Bought this for a festival and I’m quite happy with it.It was simple enough to assemble and the instructions were easy to follow. The size was pretty good with high enough sides that my stuff didn’t fall out. The wheels are nice and chunky and held up really well. The only issue I had with it was with how narrow and high it is, as it tips over too easily when you try and take it up and down some slopes. But overall a decent purchase.

Just the job for shifting my planters round to my front garden after potting this seasons choice of flowers.

I added a Belvoir tail to push a lawnmower up

The axle width should be wider. It is designed to take heavier weights than most but can easily topple over when on toughest terrain or negotiating bends.
James Hammersley –
Update: been used a few times on alsorts of terrain, strong, easy to pull and good load capacity…. HOWEVER!!!!It has 1 major flaw in its design, the wheel axles are too close together making the trolley unstable when it turn unless you are being VERY careful and keeping an eye on it at every turn….Purchased for dragging tools around on certain worksites as fed up with walking back and fore between locations ….Anyways – arrived quickly and 2-3 days before originally quoted, well packed and all parts included for assembling.however – some parts didn’t fit flush1) the handle assembly U-bracket was oversized from the image in the Black & white printed booklet (this really needs to be colour as the grainy dark images are hard to see) so had to jimmy up some spacers to flush fit.2) the sprocket linchpin hole was drilled in the factory at the wrong angle making it impossible to push the split pin fully through, so had to re-drill myself.3) had to file off metal burrsSo if you receive a perfectly manufactured product it’ll take a novice 10-15mins to assembleTools to have at hand – 2x 13mm spanners/socket, needle nose pliers, and just incase – Metal file, HHS drill bit 10mm
Dale Williams –
The wheel base is a little short leading it stability problems adding two more wheels would solve this issue

This trolley seems sturdy and is fairly easy to put together as long as you have tools. Unfortunately mine arrived damaged in transit but as I didnt build it straight away I did not contact the company. The side panel got squashed and so was bent out of shape. It wont stop me using the trolley but was disappointing on opening. I also found I had to put the wheels on with the valve on the inside otherwise the locking pins catch as the wheel turns and in time this will cause damage.Apart from that I found the trolley sturdy enough for carrying the garden material around and easy to manouvre.
Michael SPARKS –
It’s nice trolley, moves easy, I found there’s a need for wheels to be slightly wider to give bit more balance when turning corners, easy to put to get her, the world are week and could be a bit thicker

Oypla Heavy Duty Metal Gardening Trolley – Green Trailer Cart Wagon
.The main photo shows an item that is, or was (at the time of ordering), different from the subsidiary images. What got delivered was the less robust version shown in the subsidiary images. I think this was very misleading. I didn’t even look at the subsidiary images before I ordered. I was therefore rather incensed when I discovered I had been duped and wound up with somewhat less than I had bargained for. Note the following shortcomings in the delivered item:1. The wheels were not green plastic as shown in the main photo, or the smaller grey plastic wheels as shown in the subordinate images but instead were made of sheet steel half-wheels bolted together and fitted with what might loosely be described as ‘bearings’.2. The overall diameter of the tyres was smaller than those shown in the main photo, making them less suitable for rough terrain use.3. Instead of 4 cross-wise chassis stiffeners spaced equally across the width of the trolley, there was instead a pair of lengthwise midribs.4. The width of the steel angles that form the perimeter of the base and on which the hinges are mounted is much less substantial than that shown in the main photo.5. The main photo shows two stiffeners spaced along each side panel. Delivered item only had one stiffener present on each side panel.6. The main photo shows one stiffener spaced along the end panel. Delivered item had no stiffener present on each end panel.7. The end panel ‘notch’ shown in the main photo (to safely support long, overhanging items) was missing (both end panels plain rectangular form)8. The side panel hinge pins were not close fitting and straight as shown but very loose fitting ‘hair grip’ type, resulting in a loose, wobbly, rattly assembly.9. The steering system was like the type found on cheap toys; a live axle pivoting in the middle instead of proper, individually pivoting wheels linked with a tie bar (easier to control). So the trolley was sent back the same day and I eventually got a full refund – 3 weeks later. Oypla insist that you use their chosen carrier (Hermes) for returns.

