Just delivered yesterday so can’t comment on sturdiness (though it looks great) nor comfort. However as an octagenerian the necessary use of the allen key has enabled us to only so far assemble one chair! The others tomorow!!

Very pleased with the Rattan set I ordered. A technician called Damian came out from Screwdriver to put the furniture together for me. He was a great guy, very polite and very efficient. Didn’t take him long at all to put together. Very pleased all round .

Really pleased with this patio set. Make sure you don’t screw the nuts & bolts up tight until you have put all of them in, leave them lose, then tighten up Al together

Arrived all in one box , it is a bit heavy so be warned. Fairly simple to put together and all put to together within 20 mins with two people. The instructions however indicated a product of a different size which confused us abit at first.

The package arrived in excellent time and was well wrapped, including the glass top. Constructing the kit was easy and everything was included. The chairs feel good and sturdy, although definitely need a back cushion to make more comfortable. The table looks good but is a bit wobbly, the legs aren’t flush with the ground, so I would worry a breeze would topple it and smash the glass. Great for the conservatory though!

A bit of a chore putting them together but not difficult and easy to follow instructions.Looks great in the corner of my garden and the opening in the table comes in handy for candle storage etc

Arrived well packaged and quickly. Assembly required and after a little confusion as to which bit was what I managed to put it together. I am not a DIY expert, lady in late 60s, but managed to get the set together, did not use every screw but it is safe and solid, so very pleased with purchase. The only thing I would say is you need an electric screw driver, I would not have been able to put set together using the Allan key alone.
The ‘T’ –
As a retired engineer I’m very critical on quality and build instructions and wasn’t expecting too much from this product, especially at the price paid so must admit being pleasantly surprised overall. The box it arrives in is deceptively small and you wonder ‘where’s the rest of it’. Anyway, as previously mentioned it’s very well packed, especially the glass top. The instructions are pretty well ‘idiot proof’ as long as you orient the parts to the paperwork. Once assembled the quality is sound. It helps if you have an Allen key ratchet set to avoid using the one tool supplied which is OK if that’s all you have. One minor criticism is that an exact quantity of assembly bolts were supplied which is OK as long as the supplier can count and/or you don’t loose any!!!! I recommend this product as supplied.

This is a great value set. It is as described and pictured and comes well packaged, especially the glass table top. I bought the grey one and it looks more expensive than the £140 price tag. It’s easy to assemble with clear pictorial instructions. It’s sturdy and comfortable. My only moan is that I get little electric shocks when I touch items whilst sat, so think I may need to change the cover of the cushion which isn’t a problem. Overall I’m happy with my purchase.

A 2 person job to assemble the chairs with a little force required. These in our situation, do not get heavy use, hence choosing not to spend 4figures for a different set up. Relatively light to move around. We opted to buy a cover to use through the winter or monsoon conditions, bearing in mind, this may not be as substantial as some more expensive versions. Quite comfortable to use.

Once assembled it is comfy and feels sturdy. However, several of the screw holes didn’t line up properly and so made it difficult to get a solid fit. I guess this is classed as a cheap product in comparison to alot of others on the market but dont think it’s that cheap and really just needs more attention to detail! Having said that, it’s quite attractive and just the right size for what I need

It’s a bugger to assemble, as all parts in instructions are given letters eg A B C, but items in parcel are NOT given letters so you have to work out which part it which. Not helpful. Managed to sort it but I’m an engineer, god help people who are not.

I spent hours finding non plastic throw away garden furniture and these seemed the best option…I see they are Palm now…Not sure if this is done in ok way (?) ..as Palm has bad press? Hoping it is, but at least i will keep them for years as they are well made and comfortable with little cushions added to the back alongside the lower one already with chair. So WON”T be in land fill in my life time!I had problem with no legs for table in parcel but am impressed by the rapid arrival next day of legs after my email sent. Thank you!

Lovely set but the table is not fit for purpose. Messaged the seller to ask for a replacement table to be sent as the 4th leg is unable to be screwed in properly (see pic for the faulty section where the screw top is missing vs. how it should look). The hole is therefore too big for the leg to be screwed in place. No response from seller and I’m out of pocket with a faulty table.

Cushions are very cheap. Zip already broken and its brand new. The actual furniture itself seems ok but not easy to put together. No instructions came with it so it was like a jigsaw puzzle.

I was very pleased with the instruction leaflet.I just followed the pictures on how to put it together and it all went well.I managed to do it on my own and the bolts fitted well into the holes.I love the grey colour and the cushions and it will look lovely in my summer house.The roof of my summer house blew off in the storm and smashed my basket chairs so now when the roof is back on I am looking forward to putting my new chairs and table in there.

Excellent product. I did have a small issue on assembly as one of the welded in captive nuts had not been welded in straight, so the bolt just kept cross threading. My background is in engineering so it was reasonably easy to correct, but someone without the knowledge may struggle. It’s very sturdy and surprisingly comfortable.Overall it’s just perfect for us.
