Took about half an hour to assemble. Had MANY more fixings than I needed, I’m sure I will find a use for them. Looks great and lots of people have commented on how nice it looks. One word of warning. Don’t sit on it with shorts on in this heatwave, it gets HOT.

A pretty bench, fairly straightforward to put together. And also reasonably priced. I bought the same one in another colour last year, so now have two. Only criticism is that, the screws on the first bench have already started rusting. I had to paint over them with hammerite paint. It’s a shame they weren’t rust proof in the first p!ace. Apart from that – very pleased with purchase.

Easy to assemble apart from the arm rests not lining up, so had to do a lot of adjusting which may not be possible for some people to do. Fortunately, I have a very handy person who could do this. Overall pleased with it and perfect for what we wanted it for but would have to be two small people to call it a two seater.

I was looking for a solid, sturdy bench for the garden, and when I found this, I was so hopeful that it would be everything I was looking for, and it is!It’s a gorgeous bench, with subtle rose gold accents, and has a very slight distressed look, with romantic and whimsical decorative whirls. It would not look out of place in the most formal of gardens.It was relatively easy to put together, although a second set of hands just to hold things in place makes the process much easier. I am disabled, and put it together in a little over half an hour with a neighbour holding bits in place as needed. The directions are fairly straight forward, although there was a spot or two it could have done with better illustrations.It arrived flat packed, comes with an Allen key and a spanner, but you could also use a Phillips head (X) screwdriver to tighten the bolts while you hold them in place the spanner.I’ve tried to find a cushion that will fit it, but haven’t found one as yet, although it’s comfortable enough on its own, and I’m hesitant to cover up the gorgeous metal-work.

Beautiful looking bench. Easy to put together if there are two of you. Much sturdier than I had expected. Cushion required for real comfort. Altogether, excellent value for money.

The product looks great, very pleasing to the eye. It was as described, was fairly simple to assemble and is OK for two of us to sit on. I would recommend a pillow for sitting a long time, but that’s the same for me on any hard chair.

Love this little bench looks fab in my front garden and had lots of comments. Overall I have awarded it 5 stars however it is a little light and you do need a cushion if you want to sit for a while. For the price, it is well made and well worth the money. A pleasure to have in the garden and something nice to sit a wee while and enjoy the sun.

The quality of the bench is great and it’s a pretty thing. However delivery wasn’t good. Was meant to be delivered on 23rd and arrived on 26th. Typical Hermes saying it was on its way then they tried to deliver but nobody was in or there was no access. Nobody had attempted delivery. Apart from that. Delighted with the bench.

This is a very pretty bench, am tempted to buy the small table and two small chairs to match. It is a very light weight weight construction though, so would not advise the use by someone too heavy.

Excellent product but you do need cushions if you sit on it for any length of time…bottom ache could be an issue!!! Bought as a replacement for a very distressed and heavy wooden bench and not something I regret at all…good use made of the old bench anyway. I thoroughly recommend it…a really good product.
