This tolley is very good value for money and very handy.I bolted my red coloured cantilever metal toolbox to the top shelf of this red metal trolley to make an integrated tool station solution for jobs around the house and garden. It is not too small and not too large to make transport easy in tight places. It can take heavy loads with ease and mine is already jammed packed with tools and tool boxes and it trundles along quite happily. It is a little unstable in terms of it could tip over if not careful as it is a little narrow versus height and the wheels, although sturdy and large, can get a little stuck sometimes when turning corners too quickly. I would also recommend covering the paintwork on load bearing surfaces as the red paint can scratch quite readily. I use rubberised perforated sheets to cover areas where loads are placed and to quieten surfaces when metal clangs against metal.Overall, great value and recommended for the casual DIY person.

This is a very good sturdy product. Proper shelves where items don’t continually fall off with every bump. No sharp edges. Wheels pretty well. I’ve very bad mobility and deformed hands and this is still excellent for me. Didn’t assemble myself so can’t comment re that.
HRH –
Robust & relatively easy to assemble. Currently it’s being used as a laundry trolley & it serves the purpose very well. The only downside is that, owing to it’s narrow base, it is not as stable as it could be.

Super easy to assemble, very sturdy and perfect for keeping all of my candle making essentials in one place. Love that I can just wheel it out when I need to then roll it back into the cupboard out if the way. I have quite a lot of weight on this trolly between the boxes of candle jars and the many kilos of fragrance oils. It holds up well under the pressure. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this item 🙂

As a woodworker, I often ended up having to move already prepared parts and offcuts from place to place to allow me to use different machines. This trolley lets me keep everything together and keeps machines and worksurfaces clear and ready for use.Assembly is pretty easy and the finished trolley is very solid. the two fixed wheels mean that manoeuvring it can be a little difficult in tight spaces but this is not really a problem.

I needed space and I’m hoping these will last. I have a welder and petrol generator underneath and a table saw on the top. I can now get to racking behind them by easily wheeling the trolley out of a tight packed brick shed.

Good product. Comparable to other more expensive carts

Needed something for all the car cleaning equipment and this delivers on all aspects!Well packaged when it arrived, easy to build with clear instructions.Once it was built it feels sturdy, easy to manoeuvre and had 2 locking wheels.Great value for money!

Got this for hubby who is HGV mechanic, says it’s worth it’s weight in gold, saves him many trips to his tool box as he just put what he needs for the job on it, and just keeps the main stuff on it!
Cellarvie –
Made from sturdy metal, all parts correct, instructions easy to follow, excellent value. Only caution, it has one set of fixed wheels which, for my small space makes it slightly less maneuverable, would be no problem though in a workshop or garage.

Surprised how good this is, but to be fair all German made products are so much nicer and stronger than products made in China etc. Very happy with this product.
EttsDad –
It is solid.im surprised how good it is for the price.would definitely buy another one.Would suggest a little ratchet set to put it together.
Luke Hinckley –
Well built trolley, use it for work to carry my tools box and tools around to save the old back. Would be better if all 4 wheels coulds but great trolley for work.

Better than metal ones in a similar price range.

Looked good but turned out to be weak and flimsy after a couple of weeks use one of the wheels folded under itself rendering the trolley useless. I am going to try to return.

This heavy duty utility cart is sturdy and substantial and ideal for many utilitarian tasks around the home and garden. I’m using it for gardening, using the top parts for planting up, keeping compost on the bottom and plant pots and tools on the middle shelf, and it works really well for this, especially as I can trundle it in and out of the garage to where I want to use it. The plastic is really substantial, and you can see why it could hold up to 500 1bs of weight, so if you’ve get heavy tools in the garage, it would also work well for this, as well as a myriad other uses I’m sure!To build, it was really very straight-forward, the instructions were pictorial and relatively easy to follow. On my own this took me the best part of an hour, but with two I’m sure it would take more like 30 mins. I’m pleased to report all screws, bolts, nuts and washers needed to build the cart were present and correct, though I was a bit niggled that there wasn’t a spanner included for tightening the bolts, as you generally find in flat packs. I fortunately I found a spanner in my toolbox that fitted and using the round end of this (see photo) made tightening the nuts quite easy, it definitely would have taken much longer just using an open ended spanner. The instructions also say you need a rubber mallet to knock down the legs into the top shelf, which I didn’t have, but found these easily slotted in without needing this. Nearly all of the bolts and nuts fitted easily and well, though I did have one stubborn one that wouldn’t got on straight or tighten as well as the others, but as it’s only 1 of 12, it wasn’t an issue. You can build the cart with two or three shelves, to suit your needs, so if you want three you need to follow the instructions on the bottom of the page and not the top (you can learn from my mistake!).Overall this is a good substantial and sturdy utility cart. Mine has a bit of a minor wheel wobble now it’s built, but perhaps that more to do with my DIY skills rather than the product itself! Colour wise, the marbling effect is OK, though I probably would preferred it to have been just solid black. I can’t comment on price as at the point of review there is no pricing on the product page.

