This swing seat is sturdy, attractive and very comfortable. You can add cushions for extra comfort. The nice thing about this seat is it doesn’t impose too much, looks sleek and the structure is not too high. Looks great with colourful scatter cushions too.We needed a part replaced and the customer service was helpful and swift. All in all GREAT value Very impressive 👍 👍

The swing arrived within a few days. Setting it up did take long. All parts were labelled, everything was there, pictures sometimes required abit of thought but was otherwise fairly straight forward to assemble. Only issue we had was the one of the screws, specifically the m6 (no 4) came in at 50mm when it was supposed to be 55mm. We had to go to wickes to purchase an alternative in order to finish the swing. Error on the sellers part. We measured and checked it against the the other screw as there was 2, and 1 was 55 and the other 50.Also, the swing began creaking within half hour of use. We are hoping some WD40 will resolve it.All in all, looks so good and lovely to use.

The institutions were poorly photocopied instructions, had to go on Internet to find better assemly instructionsThe box was delivered damaged, i was offered a partial refund of £20. I said i would check all the contents were there and undamaged before accepting this. Upon passing someone to build the seat for me the last piece that we took out but did not check as it was obviously not missing prior to building was the seat pad. The seat pad was very poor quality and not stitched correctly. I contacted the seller again with a photo and was offered £15. I agreed to accept the £35 total refund and get this fixed myself then i got a rerurn the item email. I have been emailing these sellers for months now. They refused anymore than a £20 refund which they’d offered for the damaged box and nothing more for the actual damaged product. They have been rude, told me i have used the product (it is not usable at it is damaged), refused to pay to get the product dismantled therefore to return i will be £40 out of pocket as i am disabled. I will never buy from these again. I want the product removing where it is taking up space on my garden preventing me getting a product i can use and amazon customer service have promised me a refund over and over again but still i am waiting… I have spent hours on the phone to amazon and emailing them and the seller and would not recommend either. I want my money back and my garden back! I require the £20 I’ve paid already to get the seat out together (i am disabled and terrible instructions enclosed too) which i was kind of ok with paying to get my seat put together but now a further £20 to return it so £40 and no seat is not acceptable.

was unsure whether to order as seemed very cheap it was delivered 3 days after i ordered it wasnt expecting it for at least another 4 days so that was a nice surprise. It was nicely packaged and each part had a sticker so you could see which parts went where all the bolts and nuts were in separate bags with there corresponding number on the bag which made it very easy to find which bolts went where much easier than having to sort 50 different sized bolts and then have to match them to a diagram. however the instructions were very basic and i did have to check the pic of the finished swing on Amazon to see which way up one of the pieces went but i managed to do most of it without any trouble . Once made it looks lovely however since making it its not stopped raining so not had chance to lounge on it yet but ive had a quick sit down and its pretty comfortable definately worth the money.

It’s a good sturdy frame it only got four stars for comfort as the cushion isn’t very thick resulting in feeling the bar under your legs. I was prepared for this though as I had read that in other reviews. It isn’t a major problem and I will eventually invest in a thicker seat cushion. I do think it’s excellent value for money. It’s quite sturdy and there was no missing pieces or screws. Instructions were basic as is usual for these things but as long as you take your time they do make sense. All the different screws and bolts and fixings come in separate numbered packets and the instructions guide you which bit from which packet to use. You probably could assemble it alone at a push but highly recommend two people to do the job as sometimes it’s awkward to hold pieces together and fit screws. The canopy tilts back and forth which is handy. All in all I’m extremely happy with my new garden swing.

Really Really Happy with this product. It was easy to put up my 9 year helped!Very comfortable I am able to lay down on it and I am not the skinnest out of the bunch very sturdy!Wish I brought twp of these as they was cheaper then what they are currently being sold for.Would highly recommend, also it came before the expect date! :)If I was to find a fault in this product it would be the actual assemble sheet as it wasnt printed properly but I typed the name of the chair in Youtube and clicked the first video and that helped me put it up because the “how to put up” sheet was not printed clearly.

Doesn’t feel quite as sturdy as the one it has replaced. Was a job and a half erecting it but we got there eventually. And it definitely isn’t a three seater unless you are a family of stick people. But the cushion is comfy and it does the job it’s meant to. Good for the price.

Easy everything and value for money. Asda are selling exact same thing for 50 quid more. I would say it was a 2 seater tho, unless ur 3 people are small 10 year olds. Husband loves the item and I loved the price tag from this seller. Ty.

