Karen –
Really like this chair as it is so comfy and light, not bulky at all so it doesn’t take too much room. And it was very easy to assemble.
Patricia Hodgson –
Lovely chair but back support a little springy instead slightly firm.
Patrick Morris –
Very comfortable chair for such a low price.
Gary Towers –
Easy to put together. Took 5 mins. Nice fabric and a comfy seat for one’s bottom. However the angle of the back support is very reclined, so rather than facing the computer you facing high above it. Thus if one leans forward to see the computer directly one’s back is no longer in contact with the chair.
Michael Lewis –
I love the chair its so comfortable and gives support to my back. Its so easy to move around. I am very satisfied with the purchase
Crystalchris –
Had two large, heavy, cumbersome chairs that took up far too much room and was extremely difficult to manoeuvre. This is just the opposite and exactly what we wanted. It’s comfortable and supportive, compact and very easy to manoeuvre. Very happy with chair and good value for money.
L. M. Wood –
Fits nicely under my desk. Very comfortable, back support good. Really delighted with it.

For the price and delivery time of desk chairs in the current pandemic, I think it’s fair to say that this is an okay chair. I’ve definitely bought a much better and only slightly more expensive one on Amazon before (in Germany), so I’m a little disappointed (but that was many years ago). This was however the only one that I could afford at the moment and that could be delivered to my home in a reasonable time frame (the Amazon Basics one I had considered was sold out at the time). What really bothers me about the chair is that it doesn’t tilt (i.e. it’s fixed) and instead the back rest kind of starts bending or leaning back from about waist height. So you can lean back in the chair in a way, but when you sit straight there is only support up to your waist. I guess that can be improved by a small pillow in the back, but it’s an annoying design flaw in my opinion. The seat cushion is very comfy and the assembly is super easy. The instructions are easy to understand and it takes about 10-15 minutes to put it all together. They deliver an L shaped hex key with it too, so you won’t need any tools.
Miss Davies –
If, like me, you was upgrading from a stool to a “proper” chair for your computer, and you’re on a budget, this is good! But it’s far from the best office chair. It looks good, but the back support is lacking. I usually have everything adjusted to 90°, but regardless of that, this is more like 120°, so I dont feel particularly supported. And the back cant be adjusted, only the chair height can be adjusted. The other thing was, the bit where the chair wheels and the bit between the chair and the wheels (neck?), don’t actually fasten together. You pop the neck into the centre of the wheels, and that’s it, if you lift the chair from the seat, the wheels will fall off.Assembly wasnt difficult at all, on a scale of 1 – ikea (10), this is a 3, it’s just a big jigsaw. You get a piece of paper to show you what order to put parts together, but you could probably do it without the instructions if they weren’t included. The assembly parts are nuts, chair wheels, chair wheel base, chair neck, seat, back “support”, and chair height adjustment lever. It still think it’s good, this is the cheapest office chair i found, and i can see why it’s cheap, but it’s still functional and will do the job.

No comfort for me here, where the back rest bends back I have the bends digging into my back. Also after years on just sitting in one place playing computer games (Gamer). I have got throughloads of chairs. This one I would not expect to last a year, when raised near full height there is a slight wobble. Which in the past bodes trouble. It is the lightest one of it’s type I have owned. Looking at all reviews “Comfort” scores the least. Edit after sitting on it for near 36 hours then sleeping and getting back on it. I down grade the comfort to half a star. Horrid

Purchased as a drawing table seat that would be used occasionally. Upon first sitting on it it seemed okay but as soon as rested against the rear of the chair a splitting sound was heard and this was without my full weight against the backrest! Upon examination of this, I found the plywood from the base of the chair had split and broken away from the mounting security. Please note that I am under the maximum weight permitted (200lbs). Hate to think what injuries could have occured if I had relaxed against the backrest!
gEvans –
I’ve had nothing but back and neck ache since using this chair