The trolley is delivered inside a compact cardboard box. There is a bit of polystyrene holding the pieces in place. The box contains and instruction booklet; three fairly deep trays; four legs; four heavy duty wheels; handle and all the nuts, bolts, washers and O-rings needed for assembly. You need two 10mm spanners and a screwdriver to help with assembly. This is best assembled with two people but one could manage if the pieces were propped up against something whilst locating the bolts. One of the trays had bent sides so we had to force it into position to match up the holes. I needed the top tray to be upside down to accommodate a dolls house that I am repairing which is bigger than the trays. The heavy duty wheels can be locked into position and are securely fixed into the bottom tray with four good size bolts so they are secure and can hold a good deal of weight. The handle is only just proud of the tray which is perfect for sitting the dolls house on. When I have completed rebuilding it, I will turn the tray the right side up and use it as it should be but for now it is perfect for my needs. The trolley is easy to wheel from one place to another and the trays are deep enough to hold hammers screwdrivers etc. I’m really pleased with it and it is a reasonably priced item and I said earlier, the only problem we encountered was the one tray that was out of shape.

I’ve wanted a new storage cart for ages and this new one from Amazon is great and just the right size! It comes delivered flat packed in a medium size box, the weight on the box said 12.96kg. It took me exactly 45 mins to build it without rushing and the instructions were easy to follow, and I had no difficulties building it. Each shelf is different and there are two nuts and bolts that are longer than the rest which are used for the handle so make sure you have the correct parts and the shelves in the right order before you start.I really like the colour (especially as it matches my car) and the quality of the whole unit is very good with no sharp edges or burrs sticking out. All the smaller parts and wheels come in a separate sealed box inside the main one to avoid losing anything. No tools are provided, I used a 10mm socket to help tighten the nuts. The height of the middle shelf can be slightly adjusted. The wheels are solid and seem very durable, the unit can be pushed or pulled around easily and the brakes hold it in position very well even when loaded with heavy items. I don’t know whether it’s by design, but I like that there are slits on each corner of the shelves to allow liquids to drain out rather than pool up in the bottom. For me, I’ll be using it to keep all my detailing products on which is great as I can wheel the whole lot out in one go rather than keep going back and forth into the garage. The total weight limit for it is 250kg and each shelf is 80mm deep. Two of the wheels are fixed and the other two can swivel 360 degrees.Overall, I think this is a very good utility cart and although I don’t know the price of it, hopefully being AmazonBasics it will be priced accordingly. Once put together it becomes very sturdy and it should last for quite some time with normal use. I haven’t found any faults with it so far, so I think it deserves the full 5 stars. I have no issues recommending this item!

It’s not a thing of aesthetic beauty perhaps but what a useful thing to have! Great for a wide range of uses such as having a mobile tool kit that can be wheeled out from a tight space, storage and movement of materials for a project – or as we have repurposed it recently – as a temporary kitchen organiser while ours is renovated. It went together pretty easily though a second pair of hands is helpful in parts. After which it has just done its thing and has been unaffected by damp / water spillage. As a result, easy to clean off with a hose.It manoeuvres pretty well too though only two wheels pivot so can be a bit of a fuss to parallel park it. Stable and no gripes from the wheels when it’s heavily loaded.

My husband was really pleased to get this excellent workman’s trolley for using in his home car workshop (aka our large triple garage). It’s made with extremely thick, rigid plastic that simply slots together for the most part, then uses large nuts, bolts and locking washers to attach the castors and wheels.Overall, it’s built to last and will easily handle anything the average home mechanic will throw at it, especially as it’s got a high load rating suitable for car parts and batteries. The middle shelf can be positioned higher or lower depending on what you intend to put on the shelves. We found a central mounting suited us, but if you wanted to put larger items on the bottom, you might need to move the shelf up a bit due to there being a large side rail to the shelves. Also, when you attach the castors and wheels, I’d recommend you fix them loosely to start with, and note the position of the nut faces round the edge, because our kit arrived with nuts that requied a larger size socket than was stated, and as such there is only marginal clearance to allow the castors to pivot. It’s fine as long as you assemble it carefully and note the nut positions, but take your time!5 stars.

