I’ve had it for a couple months now and would recommend, it’s just a shame about the heating and massage functions.The massage can not just be ‘on’ in all sections, like due to power restrictions with the chair.The heating is also only lower back, which is the ideal spot that they could have chosen, however I wish they also added it into the seat itself.Easy enough to build and a fairly sturdy chair with lackluster massage and heating function.

Before purchasing this chair, I did some extensive research into which was the best chair to buy. Some reviews stated that it was really difficult to put together or it was a bit wobbly. I have waited a little while to submit this review so I could see how it was after some use.The chair was easy to put together with picture instructions that made me wonder how anyone could make a mistake. I completed it by myself in about 20 minutes.After using it, as chairs go, it is excellent. No wobble, no issues with either the reclining feature or the tilting feature (some earlier reviews said they could not get the to work) mine worked fine. The heat pad in the back of the chair helps on cold days working from home, although the actual heated area is small it is noticable and very beneficial. All in all I am glad I selected this chair.

I like the chairs and they are very comfortable, however I was not to impressed with the supplier as when I came to assemble the second chair it was obvious that it had been assembled before. I contacted the supplier about the second chair, and was told that sometimes they assemble a chair for tuition purposes, also if a customer decides after assembling the chair that they do not like product and then send it back that as long as the item is not damaged the company can send it back out as a new chair. The definition of NEW is New: A brand-new, unused, unopened and undamaged item in original retail packaging (where packaging is applicable). This second chair is not classed as new because as the definition states it should be unused. If it has been assembled before as the company agrees it had, then someone must have sat in the chair which makes it used. So be aware this company sends out used chairs at new prices, and do not advertise the fact anywhere on their web site. They did not even to offer an extended warranty on the second chair. Make your own conclusions.

OK, so I HAD to write a review, given how polarised they seem to be. I was a bit nervous, but I’m really happy with mine, it’s very comfortable, and the heat function is awesome. Couple of pointers- 1) if you’re short (I’m 5’4), you’ll need a foot rest too. 2) make sure you tighten those screws to the max 3) don’t panic when you first work out how the top and bottom connect, and worry it’ll be flimsy- it’s not. The massage function has probably caused the most controversy- I’m really happy with mine, yes it’s more vibrate than masseuse, but ……it’s a chair…? Overall I’m really pleased with it, and it’s great value for money. May need a pillow for the head support, but otherwise happy

It’s a chair, after reading reviews I bought it, they are either getting something else or something is a miss.The chair is pretty solid as a chair, back rest is short and the head rest is useless since it’s in-between my shoulders (6.1 in height) so may vary.The massage is yeah a vibration, rattles when sat up due to the height adjustment, but if you lean back it’ll pin it so it stops. Pretty loud, nice on your butt but not much use anywhere else. Was expecting something at least a little more impressive.Heat function, it heats up, only in the lumber area so ye, it works but only there.Fabric is rough but decent quality regardless, the padding on the arms is good, but, don’t be mislead by the photo, the padding on the seat is only on that front middle section. The middle of the seat where u are actually sat has little to no padding, it’d be generous to say that’s even 10mm worth of depth to it. the shape of the chair makes it tolerable but not comparable to anything with comfort.If you plan on buying the chair for the massage feature, I’d say skip. You’re better of getting a cheap chair and buying a lay over massage pad for £100 which u can use else where in your house.If you just want a new chair, not too bothered for the fancy stuff, then sure, but I’d also consider a lumber support and a butt pad to give your cheeks some enjoyment and just forget that the massage feature is a thing down there. The controller lets you choose what gets massaged as well as all at once so it can still be used anyway.Overall, though the chair is decent enough, I wouldn’t say it’s comfort enough for gaming or for extensive arm movement due to the rough material but with something on top, the padding is nice and it’s a good height, for me at least. I personally would tell someone to look elsewhere though. The massage feature is probably it’s only selling point at this price, otherwise it’d be a 60 or 70 quid chair.

I love the heat and massage function on the chair. It really helps with my co diction and it is so easy to operate. I especially love the built in holder for the keypad.I think this is a good practical office chair with a difference.The only critique I have, is that I would have liked it to have a comfier seat. I have a few bone and joint pain issues so I possibly need more cushion. However it is no different than chairs in work, so this is just a personal preference.

So, I was in two minds about buying this chair. There were so many good reviews, but the bad reviews were worrying, it felt like a gamble purchase! Anyway, I’m glad that I was brave enough to go with my own instincts because this chair is great.It was relatively simple to put together, the directions were easy enough to follow (for someone who has never put a computer chair together before) and was sturdy and supportive.It’s really comfortable. There is loads of padding, the image looks well padded and I assure you, it’s as comfy as the pics make out. The vibration was nice and relaxing – obviously it’s not shiatsu massage, but it is relaxing and the heated back is nice to chill with.All in all, I would recommend this chair. It’s perfect for gaming and chilling. Worth every penny.

