the chair in it’s self is quite comfortable and if the back support is positioned right quite accomidating, however for myself the fabric on the right side began tearing at the top corner then pulled out of the frame completly and it’s a painful task with my fingers to shove it back in to hold for perhaps a few days/hours before pops out again. this started about 2 months in. then the back support kept popping out of the right side and that started around six months and is quite irritating. In fairness i am 18+ stone so that may have something to do with it and when i’m not working i’m in the chair on my PC. also, to it’s credit the piston is holding my weight exceptionally well and i have never had to readjust the height due to leakage. if i was in a pinch i would buy it again. but right now i’m looking one with a back support that isn’t going to pop out on me.

Back snapped on chair, however perfect until then
SpocksOddSocks –
I like how it looks, was easy to assemble, but is a little low and the seat is not comfortable on the rear and legs after lengthy sessions. I’ve had it for a year now, but consdering a replacement. This will end up replacing an older, even less comfortable chair a family member is currently using.Edit: meant to give 3 stars rather than 2. It is somewhat acceptable, but poor for the price paid.
Mark MacEachen –
Comfortable chair, I work from home so it’s used regularly. Lasted two years before the back snapped. Not bad for the usage, age and price I suppose!
Jackie –
This chair looks great and is very comfortable. It’s easily adjustable both up and down. Very easy to assemble
Josh –
Had this chair 9 months now. Work from home most days and this chair has been great. Don’t get as many back problems anymore. Had to get a replacement part and was shipped out and arrived within a few days. Cannot fault the company. Thanks
Laura –
The chair is overall ok in terms of comfort but be warned it is quite low (I am 5ft 8″) and the lumber support isn’t amazing so I have bought an extra back support cushion. For the money it is ok.
Amazon customer –
I needed a low office chair and this was the lowest seat I could find. It’s comfortable, I’ve added a cushion to the backrest but I can sit all day for working in it and not get any pain.
Sixing Hao –
The chair was solid for a year, the back support get a bit loose later. Acceptable for daily use.
alina –
This is a good chair, even my cat uses for sleeping and watching TV
MD –
Lumber support could be better, but comfy and easy to assemble
Sabrina Brown-scott –
So happy the instructions wasn’t difficult at all. Got myself a new chair ✅
Mr J Watkins –
Fast delivery, easy to assemble and looks way more expensive than it costs. I have an IKEA chair that was 3x the price and is certainly not 3x better
Mizerka –
It’s terribly small. almost kid sized worst of all without proper adjustments. I’m not even that tall of a guy and my shoulder blades are above the back rest, lumbar support? its supporting my butt for the most part unless I slide forward in chair with bad posture, at least 10-20cm too low, even at heighest setting (it has around 3cm adjustment ish, which you have to figure out because its not even in the 1 page manual. seat size itself is okay but foam is pretty small and you indent it quickly so it feels like you’re sat on the plastic with some compressed foam inbetween.arm rests are too short to be useful and retreat to an annoying position where unless you sit in middle of the chair they’ll stick into your back and/or sides. when deployed you can barely stick your elbows onto, and even then the resting position is BELOW the lumbar, what kind of freaks were testing these chairs and said this is perfect. you have to lean on side to rest an arm on this,it uses the cheap recline mechanic (bolt locked), so it’s also wobbly, even worse so the seat wobbles to the sidesmaterials are okay, but we’ll see over time, the back mesh is quite coarse, tried it without a shirt and you just can’t lean back at all becuase it feels like an almost dried out loofah.overall, feels like a kids size chair on wheels, a £30 ebay brand import from china sold for £176(on sale for £155 atm and with discount for another £30), they’re just really trying to clear out the stock of these by the looks, and I can see why.something that’s also interesting, is that the logos shown in pictures are not present, just a blank plastic cap on both the back of chair and coasters, I thought I’d try it based on good reviews but I’m disappointed. Been sat on it for the last couple hours and comfort wise it’s pretty bad as well.Edit,Looks like price is far better now and would probably say good price for what they’re asking.

