Easy enough to put together. Couple of the fixings didn’t line up correctly and needed some forceful persuasion but otherwise ok. Sturdy enough once assembled. Glass fixing on top of table is poor – only cheap rubber suckers and glass doesn’t stay fixed in position or feel secure. It suits me for what I want it for but I don’t believe much exposure to the outdoor elements will make it a long lasting piece of furniture and will need to replace within a few seasons I estimate. If you want something longer lasting spend a bit more money on something that actually is made of Rattan. Good enough for the price but you do get what you pay for.

I had read the reviews regarding not tightening the bolts up until everything is in place, I recommend you do this.However! After building the table and the first seat with no issues. The second seat was a bit more problematic. The section where the front leg slot in and bolt in place, the screw hole on the front leg didn’t line, it was off centre so the blot wouldn’t go in. I went through the Amazon app who said to contact the manufacturer Outsunny to resolve this.So email off to Outsunny, who have said they can not help as it was sold via Amazon and to contact Amazon customer service! (The same that said to contact the manufacturer)I only wanted a replacement for the front legs! Now it looks like I will have to dismantle the whole thing and try to return it! All for poor customer service!

Some of the nuts welded on are not threaded correctly and make the bolts very difficult to screw in and after storing this in my garage attached to the house I took it out to find a bolt had snapped (probably while I was trying to screw it in but hadn’t noticed as weather has been so bad it’s not been used) the seller told me there is only a 6 month warranty so I’m guessing it’s not expected to last long so guess if you only want this for a few months this year and don’t mind struggling to get the bolts in it’s a disposable set you’ll curse trying to put together and have to buy another next year

The product arrived on time in good condition. It looks really good once assembled. It is comfortable to sit on. I can’t comment on how durable it will be as only had the product for less than a week. Assembly a bit tedious as you have to line up all bolts before you can tighten up otherwise it will not assemble correctly. This is very time consuming using aln key provided. So far I am happy with product and would buy again.

I received the product and as I started to build it when I realised a few missing screws but needed one essential for the table, I contacted the seller and they were prompt in their response they offered either a small refund or to send the missing item. I chose the missing item and they sent a full box. Good comfy chairs and sturdy table. I like the product and enjoying sitting outdoors in the sun.

This was a bit tricky to assemble so leave all fixings loose until the end. Very comfortable chairs and overall well made.

Sturdy assembly and fairly easy. Some tips, these things always say not to tighten nuts too much until the end. This time they really really mean it otherwise you’ll have trouble aligning the front legs. Its fiddly getting the bolts aligned for the chair sides, could have done with another pair of hands to get the bolt in straight. Otherwise just a bit tedious tightening the bolts with an Allen key.

Good price good quality for the price. Managed to assemble alone, takes a bit of patience. One little problem- where the rattan was attached to the frame, the staple went through and prevented the front frame from slotting together. Easily remedied by pulling out the staple, but hoping the rattan doesn’t start to unravel! All told – a good buy😊

This is a great bit of garden furniture and very comfortable to sit on. It’s light weight, yet very sturdy and weathers well. It was a bit fiddly to put together, but if you follow the instructions and don’t tighten until the very end, you will be ok. Overall I am very pleased and would highly recommend it.

Really strong for abit of plastic! I’m over 100kg and this hold me like it’s not even trying, only downside is they are a little wobbly when not sat on because the legs seem a little short but once you’re sat on them they are very strong and do not wobble, cushions are soft and the table is really sturdy. Over all great value for money on this product.

I liked the colour of these as very practical when husband barbecuing! Comfortable to sit in with or without the cushions. The table was easy to make up but unfortunately down one of the legs it was discoloured, so I have placed the table with that leg at the back. There were enough screws, nuts etc and overall I was very pleased with delivery.

Doesn’t fit together as well as it might but it does go together with a little persuasion. It’s actually pretty good when you compare the price to others. It wasn’t cheap by my standards but most seem to be exorbitant this year. Prices for rattan furniture have shot up. Looks quite nice and is comfy. A little smaller than some so fits nicely in our gazebo. The table is really just a bit too small to fit two plates at 18” wide so I think it should be called a coffee set not a bistro set. If the name was more representative I’d give it four stars. It’s reasonable but not as sturdy as more expensive ones. I feel a bit cheated becuase I now have to buy a table that holds two plates.

Great product. Nowhere near as difficult to assemble as some are saying. The trick is not to fully tighten things (especially the square seat part) until the final piece had been positioned. Some care is needed to hold in place a get the screws on the correct threads (match up at a right angle and you will be fine) so use someone to hold it in place for you! If you are experienced building things (IKEA, B&Q, etc), you shouldn’t find this any more difficult. Excellent solid quality when finished – looks great. Ideal for a caravan etc.

Very impressed with the quality of these products. Well made and easy to assemble, resulting in a solid construction. The spanner and allen key provided, are more than adequate for the required assembly but using a 4mm ball ended allan key, makes the tightening of some of more awkwardly positioned bolts easier.

This set is sturdy , comfortable and quite easy to build. It did arrive with an issue of the binding around a chair leg having snapped. I went through the process with Amazon and emailed the company about the problem. They dealt with the issue , having apologised . I was really impressed with their after sales service. The problem was unfortunate , the company brilliant in dealing with it , I would definitely recommend them to all and shop with them again myself.

My husband was thrilled when I bought this set for him as a surprize for his birthday in June. He spent an afternoon putting it together and testing it in the garden. We were able to entertain friends in the garden a few days later and their comments echoed our feelings. Really pleased with it. We keep the glass top for the table in the house until it’s needed, because of the uncertain weather.

You have to follow the instructions quite carefully when assembling these and make sure not to tighten things too much too soon before all screws are in place. But once they’re assembled both the chairs and the table are really good and take pride and place on my balcony. The cushions are fairy outdoor resilient for the price. Would recommend.

I bought this set to make up an existing set with a bigger table. The original set came assembled. This set needs assembly. It arrived very well packaged, but the chairs were difficult to put together as all screws are on the inside and the front piece did not align at all. (I have taken a photograph, but did not manage it to upload it – amazon. The second hole was out by about two centimeters. The cushions are made of a very unpleasant fabric, not at all like the ones supplied by other manufacturers. They feel like rough shower curtain material. I will have to make covers for them.