Arrived two days early (despite being delivered by Yodal) so that is a plus point. Box arrived damaged and open, part boxes were also damaged but otherwise ok. Instructions are a total joke! – the 2nd step is actually about step 4…not easy to put together on your own especially with said bad back but it can be done.Pain that the arms cannot be adjusted, being a tall bloke, I need the seat lower but the arms higher…not really felt benefit from vibration or “heat” yet but all in all, it’s an ok chair – if a little expensive for what it really is.

I purchased this chair as my previous office chair was giving me a bad back (and other sore parts!) and I spend most of the day sat at my computer screen.My new chair arrived and was easy to put together. One bolt was the wrong size and I did contact the company about this and they replied quickly asking for a photo! To be truthful I just used a bolt I had as it wasn’t worth the hassle of sending photos etc.The chair is very comfortable and I actually look forward to sitting down to work on it. One word of warning though, it is very easy to get distracted playing with the heat and massage and before you know it you lose interest in work as you sink into sleep – beware!! On the whole an excellent chair that I have already recommended to a friend.

Pros:- Nice fabric- Easy to assemble- Fast delivery- Arm rests are very comfy- It’s reasonably comfortableCons:- Chair doesn’t recline much.- Not much support in terms of a head rest.- The “massage feature” is more a noisy vibration kit that is comfortable but is not a massage function.I am using it with a lumbar support which I had purchased separately. This would increase the level of comfort significantly.

Easy to put together, build quality is good. One gripe is the arm rests cannot be adjusted, the height is ok for me but other might want to raise or lower. Heat pads are good, you can feel the affects after a few minutes. Massaging intensity good, your back gets a good workout.

So far so good, a bit toght on getting some of the screws in, but all round a good comfy chair. Had it about a month and had no issues . The heat and vibrate work well and are a great addition 🙂 Not sure how this would stand up to someone who was quite heavy. Lost a star as it has an issue sembly, but i might have just had a bad one. All in all worth the money 🙂

Comfy AF, easy to build (poor manual though), very poor massage function.Says it all really.In short the massage function feels like a multi function vibrating dildo… No actuall massage properties just vibrating patterns.Heat function is ok though.The chair I good for the price on its own without the massage/heat function.

For the money they would have been better making sure the comfort levels were better, along with the build quality. The chair was easy to assemble, good fabric quality but when you turn on the massage part it has an annoying rattle, which means it’s too noise to use whilst you work.

I received the chair this afternoon and have had to request a refund shortly after. The chair looks lovely to the eye. The material is of good quality. No lower lumbar support, so you would need to buy a lumbar cushion to add. The massage functions are not very noticeable with just barely noticeable vibrations felt on the body even when on the Highest Mode. The sound of the massage vibrations is extremely loud to the ears, similar to standing next to a tumble dryer if not louder. The noise is very distracting and just after 2 minutes started to cause a migraine. The chairs massage functions cannot be used unless continually plugged into the power socket which wasn’t noted in the ad info. I have requested a refund on return of item.

i havent even tried the massage part. i didnt realise it had massage when i bought it. But i find it very uncomfortable. couldnt afford to send it back, cost me enough to buy the damn thing. needs more padding, u can feel the box or whatever it is in the seat, im guessing its the massage workings? But no, sorry im not happy at all with it. the 1 i threw out was more comfortable and id had that some yrs.

Maybe it’s my height but when I’m working this chair offers no lower back support there’s no way of moving the back more upright which means that’s you’ve got to almost lie back in it to benefit from the heat or the (poor) vibration. I bought this chair due to having lower back pain and thought it may help when I’m working. It doesn’t.

Purchase Date 14th September 2021The massage feature was a joke, but the heating was comfortable during winter.Date of Review 29th of August 2022With the Recliner feature off, it still leans backwards even lower than originally; this started about Five months ago. If I activate the Recliner, you fall backwards no matter what.So conclusion, You can’t do any work with this after about six months unless you want to sleep in the chair. It’s just uncomfortable to force yourself to sit upright.

Overall I am not happy with the quality of the chair. Below is my review1. Was ok to assemble. Instructions are not detailed but assembly is not difficult2. The worst things about the chair is that the sitting cushion is hard. The cushion is very thin and I can feel the hard inner metallic joints when I sit on the chair. Not a comfortable feeling if you have to sit on it for 8 hours a day.3. Massage vibrations are ok4. Heating is just at the back part and is very mild5. Chair overall is very lose and feels like it will fall off.

Had nothing but issues with this chair. Difficult to put together, the massage function is noisy and essentially just vibrates, the heat function is poor. The screws for the arms come loose really easily and have to be retightened all the time and the chair leans backwards at an angle.Within a few weeks, the plastic base at the bottom of the chair snapped. They sent out a replacement and that has now snapped as well.