Great chair for the price. Great quality, easy to assemble. Great packaging
D. Morgan –
Very easy to put together and I did a lot of review reading a research on this chair .Came well packed etc ( heavy) assembly is a doddle .For me it’s overpriced , comfort ? Nothing special , it’s very low as well and I could befaced with spending more money on a gas lift .The back support is so stiff I’m worried I would damage it but it’s certainly nothinglike the video ..it will stay but maybe not as my main chair and comfort , no I have experienced farbetter for less .Design is good but it’s an average chair well made to a point …Since this review and have to be fair , The customer service sent out a replacement gas lift and it solved the issue of height so add more points .As I have had this a while now it’s is very comfortable and the higher lift solves a lot of issues

This chair would have almost reached marks however chair seat came with a rip on the underside of the seat. (I know you won’t be able to see it but still annoying and the rip might end up getting bigger with time!|) but Amazon refused to send out replacement and stated no replacement could be offered. So unhappy with that!Armrests are a bit shorter than I would like but overall chair looks nice and cushioned seat is comfy alongside tilting functionality.Update : the company has since reached out to me for a full refund of this chair

Bought 11 May 2022. Easy to assemble. Working well so far after 8 months (ish). It’s no ” Herman Miller ” . A lot cheaper though.
Raymond Murphy –
As stated, this is a really great product at a very good price.Assembly took around 10 minutes
S. Kruse –
When I first got this chair, I was reasonably pleased with it. It looked OK and seemed reasonably sturdy, and had OK adjustments. It was fine. However, having used it now for some time, I’m disappointed. The lock for keeping the chair upright slips all the time (it’s a poor design), suddenly flinging me backwards. Even in the most upright position, it isn’t very upright, meaning you either have to lean back way too far or sit up and get no support from the back of the chair. It’s just not ergonomically comfortable. And today, one of the screws sheered off (cut in two), which isn’t a great indication of quality. I’m careful with the things I buy, so there’s no reason for this to happen other than a low-quality product. So, the best I can say is it is OK, but it just doesn’t do the job as a long-term purchase. I’m ultimately disappointed in this.
Gurmeeto –
Whilst a decent chair, I have found sitting on it for a prolonged period of up to an hour gives me a sore butt. The cushioning could be better. Other than that, it’s a nice width seat. The arm rests rise up which helps me when tucking my chair under my desk. If they were height adjustable that would have been perfect. The back support is there but would be ideal if it moved a little more up and down. I guess you never know whether the adjustable pieces for the back will work for you or not until you physically sit on the chair. The four stars mainly contribute to the comfort of the seat.Update July: the arm rests just drop down themselves, there is no way of tightening them that I can see to prevent that from happening.

This budget friendly chair has been with me for nearly 6 months and I haven’t had any real problems, though it may not be the best for very heavy users most people with most frames should be plenty happy with this cheerful seat.
Andy taylor –
Easy to assemble vey comfortable and good colour excellent value would recommend this product
Matthew Carroll –
I looked at just about every sub-£120 office chair on Amazon before buying this one. All of them seemed to have good, but mixed, reviews. I found myself worrying about comfort, build quality and chair height – I’m 6 feet tall so this, in particular, concerned me. I gambled on this chair, and I’m really pleased I did.The chair is very easy to build – I did it myself in about 20 minutes. Everything is put together by just pushing in or by simple Allen key bolts. And the bolts of different lengths are supplied in separate compartments, so there’s no annoying process at the start of sorting all the jumbled bolts out! But even though it’s easy to build, the build quality is really good. The plastic seems to be good quality, the mesh feels sturdy, the casters are smooth and quiet, and the mechanisms all work exactly as they should.Comfort is good. The seat pad is a good level of firmness, and the adjustable lumbar support is useful. The only aspect I find a little uncomfortable is the height of the arm rests, which are fairly low down and cannot be raised, so if you’re tall your arms may not reach them. But even then, I’ve found that I can half-lower the arm rests and, although I can’t put full weight on them, I can at least rest my arms while typing. And as for the height – I honestly have no issues with it at all. I am using it at its max height, but it is entirely adequate for me – I doubt I’d want it any higher. So my biggest concern just wasn’t a problem at all.Overall, I’m really pleased with it, and would happily recommend it.
Amazon Customer –
Pleased with everything about the chair except the seat is pretty hard so you would need a cushion if using all day every day. The tilt is great and wheels are a good design that don’t sink into carpet. Would recommend.
M. –
I hadn’t realised that this was ‘forward tilting’; it is interesting to have a chair like this and I may alternate with another that I have, but for an enticing option for sitting at at the desk, this is not quite what I was looking for, and seemed quite expensive. It is also not quite as soft as I had hoped, and I find the plastic aesthetically a little abrasive. But this is a very personal opinion. It is a well-made chair, and the forward-tilt feels like it has some potential health benefits!
M –
The chair is comfortable, and provides good lumbar support. However, after just a couple of months the lever that sets the seat’s vertical axis to mobile or blocked has gotten loose. What this means is, every two-three hours the lever snaps and the chair brutally falls back. With quick reflexes you can hold on to the desk, otherwise get ready to kiss the ground.
Darren George –
Man, I really wanted this to be a good chair for me as I like the minimal look. but it is super uncomfortable.I’ll list my issues,1) It is really low off the ground even at its highest setting.2) It feels like it is slightly tilting forward in the upright position, which is really not comfortable at all.3) The lumbar support is non-existent. The plastic simply bends when you put any pressure on it.4) The backrest has no support to it. when I lean back my back just pushes the fabric back, this would cause me back issues over time5) The armrests don’t retract back far enough, when they are pushed back they press into my tricepsit was really easy to put together though.I m 5’10, fairly muscular, and towards the higher end of the recommended max weight at 107kg, but it is still well under the max of 135kg, so please bare this in mind when you consider this chair. I doubt someone who is lighter with a smaller frame would experience the same issues as me.
Dexter –
Great customer support is a big win for this chair, I bought 4 of them already, as regular office chair, I had some problem installing casters on on of the chairs and they send me a whole new base and 5 casters via dpd.comfort is really subjective but all my employees love them. also someone mentioned that the piston can be higher, I agree, but not a problem for everyone, Im 6ft and I replace the feet of one chair with high solid glide and it now fits perfectly, no need for higher pistons.also i wish the armrest is a bit softer. I ended up buying armrest cushions for all the chairs.bottom line, it is a decent comfy chair, but additional arm cushions and taller feet will make it a lot more enjoyable.

