from even more sun. The chair itself is a very easy setup, the canopy is the carrying case/bag of the chair. So you fold up the chair and then clip the canopy closed around it. It was pretty difficult to do the first few times. I had to loosen the straps as much as they would and then still use my whole body to hold the chair tight and close it. I guess because it takes so much effort to close the chair, this causes the canopy to become a bit warped and bent. So when the canopy is up over the open chair, it has a bowed rainbow curve to it, instead of being flat. It still provides protection from the sun, but the ends now come down low enough that you feel even more isolated in this chair. The mesh nets are easy to expand or retract. They just roll up or down, and get clipped into the canopy when up, or velcro’d to the arm when down.Lastly the fit of the chair seems to be just a TAD too small for me. I’m 6ft light build and feel a bit cramped in the chair, where I’d like more room in the back instead of having to sit straight up.

Feature rich chair but not very comfortable
This chair weighs 11 pounds; it’s a lot to carry, but it does have shoulder straps that help a lot and It folds up to a nice solid shape that’s easy to hold. It seems to be a very sturdy chair. When folding, it takes a bit of effort in the final step to squeeze everything together and clamp the buckles that wrap the cover around the folded chair. Comfort wise, it’s below average for me, but not what I would consider uncomfortable. It lacks lower back support and is more upright than I prefer. Maybe it’s the style of chair, but I have other folding chairs with rigid arms that are much more comfortable. The real star of the show here is the shade canopy. This works very well, and with the side shades deployed it really gives you a lot of sun protection. The downside of this is that you’re enclosed so much is that it kind of has the opposite of the intended effect. It traps heat in, not letting air flow through to keep you cool. Not having mesh fabric doesn’t help the issue. But from the sun protection perspective, I really like this chair and will find use for it. However, if the sun is not too bothersome, this will be my last choice to sit in. I have not tried any other similar chairs, so maybe they’re all like this and I’m being to hard on this one. However, this chair is expensive, so I think the criticism is appropriate. There will only be very specific cases I will find myself using this chair, but in those specific cases it will be nice to have. While I have been critical of this chair, it is very nice and good quality. I just wish it was a more comfortable and had more air flow.

What a great chair!
I received the Docusvect Beach Chair with Canopy Shade and I am very impressed with it. The chair is very comfortable and the canopy provides excellent shade from the sun. I have used the chair camping and tailgating and it has been perfect for those activities. The chair is also very easy to set up and take down. I would highly recommend this chair to anyone looking for a comfortable and versatile chair. Here are some of the pros of the Docusvect Beach Chair with Canopy Shade:Comfortable: The chair is very comfortable to sit in. The seat is made of a thick, padded material and the backrest is well-cushioned.Large canopy: The canopy provides excellent shade from the sun. It is also adjustable, so you can position it to block the sun from any direction.Easy to set up and take down: The chair is very easy to set up and take down. It only takes a few seconds to unfold the chair and attach the canopy.Versatile: The chair is very versatile. It can be used at the beach, camping, tailgating, or any other outdoor activity. Here are some of the cons of the Docusvect Beach Chair with Canopy Shade:The chair is a bit heavy. It weighs about 10 pounds, so it may be difficult to carry long distances. The chair is not very compact. When folded up, the chair is about 2 feet wide and 2 feet long. This may make it difficult to store in small spaces.Overall, I am very happy with the Docusvect Beach Chair with Canopy Shade. It is a comfortable, versatile, and easy-to-use chair that is perfect for a variety of outdoor activities. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new outdoor chair.

Great foldable chair with shade
Read up on all the reviews before I got this and am glad I did. It’s everything people have said. Here are some additional thoughts:When you first take it out of the package, it seems kinda heavy. However, once you have it out and try to put it on like a backpack, it isn’t as bad. I won’t ask someone to put them on their back and go hiking, but this is good for the beach, fishing, or to a sporting event. One thing I worried about is if the sun is not just high on top, but as it goes up or down. With the style of the chair, because there is a mesh side on the left or right, I wondered if it won’t cover the face. HOWEVER, the covering on the top, and the coverings on the left and right covers your face. Part of your arm might be exposed, but that is easy to fix with long sleeves. The mesh siding gives you must needed ventilation. The setup is definitely easy and quick. Packing is easy too. I found it’s easier to loosen the straps as you buckle it in. Then, tilt the whole thing on it’s side (with the pull strap facing up) and pull the 2 straps to tighten the whole thing more.I think they should make a deluxe mode with a bigger cup holder and a bigger pocket. However, when the top/canopy is used, you can slip your phone on the top. Here are the specific specs:Set up size: 20 1/2″ x 23″ x 49″Folded size: 7″ x 36 1/2″Off ground seat height: 18 1/2″High Back height: 19″Weight: 10.6 pounds

Trying to be the Rolls Royce of camping chairs
I dig this chair. I’ve only tested it out in my living room but I can imagine how much this would help during a hot and humid camping day with no shades, or just taking it to a beach or a park. Setup was pretty straightforward. Everything seems of decent quality though I’d prefer the metal parts to be more solid and beefy. Right now they work but they just don’t feel that durable in the long run. What I love about this though is that it folds very nicely together, compact and the canopy will hold everything together as a bag, plus it has straps that allow you to wear it as a pack for easy transport. This is definitely one of the best types of camping chairs I’ve experienced so take that for what it’s worth.

