The seat itself isn’t marked or damaged. It’s comfy, but luckily it’s for my 9 year old for her desk because any adult, especially with a big 🍑 like mine, you won’t be comfortable and feel like you’re falling off when the seat is raised.MAIN ISSUE, the legs are damaged/scratched, like it’s a return resale. And yes, I’ve tried to clean them before taking photos. Considering it was wrapped in bubble wrap and box undamaged, it wasn’t the courier at fault. Whilst the seat is nice, the legs are the reason for less stars.

My chair came with a tare on the underneath of the chair, you can’t see it when the chair is built however paying this much for a chair that comes damaged isn’t worth it in my eyes.Item was damaged but the box wasn’t. Definitely should be cheaper if items are going to show up damaged.

The chair is fairly comfortable and easy to assemble. Only fault I have with this is that the base of the chair seems to have scratches, quite disappointing as I paid a fair price, expecting it to be scratch free.

Nice looking chair , right size for confined space, not as comfortable as I would wish and not right for large person or sit for long period as it’s just reasonably adequate for daily usage. About right for what you pay , easy to assemble but only downside was the delivery (pilot) as I waited the whole morning only to find the box left outside my front door as I was about to leave for work with the box slit open and dint even bother to knock or ring the bell as it was raining. Did not take a star off as all parts were in the box as I dreaded would be missing. Few scratch marks on the chrome feet and slight dent noticed probably in transit although had plastic cardboard wrapping. Overall a good purchase.

Just recieved the item, looks like an elegant, easy to install chair but unfortunately as has previously been reported in this review thread, the chair arrived with damaged fabric (a deep cut see pictures). Clearly not an item that will last. Will be requesting a replacement or refund!

It does look cheap and I suppose you get what you pay for . The wheels were quite annoying to put on. Assembly took about 10 minutes after the wheels were put on. Delivery was very slow .

The chair looks good and is easy to assemble. However if you are looking for a comfortable chair, this one is not it! As I sat down, my legs slant downwards. It felt uncomfortable but after 40 minutes I begun to feel pain in my back. It is a shame because it is a nice looking chair.

Surprisingly comfortable. I’m 5ft with short legs, the seating panel has a slight slope downwards and is bootie-hugging so it doesn’t cut the circulation on my thighs. The back panel just comes up at the right height to support my back.

Absolutely lovely chair beautiful colours easy to put together, but sadly I would say if you’re on the larger size avoid the chair , I would say this chair is more suitable for someone that’s on the slim side so if you’re over 14 stone do not buy it

Definitely worth its money, but:- gets a bit warm sitting on leather chair in the summer- doesn’t have tilt adjustment and is tilted forward a bit too much..Other than that – good product, very stable, very easy to put together and use. I am very happy and pleased with my purchase 👍🏻

How do I report the chair as damaged? I don’t want to return it as I need it for work and it’s such a hassle to send back again after the delivery wasn’t by a normal route. The leather was ripped and the delivery driver threw the box at my door. The box was also damaged.Otherwise it’s a good chair. But disappointing as I have paid for a new product through prime and received a faulty one. But can only get refund if I send it back myself!

I wouldn’t recommend for long term working from home/everyday use so if you’ve got a bad back, probably best not to purchase. On the pros, it is really easy to assemble (to the seller, I recommend leaving the manual at the top of the packaging as I was already halfway through installing before I saw the manual in a very inconspicuous location). It is good value for money. It did feel uncomfortable at first but strangely I’ve gotten used to it.

Ordered the red chair to go with my new desk, be warned it is delivered by Hermes (which is so so). The chair is not red, it’s more of an orangey red, no instructions on how to construct in the box, it was fairly easy without. Took about 5 mins to put it together.The chair is very uncomfortable, I was planning to use it for studying, but I’m not sure if i will be able to sit in it for more than half hour at a time with getting a bad back.I may have to use a spare if it causes issues. Can be bothered returning via Hermes, more hassle than it’s worth.I’d not recommend this chair, colour not correct, price tag to high for what the chair is and overall no instructions in the box.