It’s always difficult to purchase a chair without being able to sit on it and check it out ‘in person’ – and that makes me reluctant to spend too much lest it be a huge mistake. This chair, however, was in a price range where I felt it was worth the risk and the other positive reviews gave me confidence that my purchase wouldn’t be disastrous.Generally, I’ve been pretty impressed. The chair is quite easy to put together, requiring only a handful of screws to be tightened in some pretty obvious holes. Once assembled, the chair is quite comfortable with a reasonable range of height adjustment, recline options and support. The ability to fold up the arms is very handy as it all but guarantees that the chair will be able to slide fully under the desk, saving valuable floor space.Naturally, I can’t comment on the longevity of the chair but nothing about it seems alarming in terms of quality and I have no reason to suspect it will fail in an unreasonably short time.
jisoonshine –
Nice chair but one of the handles is stuck and I can’t bring it down. Makes it a bit inconvenient for arm resting. 🙁
Eric –
I have to say I spent hours looking for a new office chair and finally went for this one. easy to put together and a solid chair which I find comfortable for my bad back. I have to be honest there was a light fault with the arm rest where is became loose but after contacting the company they where brilliant and sent a replacement part out within days. So I would recommend this chair and the company 100%
Andrzej Kowalczyk –
Easy to assemble, good support to lower back. The chair is quite small, even when fully extended.
Zero Wolf –
the plastic lumbar adjustment is totally inadequate and it’s not at all clear even how to adjust it, a really lame dysfunctional part of an otherwise pretty good chair. 3 stars only because lumbar support is really important
Graham D –
Comfortable and a reasonable price Easy to put together
Clare Hutchison –
The seat doesn’t really come up high enough and I have to put a cushion behind my back.
Simon –
An OK chair, but not hugely ergonomic and if you’re 6ft or taller, might be too small.Positives:- Comfortable seat.- Back is solid- No issues in 6mnthsNegatives:- Arms are very low. Not suitable of over 6ft- Won’t fit anyone who is 6ft or taller, the gas strut doesn’t go high enough.

If I compare to the expensive chair I have at the office, versus this chair at home… I prefer my office chair.