Nice camping chair with sun shade!
This chair has come in handy to block the sun, especially when a tired little toddler climbs up on our laps. I also plan to use it early mornings if it’s raining to enjoy some coffee outside!

Convenient pack & carry chair!
I am impressed with this folding camping chair because they actually found a way to have everything I need it to have, ie: cup holder, canopy, side canopies and a pocket not only connected to it, but collapsible in such a way that turns it into a backpack for it to be easily carried as well as keeping it light. It’s a little lower than I wish it was, but it’s pretty comfortable for the type of chair it is.I gave 4 stars out of 5 because the price is a bit high, but still a nice portable camping chair.

Ready for outdoor camping and all day events!
I am very pleased with this canopy chair. The retractable canopy is a great feature for providing shade and protection from the sun during outdoor activities. The chair is also very comfortable to sit in, with sturdy and supportive armrests. The folding design and included carrying feature make it easy to transport escpecially when you have to walk some distance to the venue site. This is a nice chair that has sun protection on practically all sides.

Instant chair with instant shade perfect for outdoor activities
The media could not be loaded.
The Docusvect folding camping chair with canopy (catchy name) offers a very unique camp chair option allowing you to have a chair or a personal shaded place to sit comfortably when shade is not available. The canopy is super easy to set-up and takedown without having to get up, as the built in frame allows you to simply pull it up or push it back behind you. When in the up (shade position) it has two plastic clasps that hold it in place even in somewhat windy conditions. This is also thicker with a presumably plastic form keeper adding to the rigidity both during storage or use along full sun blocking as it stops all the light. A positive addition the company might consider in the future is a mylar liner towards the chair (for insulation) as the canopy can get pretty hot from direct sunlight. There are also two roll up side flaps that can be utilized independently of each other, however these do require the canopy to be set-up and in place during their use. When unrolled they can be hook and loop closured to the bottom of the armrest and offer decent side shade with a large mesh screen about halfway up allowing you to still have a decent field of view with some shade from the early or late day sun. There is also a mesh in the back that is deployed when the canopy is being utilized, offering better airflow with some shade, at the bottom corners this has hook and loop attachments allowing this to be rolled up and out of the way similar to the side shades. There are also places you could (with some imagination) secure a small fan or light to the inside of the canopy, offering you added options to keep cool or read later after sunset. The chair is a decent size, as I fit underneath the canopy with enough headroom to look around and not bump my head (I am 6’2″ and definitely not small). The construction of the chair utilizes standard heavy duty rivets in plastic joints with steel frame and offers a 330 pound rating and feels fairly sturdy. The right side armrest has a standard cup holder and just below also on the right side is a small mesh pocket to hold a few small items. Unfortunately the armrests don’t like to stay up very well but this is similar to every camp chair I have ever owned. The setup is super easy and can be performed with one free hand, this also packs down just as quickly and then the canopy turns into its carrying case utilizing two side release buckles to keep it secured. Moreover there are two simple adjustable backpack straps for easy carrying of the chair, these are okay for short travels but offer no padding and can become uncomfortable if taking this for a long trek. On a very small note they don’t, but should have a handle along with the straps. So if you are looking for a quick chair that can be easily set-up wherever along with the option to have shade instantly, this is definitely worth acquiring.I really appreciate you taking the time to read all of that, moreover I certainly hope this helps cover any questions you might have had. I also truly hope that you are currently and continue to have an amazing day.-GhosT

Love this Camping Chair!!!
I was skeptical when I ordered this car, as I was afraid it would be too much involved in the setup, or that it might be a hassle when you don’t want to use the top. Boy, was I wrong! This thing is awesome! The “roof” of the chair folds around it when folded up to make the carrying case, and it has two shoulder straps so it can be carried like a backpack. (I used just one strap and threw it over my shoulder and it worked great that way as well.) One you get to your destination, you just have to release the two clips and the chair top unfolds, and you just push open the chair like you would any camp chair and sit down. The “roof” is located perpendicular to the ground at the back of the chair, so it doesn’t impede anyone’s view anymore than a traditional chair does. We used it at a little league game to sit near the fence with no complaints. When you want the cover portion, the roof, to be in place, it is so easy! It is permanently attached and hinged. Just swing it up in place (easy to do with one hand) and then it snaps into place with clips that clamp onto the frame. Done. 5 second if you are slow. So easy. It also has roll down vented material on both sides if you want even more shade. The only thing that was a little difficult was when packing up. The chair folds up just as easily as any camp chair. Then the roof folds around it and two clamps close it up and holds it in place. This part takes either stronger hands, two people, or placing the chair on the ground, as you have to pull it pretty tight to get the clips to snap together. However, when compared to putting our other camp chairs into their storage bags, this is still way easier! Overall, I love this chair, and I’m going to but another one. It’s a little pricey, but worth it if you find yourself in the sun a lot and want some shade!

