Is a great unit value for money, only downside are the instructions to assemble we got there in the end but be prepared that will not be a 5 minute job, we had problems with the hinges on the middle drawer but have to say seller has been amazing and we finally resolved with their help…

We received the unit last week. But sadly the box arrived damaged. When we opened the box there was a part that was damaged and a part missing.We contacted the seller thinking that we’d get nowhere. Man were we wrong,. They understood our problem and went out their way to resolve it as quickly as possible.We were quoted 4 days before we would see replacement parts. We had them in 5 days.Thank you for you customer service.The unit is exactly what we wanted.. assembly was straight forward. The only pain was getting the doors to line up. But I have always been rubbish at doing those adjustments. Took me an hour to get it right. 🤣

I was abit silly and didn’t read the product information properly so I didn’t know it came in 2 separate deliveries. I contacted the seller who got back to me really quickly to let me know it comes in 2 separate deliveries. I messaged the seller again because I was having trouble with the led light and again they got back to me quickly to explain. Apart from the led lights I had no issue putting it up on my own. I have already recommended this tv unit to friends so anyone considering buying the tv unit won’t have any regrets.

Very disappointed as I was led to believe the unit is high gloss and the top and sides of it are not high gloss and it’s just the doors that is gloss not what I was expecting at all not happy.

The glass shelf’s on the inside are the only glass peace’s included for me however the picture shows that there is more glass peace’s 5 and 11 are wood, no stickers, no protective sheets like they suggested to me like I wouldn’t of already inspected it properly, it still looks good if you remove these peace’s, however it’s displayed completely different on the pictures and this caused stress during the building process, rather quite disappointing but is what it is not worth too much hassle just have nothing there and it offers reasonably similar look

V difficult to build & feet scratched my wooden floor.The doors took ages to adjust to ensure they were somewhat aligned.

It’s a nice quality, spacious unit, however there a problem with some missing instructions. The seller provided excellent customer service by sending the instructions and following up their service afterwards to ensure I was satisfied. I would definitely recommend this seller as they have excellent customer service. As they worked hard to resolve the issue to my satisfaction.

If ur not a professional diy person, this item took hours to put together, screws missing and holes not in the right place. The instructions, well what can I say, they were terrible and hardly any.I contacted the manufacturer who never came back to me.The quality is very poor and don’t feel this will last long. I wish I could have afforded something better, it’s nice and looks good but not sturdy and strong.

This item comes for you to self assembly, unfortunately most of the holes are not drilled correctly for the screws to be fixed in (13 in my case) It is poorly made and I completely regret purchasing it. I also purchased the matching bedside cabinet which I had the same problems with.The led lights also fall off unless you find something yourself to secure them with.I definitely would not recommend