I found it really difficult to choose a chair, scrolling through hundreds without being able to test them out, worrying about the build quality & not knowing how much I wanted to spend. I eventually opted for this chair because I liked the look of the company. I am not disappointed. It was the easiest chair I have ever assembled: most of it was just a gentle push together; the screw holes aligned perfectly; screws came already separated into their compartments; there was nothing in the way of turning your allen key 360 degrees. It took 10 mins. A nice Japanese touch is it came with some tiny gloves for those that don’t want to get their hands dirty (even though all parts were super clean). The quality is very good: Nothing wobbles; a firm supportive cushion that was pleasingly sized; smooth silent castors. And I find it comfortable and supportive – I am six foot and 13 stone. It is the cheaper entry level chair for this company so what it doesn’t have is the myriad ways of adjusting it but I find it has all that I need. Most importantly for me I could adjust the lumber support to exactly the spot I need to support my lower back. All in all, I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. Feels great value for money.
Charles Mather –
Was expecting a much more comfortable chair, if your looking for lumbar support this not the chair for your. The price of this chair was 130 pounds and with a discount was sold at 85 pounds. Guess what, it’s actually 84 pounds, they just marked up the price. What a joke. Don’t buy, if your thinking of buying this, the plastic finish is cheap and the mesh back doesn’t have enough tension so not enough back support.
Amazon Customer –
I don’t have anything major to say against this chair at the moment, having only had it for a couple of days. What I do object to though is that nowhere in the listing does the country of manufacture appear. I am trying to support British made items. I would not have bought this chair if I had known it was of Chinese manufactureI suppose the item name might give away its origin, but I firmly believe that Amazon should list the country of manufacture for all items. How difficult is this as a one liner in the item description?

I’ve had this chair for a few months now and it’s still perfect. I used to suffer with lower back pain so when I changed jobs and started working from home I was keen to get a chair that wouldn’t make that worse. I’m so glad I chose this one as it’s been great for my back! Assembly was simple, my teenage son did it for me. As my desk is in my bedroom I was keen to find a chair that didn’t look too out of place or too imposing. The fold up arms means it fits neatly under the desk when not in use. I haven’t had a single problem with it.
Amazon Customer –
Didn’t realise just how bad my old chair was for me until I bought this and the pain between my shoulders and in my neck just disappeared overnight.
Ryan –
Couldn’t be happier with this chair. As I WFH I need a supportive, comfortable chair and this chair is just that. Also, excellent value for money.
MinJung Kim –
I researched a lot to buy a proper chair for home office, less than £80. For this low budget I really recommend this one. It is comfortable enough, looks nice, cushion is not too soft but supportive. The reason why i chose this one was the lumbar support is adjustable. I wanted something that I can hold up to support my back and it doesnt go up that much but at least it is adjustable! It would be so perfect if i could adjust the depth but for this price I am just very happy with the fact that it moves up and down. I am 5’5” and the size of this chair is just perfect for me. I don’t recommend this for tall and big guys as it doesn’t go up that much but for my height it is enough. Also for the delivery, it arrived only in 2days which is surprisingly fast.To sum up, I cannot say that it is the best desk chair in my life but I would say, with this budget it could be the best one.
Goolies –
The reviews on this chair are v useful and accurate. Overall it looks good and is comfy. The delivery was surprisingly fast! The chair should be able to go a small bit higher but it just works for our desk. Also quite a few reviews mention that the chair tilts when supposedly tightened up. I think if you flip the chair upside down when tightening, the mechanism can grip better and the movement stops. Update: I ultimately decided I needed the chair to be higher and the company did reimburse me for the price of a new gas lift. They were v helpful.
Zair SADIGOV –
It was important for me to have good quality chair which met this one. I will definitely recommend to a friend if I am asked. Lumbar support is moderate for me with height 174cm and weight 75kg. I had a disc herniation surgery years ago, so, you can respect my opinion because it was one of the most important things I have been assessing for years (office seat, car seat, long airplane journeys etc.). The best thing about this chair is having smooth wheels. I have seen a lot of chairs with wheels which do not want to move when you need and then you force it to work. Cannot stop my children sitting on it and non stop turning 🙂
Kindle Customer –
This chair is easy to assemble. It is well made and functions well as an office chair. If you are looking for a simple but robust chair for your office then this fits the bill.
iNUKE –
After 1 week of gaming in this chair, already hearing the squeezing noises and feeling gaps on the structure as you move back and forth.Good for office as they seem to be built to last, but not for extreme use as gaming. They could also be more comfortable, the back is too much laid back position.