The assembly instructions were clear and simple; I put this together in less than 10 minutes, no tools required. I work from home and am happy sitting in this chair between 8-10 hours each day. The back uspport is okay and enough for me — I do not have any back issues and do not require a whole lot of support.
Ali –
I only wanted the chair for my sewing room & for that it’s great, neat compact and a comfortable seat, no arms so I can easily slide up close to the sewing table, very easy to put together. The back is not supportive enough to sit at a computer desk. I would recommend you spend a little more and get one with an adjustable back.
Rich T –
Pros:Robust materials and finished product.Very simple, intuitively straightforward construction; assembly took me just 10 minutes, with no difficulties fitting parts; instructions (so far as they are necessary) perfectly adequate and clear.Comfortable, flexible but supportive backrestCons:Backrest is fixed and non-adjustable.Dimensions of the seat – particularly its depth – are small (42 x 42 cm), providing incomplete support for upper leg. This reduces the seat’s comfort, and the chair’s suitability for lengthy periods of use by average-height and taller adults (my experience of it as a 5ft 8in tall adult). Hence I’d only recommend purchasing this chair for children’s or (as advertised) younger teenagers’ use.The seat’s overlaid mesh fabric covering, while durable and minimizing build-up of moisture, slides forward if one reclines against the backrest, thereby further reducing upper-leg support.

I am so glad I made this purchase. I needed a small desk chair to fit in my little desk area but I also wanted my chair to be comfortable. This desk chair is comfortable and compact. Most small desk chairs I’ve seen online are not comfortable and they don’t provide enough support, which is not the case with this one. It was super easy to assemble and the delivery was quick! Super pleased! Would definitely recommend it for someone who is looking for a small yet comfortable desk chair.