Nice Little Cart
This little cart is exactly what I wanted and my wife thinks it’s cute. Not overly heavy but sturdy enough for anything we would use it for. Assembly easy enough for one person to do…took me leisurely hour and a quarter. Minor criticism: all hardware (nuts, screws, washers) come mixed together in one bad which made it difficult to pick out smaller pieces. I ended up sorting them out before proceeding with assembly. Warning! Hardware bag contains exact number of pieces needed, no extras. Kinda cheap, but there it is.

Need Better Instructions And……
I’m happy with the final results but getting there was just a horrible experience. The three tub levels all have a place in the setup of this cart. If those had been pointed out just a little better I would of only have to assemble it once instead of three times. It really wore me down doing what should of took about forty five minutes to a hour instead it took me two and a half hours. Some looking for nuts and bolts and the other switching tub parts over and over. The nuts and bolts were everywhere and when I opened the box they flew this way and that. The nut and bolt bag was just tossed loosely in with the heavy loose wheels so everything when moved just tore the little thin bolt and nut bag apart. I had to match three different nuts as they had rolled everywhere and I couldn’t find them all. But it’s done and the end result is a nice easily maneuverable flashy red cart that definitely can hold some weight when I use it for that on occasion. The wheels move smoothly and the rubber tires dampens a lot of vibration that would of been sent on to my already overtired hands. Two of the tires can be locked while the other two not. Also the locking tires have three hundred and sixty degrees rotation as well while the other two just spin and don’t rotate. The tubs are deep enough for what I’ll be using it for the majority of the time but for now it’s just a stationary paperweight. None of the pieces or parts felt cheap in my hands and the baked on red color was excellent with no drip marks to speak of. It will last for many, many years before any maintenance is required on it. Four Stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!

Carrello rosso in acciaio a tre ripiani

Doesn’t come with assembly instructions.
Separate all the fastener hardware into groups and it’s fairly easy to figure out. Put a flat washer and lock nut on the underside of the casters. Two of the fasteners with Phillips socket heads are a little longer to fasten the handle to the cart.

False advertising, not 250kg! Thin sheet metal, damaged in transit, worth less than 50% of the price
I was expecting something pretty sturdy for the price charged but what I got was thin cheap metal from China that was bent and damaged in shipping (the styrofoam was broken as was the bag from the screws and some of the metal was bent). It is handy and I don’t feel like taking it apart to send it back but I wish (and thought) it was far more robust.Researching further the documentation clearly states that the maximum load is 330 pounds or 150 kilograms not 250 as advertised. This is pretty clear when you actually see the product.

Well made and economical
I needed a welding surface for my “hobby”. This is perfect……sturdy, right height, good surface size and super easy to assemble. I flipped the top shelf over and attached a 16 gauge steel sheet to the top with rivet. It works perfectly. My weld sits in the bottom shelf and my wire feeder clips to the handle. Lot’s of room on bottom shelf for wire reels and chip hammer etc. My wife got one as well for doing her plants and potting. Bag o dirt on the bottom shelf with all her hand tools and pots and she sits on her work stool and the top height is perfect as well. It seems to have lots of different uses and purposes. Depends on what you are up to in the garage.

Difficult to assemble/poor packaging/poor design
The package was damaged, beaten-up on receipt which may help explain the challenge I had unpacking. I had difficulty separating the three trays of the cart that were shipped inter-nestled and wedged together. I ultimately damaged the finish using vise lock pliers to separate the pieces. Unnecessary time and aggravation was spent because Amazon wanted to reduce the package size by 1/2 inch and decided not to use non-compressible, appropriate packaging spacers between trays. As for the approx. 100 fastener pieces, they were all packaged together in a single bag; how difficult would it be to individually package? Other carts and furniture I’ve purchased (outside Amazon) seem to accomplish this while maintaining competitive pricing. Regarding design, the 16 bolts mounting the casters protrude into the bottom tray at all four corners, creating an uneven storage surface, reducing effective/utilizable space. Again, other carts I’ve purchased mount the casters (with a single threaded stem) into the vertical cart supports avoiding this problem, while ultimately strengthening the cart and simplifying assembly (imagine that?). Or they could have at least used carriage bolts (with a lower profile rounded/smooth head) however Amazon chose the cheaper and less effective solution at the cost (and ultimate satisfaction) to the consumer.

Love this for my mobile classroom cart!
Covid brought changes to schools that meant teachers were moving from classroom to classroom instead of the students. I bought this to use for my mobile classroom cart. Love it! Sturdy, roomy, smooth rolling. Teachers, take note! Don’t waste money on the smaller rolling kitchen carts with wobbly wheels that fall out. These wheels are big and sturdy and the handle makes moving it a breeze. No regrets!

Buon carrello
