Received the little lamp today and now fully charged. However it keeps turning itself on which will be a real annoyance in the middle of the night as was going to use as a bedside lamp in a room that does not have an electric socket near the bed. I’ve resorted to wrapping a piece of cloth around to keep it switched off.

I had read reviews about how long this lasts before needs charging but i guess I didnt equate it how many evenings it would last before needing recharging. Well its every other day basically, maybe every third day if you are lucky. Shade can be changed, i have changed mine with no issue. If id have paid more attention to how quickly it needs charging i wouldnt have bought it. But its well made, came packaged well so if you can get past the need to plug it in all the time then you go for it.

I ordered two of these, one worked fine but the other would not work (very faint light) and I could not contact the seller. I did not want to return it as I hoped they would contact me back and help me with the issue but I never heard. Now I’m stuck with a lamp that doesn’t work and can’t return it! Really dissapointing.

In the Q&A the Seller says you can change the shade- I bought this specifically because I had the perfect shade for it but cannot for love nor money get the shade off and I’ve tried every tool I can get my hands on and every hardware shop I can find.