This garden swing is dangerous! The arm snapped with me and my 5 month old granddaughter sat on it after just 4 months, my granddaughter nearly fell on the floor which could have ended in a very serious way. I contacted the seller and was basically told they could not treat my case as an individual, as it wouldn’t be fair to other customers. Never heard so much rubbish in my life. They sold me the item as an individual so why not treat this individual case separately. Basically they are not doing anything and not even sorry for what happened as i had it for 4 months. They said it should have broke within 3 months for them to do something.Do not buy unless you are prepared for it to break and cause serious harm!

Purchased this for myself and very impressed. Delivered in just 2 days (much quicker than the 7-10 quoted)Great value for money.Not the most robust (don’t let kids climb all over it) and the material is a little thin, but I’m very impressed with what I got for my money.Be warned: the instructions are VERY hard to read and decipher and I’m a professional handywoman of 11 years trading.There are 9 tiny drawings on half a page of A4. All the items are clearly labelled though as are the screws. Take it slowly and methodically and you’ll be ok.

Not easy to assemble ad not all the parts are labelled but once you get there..ohhh it’s brilliant. The swing is so comfortable, definitely not designed for 3 adults but me and my 2 kids are enjoying it. Also please remember to buy a rain cover for it as the rain comes straight through the roof onto the seat.

I don’t usually write reviews. but this I had to I received this item and when I tried to assemble it .there was missing parts and scratches all over the swing .the quality of the product is very poor and worst than the product is the customer service .I have tried to get in touch with the seller and explained the missing parts .the seller is asking for pictures of a missing item I don’t know how is that possible no solution at all .So please make sure you avoid this one. not only will you be disappointed bu the product it self you will be more disappointed with the hassle to return an unsafe product if I had a chance and there was an option I would of given less then one star

Great swing apart from the nut/screw covers they dont fit so just drop of so had to glue them on . But the rest is fine would buy again for the price. Even though it did drop 10 in price days after i bourght it but still ok for that amount .

Great company i had a piece missing I informed them on the Monday and it arrived by Friday great service. Assembly was about the same as others not to difficult sometimes its easier with two of you. It not quite a 3 seater, 3 children maybe. Otherwise a great product for the price.

Although fairly easy to assemble, once it’s up, it was a disappointment. It’s definitely not a 3 seater for adults, 2 at the most and that was pushing it weight wise. It’s low to the ground, so much better suited for my grandkids who are all under 10, you can fit 3 kids on, but even then the frame rocks side to side when they swing.Wouldn’t recommend for adults at all.

Should have bought this year’s ago. Very comfortable with a large fluffy throw and some cushions, good that you can tilt top re sun or if raining for rain to run off and not settle. The assembly instructions could have been clearer, I followed them closely and still made 3 mistakes having to take it apart and reassemble. Would be easier with 2 people also. Very happy with the product, the black caps have mostly fallen off but doesn’t affect use.

I love garden swings but this one is very small and is definitely only a two seater. The padding is not padded enough to cover the bar that goes under your legs so this really digs in and has left me searching for a bolster at a high cost to make it comfortable. All in all it works and if you had a small garden it would be perfect but I wish I spent more money to get a bigger and better one

The advert states it is s ‘3’ seater swing seat. Unless all 3 are small children, there is no way it will comfortably seat 3 adults. Very misleading. Also, in constructing the swing my husband had difficulty with the diagram, it was so small and blurred it was virtually impossible to read. Fortunately, he has constructed these types of garden seats before, so it was knowledge and experience that allowed him to eventually construct it, and not the diagram of instructions.Will never purchase from this seller again!!!!!

The product arrived and was quite fiddly to put up but managed it. Having bought the cover for it we followed all of the instructions for storage over the winter. Unfortunately the quality or lack of the canopy has left the swing seat without a canopy. The metal poles are far to thin and have bent on the one side and snapped completely on the other. The product is not of a quality to have any possibility to last more than one season and thus not of saleable condition in my opinion. I emailed the company over a month ago to give them an opportunity to respond but as yet I have not had a response. Very disappointed.

Bought for our daughter who has always wanted a swingseat. Relatively easy to construct and very comfortable to sit on. Canopy is easy to adjust for complete shade from the sun. More than happy with this lovely seat and at a reasonable price. Hope to get many years use from this product.