Great for almost evreywhere
It is large and a little heavy. But it’s really comfortable and easy to use. Can carry as a backpack and it does store easy.

Easy to carry, great sun shade
I love the fact that this chair folds up, and then has its own straps for carrying on your back! Recently went camping, and this chair was very easy to carry to the campsite, and then assemble and disassemble. This chair is similar to all those others that fold up the same style, but has the canopy and two sides that fold down and Velcro to give you shade from The sun.
Tide Man –
Great chair for those baseball games in the hot sun.
This thing is like carrying a small tent with you. It’s light enough to carry comfortably, and folds out easily. It seats comfortably and is very sturdy. It’s a little steep on the price, but I can say that you won’t get ripped off.
Bottom Line Up Front –
You vs the Sun. Who Wins? You!
Are you tired of getting scorched by the sun while watching your kids’ soccer games? Look no further than the Docusvect Folding Camping Chair with Canopy! This chair has got you covered – literally. The UPF 50+ retractable canopy will keep you cool and protected from the sun’s rays, so you can focus on cheering on your little athletes. But wait, there’s more! The chair also comes with side shades and a back flap to block out any sneaky rays trying to attack you from the sides and back. It’s like a fortress of shade! And if the sun decides to take a break, you can easily lower the canopy or roll up the side shades for some fresh air.Not only is the chair functional, but it’s also comfortable. The padded seat and sturdy steel frame can hold up to 330 pounds, so you can sit back and relax without worrying about collapsing in a heap. And don’t forget the cup holder and side pocket – perfect for storing your drink, phone, or a bag of chips (because let’s be honest, snacking is the real reason we come to these games).Sure, the chair might not be the lightest at 10 pounds, but who needs arm day at the gym when you can work those biceps carrying this baby around? And the best part? The canopy turns into a carry case, so you won’t have to lug around a separate bag. It’s like a backpack and chair had a baby, and it’s beautiful.Overall, if you want to protect yourself from the sun, have a comfortable seat, and look like a cool parent with your canopy chair, the Docusvect chair is the way to go. Your kids might not win the game, but you’ll definitely win the shade game.
Freds Mom –
Very comfortable camping chair with canopy that’s UPF 50+, perfect for watching sports.
This is an extremely well made, durable, and comfortable camping chair with a canopy that’s UPF 50+ and is very comfortable. It’s not just for camping; it would be great for a fishing trip or on your back patio, and it’s wonderful for watching outdoor sports, like Little League baseball games when the weather is warmer. You won’t get sunburned, and you’ll be sitting in the shade wherever you are.The chair also has a cup holder, a small pocket, and would also be great for tailgating or going to the beach. The chair can support 330 pounds and comes in two colors, blue and green. I got the blue and love the color. The green color is an army green. It’s pretty easy to fold the chair, not that much different from folding a regular lawn chair, and it’s lightweight at ten pounds. The canopy is retractable, if you want to get some sunshine, and the chair also has roll-up side shades and an additional back flap. When you sit in this chair using all its features, it keeps your sun exposure very low. It’s also cooler than a regular lawn chair. I wish I’d had this chair when my kids were still young enough to play Little League. This canopy chair measures 20.5″D x 23″W x 49″H and has a two-year warranty. The frame is made of stainless steel, and the fabric is a sturdy oxford cloth that’s comfortable to sit on.Excellent product, a 20.5″D x 23″W x 49″H canopy camping chair that’s foldable and is UPF 50+. The chair has a canopy, roll-up sides, and a back flap. It also has a cup holder that could definitely stand to be a little larger and weighs 10 pounds. There’s also a small side pocket that will also hold your drink just fine as long as there’s a lid on it.This is a wonderful canopy outdoor chair that’s perfect for sporting events, especially summer sports like baseball. I wish I’d had one of these when my sons were playing Little League, because I remember roasting hot days that would’ve been a lot cooler if we’d had this chair. The chair is very well built, sturdy, and durable, and I expect we’ll get several more years of use from this excellent, well built chair. Highly recommend this to anyone who likes to sit outside, go to sporting events, go camping or fishing or any number of outdoor activities.

Perfect grandparent chair for kids’ sporting activities
This canopy chair is quite large and comes with shoulder straps on the top canopy to use for easier carrying. This is great for watching sports or a day at the beach. Provides shade where there isn’t any. Perfect for those long days on the soccer field. The sides have shades that come down and are solid on the bottom and mesh on the top. They can be rolled up and held out of the way with a buckle under the canopy. The right arm rest has a standard cup holder and there is a small pocket that hangs down from the right side of the seat. The whole thing closes up into a column with the canopy wrapping around the unit forming a sleeve. The shoulder straps are then accessible for carrying. This isn’t a lightweight chair.