Easy to assemble
Rebecca Ryan –
This chair fits comfortably under my desk and has a very comfortable seat. I did buy an additional back support as I would with any office chair due to my posture. Very easy to assemble as well.
Miss D Gordon –
I bought this chair as I wanted to use it with seat and lumbar support cushions – with both of these the chair is excellent. However, without my lumbar support cushion, the back of the chair is at an odd angle which might not suit everyone. This is why I gave it 4 stars for support. Having said that, I really like this chair is it is a perfect size for someone on the petite side and it is really easy to move around and store as it is lightweight and very compact. For the price, it was worth a try and it suits me very well.
I do NOT wish my Name to appear on any recommendation ! –
I collected the Parcel this afternoon. On opening it, I discovered that there are only 7 Screws supplied. There should be 8. I am unable to assemble the Chair !Mike Feltham
Rudra Limbu –
It is a good vale for money. Very sturdy with good support. Only the side it let me down was middle part of the back support sticks out and you can feel right at your backbone. It is little discomfort when you are in there for prolonged. Other than that I have given 4 out of 5.
Miss H –
I am impressed by this chair. It is just the right size for the compact area I have for it, it is lightweight, easy to put together, and comfortable. The only thing I’d say is that it could do with a back adjuster as the back of the chair is too far back and you’d have to really lay your back into it to get any upper back support. Overall a very nice chair though!
Harriet –
The instructions that come with the chair don’t match perfectly, but it’s not too hard to figure out. It’s annoying that the back doesn’t angle at all, the chair only moves up and down, especially since the back of it leans so far back! I don’t think I actually use the back of the chair at all most of the time. I mostly like this because I can sit on it with my legs crossed since there aren’t any arms. I also find that the screws can be felt straight through the seat of the chair, since there’s not a lot of padding. I don’t find it ergonomic or adjustable, and while the mesh breathable fabric is nice it’s not removable and will get dirt inside it. It’s not bad enough I’d send it back, but I wouldn’t recommend it.
Red River 63 –
Adequate computer chair but does have a thin seat which means you can feel the mechanism under the seat. However, you get what you pay for and this chair wasn’t expensive.
Mr. Rosie –
It is very uncomfortable , after a while sitting on it you begin to get sore bum even with a cusheon , I would not recommend to any one to buy I am sorry I spent so much on it
Rockmegirl –
Overall very pleased with this product. My only oberservation is that the actual seat could have a little more ‘padding’ to make it extremely comfortable.
Amazon Customer –
I originally liked the simplicity of this chair and it was so easy to put together however that’s all I like. It doesn’t stay up when you sit on it, slowly goes down a bit. Also there is zero back support so not comfy after half an hour.
James –
It is a good chair and easy assumable in 15 min
Marcella –
The chair was really easy to put together – took maybe 10 minutes. The back i found was a slightly odd angle so it isn’t really comfortable to lean backwards on – but it is fine for working at a desk for a shorter period. The seat pad is well padded and comfortable to sit on
Pauline Shenton –
The seat base is padded and comfortable but I am disappointed with the overall comfort as the back is not at all supportive. It is at too big an angle, so you have to lean back a lot for your back to touch it. I bought it for my mother who has a back problem at the moment but she didn’t like it at all as she wanted something that would support her back when she is sitting upright. I had to buy her another chair and decided to keep this one for myself as I don’t need as much back support as she does.
Victoria –
Chair is comfortable but started to fray on the corner causing it to tear
Nicholas Alexander –
Back support is important for desk-bound work, and this chair does not provide very good back support. Added a padding device to it that improved matters but still had a very sore back at the end of the week. As it is constructed not sure if I can return it or if it is going to a charity shop but replaced it with a straight-backed wooden chair which works better for me. I am 6ft tall, maybe a shorter person would find this better? The gas riser works well and the casters and base are solid enough. I should have spent much more, it seems but the basic wooden chair was less than half the cost (from a charity shop). Buying local has its benefits!
MLB –
Not great quality – everything is plastic – and the back doesn’t offer lumbar support. For a similar price bought a better chair at Argos / Habitat
fee –
This is perfect for my 14 year old sitting at his computer.
Amazon Customer –
This has little back support if you are tall the back seems to curve away and is uncomfortable to sit in
Peter Blake –
Very pleased with this. The main bonus for me is that it doesn’t take up too much room as it doesn’t have any arms and the seat and back are fairly narrow. It’s comfortable enough for me although I do only spend a couple of hours at a time on it.
Mark W –
Perhaps not a fair rating because the quality is pretty good, but I didn’t check the seat size because I would expect office chair sizes to be a fairly standard, but these only have a 35cm (at the back) – 40cm (at the front) seat size where as all of our other office chairs are 45cm – 50cm and that makes a huge difference and in all honesty it’s too small for an average sized adult; lesson learnt, I’ll always check the seat sizes in future
Sharpdick –
Whilst there is lumbar support, the seat of this chair is as hard as those on Croydon Trams, and is guaranteed to give one a numb bum after a short time.
Miss Pauline Ross –
Good low back support but would have liked a straight back to the seat for me
Mark –
Really not worth it. If something looks too good to be true then it probably is.
Sean –
Very poor return policy as you need to pay for the cost of the shipping!!!very uncomfortable chair with view that it has very little and adequate back support .I contacted the seller to return the item 2 days after receiving it ,and found out i must pay for the return .I am very unhappy and felt like being ripped off!!!
Amazon Customer –
Good chair, very comfortable.
BJR –
Easy to assemble (took longer to unpack). Compact, lightweight but stable, comfortable though long computing sessions might test its comfort. At the price you can’t go wrong, but don’t expect an executive type chair.
Amazon Customer –
Suits me fine. No problems to date
P R Ealing –
It is well made; the Black colour suits the pleasing design. However the leading edge of the seat slops downward, causing a problem with my posture, it would have been nice if this was adjustable, which would naturally increase the reasonable price.
Mrs Mason –
Easy to put together. Perfect size for myself and my room, I’m 5’ 4” tall 9.6 st. Very comfortable chair with good lumber support to use at computer and sewing machine.
Goska Healey –
A quick delivery, very easy to assemble and good support for my back.
grey bear –
This is a comfortable piece of kit and is ideal for a working from home solution and not expensive
Paul Brameld –
Good efficient service, good price, shame it was made in China😳
FCBoomstick –
Does the job. Fairly comfortable even after 8 hour shift. I’m not expecting it to last forever but it’s doing very we atm with no sign of wear and tear after 4 months
