Had an issue with the burner. Contacted customer services who asked me to forward a couple of photos. The link was easy and straight forward to use. The company sent a new burner out the following day & re boxed the original and they made convenient collection. The heater is now working as should. Absolutely brilliant heater great temp control and a great feature to the garden. Exceptional customer service👍

Stainless steel material very poor quality -sharp edges as well – have fitted new bottle of gas – honestly can’t see how it’s giving 13kw of heat certainty does not feel like it ( only my opinion)Heater does work and fired up strait away.

The gas fire cuts out after 10 mins,it will run longer if on a lower setting but its not enough to feel the heat then,wouldn’t buy again

After reading reviews and negativity of building it I was put off at first.Went ahead and bought it came a day early well packaged assembles very easy after reading instructions had it outside rigged up to the gas bottle in under 30 mins and wow great what a heat sits under my gazebo no problem and no worries the roof awning was going to burn.1st class product and delivery.

This product is very easy to assemble and takes no more than 30 minutes. Instructions are very clear.The handle and the wheels make this the easiest heater to move.Heat is very good and the fact that it is at a lower level makes it ideal to be close to outdoor seating.

This generates almost instant heat and it is at an ideal height for a patio heater where people are seated. Although it has two wheels to aid manouvering it is still very heavy to move with the gas bottle fitted.

Assembly instructions are very poor and the overall components are of poor quality – jagged / unfinished metal on the door and one of the screws housing the burner dropped off during assembly. Disappointed for the money.

Smart looking heater. Gives out plenty of heat. Perfect to get out in the garden during lockdown. Had problem with the burner , seller arranged a swap out now working perfect .

Displeased with finding top cover plate dented and bent on arrival. It works, but only if we light it by hand since electronic ignition has failed already. Runs ‘rich’ even at full output, IE with yellow flame tops. Too much hassle to attempt “return or replace items” route to customer satisfaction so guess we’ll just have to put up with it.

I’d seen these type of heaters outside a lot of cafes and bars while on holiday and decided my life wouldn’t be complete until I got one.Fast delivery and really well packaged.Assembly took about 20/30 minutes. Very straight forward.A few initial teething problems getting it to light but easily resolved.Gives out a great heat.Having looked at other brands I’d definitely recommend this one as it’s far sturdier and the looks the same as the once used commercially.
