On first use, I lost a wheel. Nut fell off and can’t find it but it managed on 3 wheels for the day.You can’t tighten the nuts very well unfortunately. Brought it for craft fairs but did a test run at a picnic. Didn’t even make it 500yrds before I lost a wheel. Expected better for the price

Awful, lost wheel bolts even after tightening

Bought this one as was cheapest out of desperate need and based on the size. I’m a crafter and do fairs and markets, nothing particularly heavy but sometimes bulky, fiddly and lots of small pieces too. I was very happy indeed either this. Pretty sturdy, great deep space inside and strong cover lining. Super easily manoeuvred and turns on a sixpence. Saves seemingly endless trips loading and unloading. Not sure if it would really handle 70kgs as stated but think ideal cash n carry, camping, festival or fishing trips. Very happy.

Quite easy to put together, bought to carry my gardening tools round to the various flower beds I look after. Light to pull, easy to get up kerbs and good manoeuvrability. Folds up small enough to keep at the bottom of the stairs. Excellent for the price

The wagon specs are wholly misleading and the product is utterly not fit for purpose. The product arrived with the wheel brackets bent in all instances to begin with meaning the wheels were all wonky when assembled which I straightened out myself – whilst annoying, I was able to amend it and use the product at first. I purchased this for use at a festival to carry camping equipment and I loaded the wagon with around half of the capacity limit mentioned in the description and within about 500m of getting off the coach at the festival, one of the wheels snapped off entirely at the poorly welded joint meaning I had to drag it along with 3 wheels. A friend I was camping with bought the same trolley as myself and their wheels did not face the correct way and the trolley was a nuisance to drag along for him and considerably worse for myself who now only had 3 wheels, one of which was now completely buckled. I am incredibly annoyed about the situation as I spent a £55 premium to be inconvenienced and would have been better off just carrying the camping items by hand which I did on the way back as I abandoned the trolley as it was nothing but an expensive hindrance. Throughout the 4 day festival I spotted a large number of these exact same trolley carcasses dotted around the festival with missing wheels where others had the same problem as myself. The trolley is incredibly cheaply made and the wheels are welded on so very poorly that it is just not fit for purpose. I would suggest that a maximum weight of about 20kg is appropriate and the 70kg limit is a complete farce. I imagine the item is no longer available to purchase due to the number of complaints about it. In all, I paid £55 for about 10 minutes of use and I am incredibly disappointed in the item.

Bought this for use at a festival. Putting it together was simple and easy once you have the right tools. I would however, not consider this “heavy duty”. I loaded it up with an assortment of cans and camping equipment to kart along gravel and fields, but I was constantly worried one of the front wheels was going to break. It would turn and twist, I had to go very slowly even after making the load lighted and going over even ground. Overall this was a massive help however I would reiterate it is not heavy duty!

This was an amazing purchase but did not come with any tools to tighten the bolts and in instructions just said to put them on so assumed this meant tighten by hand, after doing so I tool this to a festival as I am very pregnant and cannot carry alot on the first day the bolt had come loose without noticing and the wheel came off so when putting all of out camping equitment away it was not usable.

I didn’t expect to be able to climb Everest with it, but given that it’s got the word “festival” in the name I expected it to at least make it from the car to my tent on day 1 of the festival!The wheels are attached to little legs that just sheer off of the frame at the slightest bit of uneven ground. Disappointed isn’t the word. I was left too far from the car to turn back and had to carry a whole trolleys worth of items the rest of the trip.

Bought this a few months ago in preparation for download festival, all seemed ok when arrived and was sat in the garage for a few month unused, arrived at the festival and the front wheel feel off and frame work started bending within 15 minutes

Bought this for Download Festival, usually its incredibly muddy but this year was dry! We ended up walking an hour to find somewhere to camp😅 But it stayed strong the whole way, and when we went back home!

Got this trolley to allow me to take me 14 year old dog who has a bad back and can only walk for 5-10 mins at a time.It’s very durable and it folds well.It is quite heavy and awkward though when folded.This company use MyHermes for delivery and they dumped it outside and said it was undeliverable on Amazon…I have suggested the company should stop using them but had no reply, but other than that good trolley.

inner lining could be a lot thicker or stronger materialdelivery great .

We bought this for a festival and on first use a wheel fell off. All bolts were tightened but they have a flattened area so the can’t be done too tightly which means you can’t put them on tightly enough. We found the nut the first time but the third time was in the dark so we had to carry it back. Now purchased new bolts for it and they are fine, but it didn’t serve the purpose we bought it for without amendments. We also later found much better quality trolleys in The Range for less, though these were half price. The screw to attach the clip to hold the handle up also faulty so had to cable tie it.

This is a godsend! As a Slimming World Consultant I have a lot of things to take with me and this has made my life so much easier! It’s easy to put together, holds loads and folds down quite flat too

This item has to be one of the most useful products that I have bought for a long time. It is light weight yet strong and folds up so easily. I use it transporting item/shopping from my car to door and as I live in an apartment this trolly has made life so easy. It is compact enough to fit in boot or behind seat in car. A great buy and so versatile great product thank you

When this arrived it was broken/damaged and had components missing so I was unable to assemble it or try it. Not really happy as I had the trouble of returning it and had to wait a long time for a refund.

Seller was great and the trolly arrived in good time. It’s only suitable for light use. The wheels broke off within 10 minutes of being used at a festival to not good for heavy loads, hills or uneven terrain. Was a nightmare I t the end. But you get what you pay for. I should have spent more on a heavy duty one. You live and learn.

Apart from the above mentioned it was easy to assemble and folds flat for storing.

The self tapping screws and holes for the plastic holder clip that holds the arm upright when not using were faulty. I managed to get one in finally after drilling out one side. I’ve held the other side in place with a cable tie. Only using to take bags of rubbish to the end of the road. But pretty poor quality for the money.

Little awkward to manoeuvre on my narrow path, but perfect otherwise.

I absolutely love this item, it has made moving plants and soil around the garden effortless. This will be used for many many things. !!!!

This has been a real godsend, I run sewing workshops from various locations, this buggy has helped with the struggle of having to run back and forth to the car. very good value for money. lightweight and sturdy.
