Service from start to finish has been excellent. Kept informed from the outset by Chris, she called to advise the process via Amazon, pre advised before ordering how to get these items to Highland Scotland. Dispatched on time and far sooner than either expected or quoted. Arrived to my couriers lock up location without a hitch and when stated and fully built aside from legs of table which is an obvious ease of transport requirement. Furniture is far better than expected, well made, quality product, absolutely value for money and heavy, which is needed for the strong North coast winds up here. So don’t hesitate in my opinion, impossible to be disappointed. What a refreshing change in this day and age to receive spot on customer service. Very much appreciated. I will certainly be buying more to add to the 3 sets purchased.

I was kept informed, delivery was quick, the chair set is absolute quality and the delivery man even helped me by putting my chairs into my garden so I could sit down right away, what great customer care. They come already assembled so easy to see all is well and there’s no damage in transport. I can highly recommend, thank you.

Really good quality, solid and heavy duty. Comes natural wood so I treated it with danish oil for a great finish . Highly recommended

Very nice set, we have bought small legs for table and use it as a table in front of us , it still sits okay back on seats as the legs are between us. Nice for coffee but a bit risky with wine, so made it useful for wine in front of us, very heavy, good value.

Ordered the two chairs the bench and the jack and Jill chairs, all been great quality and very comfortable to sit in. Takes about 3 weeks delivery but it’s worth it five stars from me.

Received delivery of Jack and Jill Love set with Removable Tray this morning. The quality is superb and should be good for years. Excellent value. So happy with it I’ve treated it with a coat of wood oil and it looks fabulous. Everything about this purchase was seamlessly smooth. Good communication from the company on delivery schedule and the lovely driver set it up for us just where we wanted it. Can confidently recommend this garden set and the company. Delighted I took the plunge.

Absolutely love these garden seats, so well made, I did try a cushion but preferred it without as it was so comfotable, customer service was excellent, delivery guys were lovely and helpful, a great service from start to finish, I would highly recommend this company.

Needed sturdy chairs and reviews were v good. Chairs are great, heavy duty and well made.Received txt for delivery a few days before and that was fine. On the day, doorbell rung when I answered (which was not long) the chairs had been dumped on my pathway and a large white van was driving off…. So, I had to get someone to help twist these v large chairs around my normal size front door, through the lounge and into my back garden. These chairs are HEAVY so be warned if you are likely to need help. Shame, as I’d read such good reviews about lovely helpful drivers. Not the end of the world but disappointing as I was expecting them to be left in situ (as others suggested) rather than doorstep delivery of such an awkward item.

The first delivery date was changed due to vehicle breakdown, but the company notified me promptly and kept in touch to rearrange it for the next day.Great service and excellent value for money

The chairs are lovely and comfortable, the table is bigger than expected so a bonus.The only negative unfortunately is that I wouldn’t recommend that you ordered from Staffordshire garden supplies.Let down continuously with delivery dates.Finally delivered after 6 weeks of waiting.

This was purchased for my parents in their new home and they absolutely love it and so does Poppy! Very good quality, sturdy, and beautiful. I’m sure this will last for many many years. I’d also like to add how impressed I was with the customer service I received from Staffordshire Outbuildings, and how helpful and friendly all the staff were that I spoke too. Also, a shout out to the lovely delivery driver who was a very happy chappy, pleasant and helpful. It was an absolute pleasure purchasing this from you and you WILL be recommended to everyone we hear that is looking for excellent quality at a reasonable price.

Arrived promptly and undamaged. Surprisingly not joined together which was a huge plus as you can then arrange as you wish although they did offer to screw together.Comfortable and good size. Come pretreated but we will use clear varnish as wood is so nice. A great addition to the garden.

Very pleased with these chairs, they look lovely in the garden and are very comfortable, the seat is curved under your legs so you do t get hard wood digging in. Really nice to have them made and delivered assembled. No messing about having to put them together, definitely a plus as we could sit straight away. No problem with delivery we were kept informed by email and when I phoned to give some delivery instructions the lady was so helpful, nothing was a problem. Would recommend this company for their service. Quality is worth waiting for.