For something that is supposed to be used outside, I wouldn’t have expected it to come rusty in the box. Also the welding for the front chassis means that the wheels are constantly sitting at an angle.
Daryl Smith –
This is a lower cost version of a product that is also on sale widely across the internet. Its constructions is not necessarily a negative as it results a light weight product . I would imagine this product would meet all requirements with some adjustments. Simple to assemble the only issue i see is with the wheelbase it turns over very easily at low speed. Just the slightest of turns even at a slow walking pace will see this product overturn. You can reduce this occurrence with a modest change and cost. I like the product and would suggest that at this price you should expect some issues. I expect ours to last a number of years with care and the odd spray of oil.
Graham woodcock –
400kg? Not a chance in hell, I wouldn’t even like to put 200kg in it. The wheels are connected by a very thin bit of metal and it wobbles from side to side with the light items I’ve used it for so it would buckle under a heavy load. Its not as sturdy as it looks in the photos, the sides feel very flimsy but I am not using them. With all that said for what I need it for its perfect, the large wheels make it easier to move and that’s what I wanted.
Amazon Customer –
This trolley has lasted us just over 2 Years and 3 Months before needing the steering pin repairing. It has carried 2 HGV batteries as a jump start trolley in our warehouse so has not seen light use.The only thing thats let it down is the thin metal on the steering axle plate as the washer has bent 90 degress and cut into the metal.Perhaps a larger washer will resolve this with another 2 welded to the axle plate to increase its sturdiness.Would buy again, but no need yet.
Kay Wilkes –
This was bought to enable my 89 year old father to continue to be as independent as possible in the garden, which is his passion. Directions to build were a bit confusing, but the end product is great. Not too heavy, very manoeuvrable and plenty of space for tools, watering cans etc.
Baldur –
Bought for collecting logs and transporting from woodshed to log box at back door. With any sort of load this thing tips over. Not stable on any sort of uneven surface. The wheels should be at least another 50mm out on each side (they sit way in the barrow).Still it was cheap and with a bit of engineering will be usable.
dime one –
it took a bit of fiddling to get the split pin through the pivot post for the wheels that steer.. but once it was in, all good. The only other thing is watch for the side panels are on a large clip/split pin. this can pop out quite easily if caught – so I’ll be looking at replacing mine with long locking bolts. This trolley is ideal for me when i need to move work gear around. the only other thing to watch for is going around corners on a slight incline, there is a tendency for it to want to tip over (as the wheels are narrower than the body)This trolley has been a life saver on a few jobs where I’d have to naormally go back and forth with tool boxes and bags of equipment. I just wish I’d got it sooner!
Jake V. –
Great Product! I bought this trolley to use for carting all my things at festivals to the campsite and it worked perfectly. Could fill it with all my drink, tent, chair and other festival essentials. Would defiantly recommend for anyone going to a festival that takes everything but the kitchen sink.Slight downsides to the product though is that when assembling together it does feel slightly flimsy so just use common sense to make sure it’s sturdy. Also the handle snapped off after the thick mud of Leeds Festival 2016, and unfortunately I couldn’t pay a replacement part however i have a friend that is a welder that could help me out put it back together so a word of advice would be just to take care, unlike I did.
Amazon Customer –
Rear axel too short on one side and too long on the other missing the 5th split pin!Good job I have a dermal tool and a brain and some wire, but I should not have to modify the product on arrival just so it can have 4 wheels, now it’s not got a straight turning wheel. Not recommend due to poor quality control
Fiona Hirst –
The instructions were pretty poor to be honest and there wasn’t any tools supplied to assist setting up. You will need to pump the tyres up when it arrives. The cart itself is sturdy but heavy and quite hard to steer.I’ve had mine first about 2 weeks and despite being stored in a dry area its started to rust. Not great considering the price but its OK for what I need it for.
Dan Bennetts –
My Dad uses this to move hay bales from his car to the field where my Mum keeps her horse. Its down a narrow, bumpy lane so a sack trolley was out of the question. With this trolley, my Dad was able to load up 3 bales of hay (taking the sides off to stack easier) and move them with ease over the bumpy lane and into the field. Real good piece of kit 🙂
AB1953 –
My husband bought this for carrying markers and equipment etc for his Bowls Club. Does its job and although not carrying much weight, it helps the job get done quicker.
Ben Bell –
As others have said, the axles on this aren’t long enough to be stable. I can’t comment specifically on how well it stands up to load. It did take six heavy paving slabs without collapsing, but the lack of stability made it impossible to use without one person holding it steady while the other wheeled it.I almost gave it another star because it’s cheap, and the tyres and cage seem reasonable, but the problem is it just doesn’t justify its “heavy duty” description.Bottom line: because of the poor axles it doesn’t function and isn’t fit for purpose.
Amazon Customer –
Relatively easy to assemble with clear instructions. Lightweight frame and sturdy tyres. Small axles makes easy turning circles but because of this has a tendency to tip over if load isn’t central but still good value for money .
Adrian Birtwell –
The problem with the trolley is the axles are too short so the the wheels are within the upper body meaning that it can easily fall over. Ideally the wheels should be wider than the cage.
Robin Osterley –
This is a nice little trolley and is capable of carrying a lot of weight BUT its wheels are too close together, and as a result it has to be loaded very carefully or it simply falls over. Unfortunate because otherwise I would recommend it – it looks good and is easy to assemble.
Touche Away –
Weak little cart with poor fabrication. Ours came very late (probably due to covid situation). Assembly rather quick and easy but the spring clips holding it together is a cheap and nasty use over a nut and bolt. Prone to drop out as not quite tight enough. Also came without handle, I asked for spare to be sent out but they declined and said to return for a refund. I didn’t because I made a new one out of a walking stick!Putting stones or heavy goods in the trolley is ok if you’re going in straight lines, but because of the narrow wheel base it’s inclined to topple over very easily when turning… Beware! Can’t see it lasting very long, but at least it’s ok for the kids toys to cart around the garden.
Mr T. –
Good product for price, but returns policy is limited if after assembly a single part fails as in my case you cannot get a replacement, they will refund if you send it back but you now have a fully assembled trolley that you have to find packaging for after disassembly and with the effort this requires and the money involved this is not worth it so repaired the item myself and note to self not to buy from them again.
Amazon Customer –
Assembly instruction not extremely helpful, but due to only a few parts that needs to be put together common sense with instruction manual works. No information about tyre pressure apart from what is given on the tyres.Apart from that it is a very nice sturdy trolley which I can use when working in the village to carry all my tools so that I no longer need to use the car.
Crit –
Just recived this, put together easily a child could do it. Wether it will handle the weight that it says it can is in the testing , not that I will ever have to use the maximum weight . The handle and the bit the handle is attached to Dosnt look that tough but time will tell. I like it and it will be good enough for moving of compost bags and flower pots around the garden and to and from the car with things I’ll buy for the garden etc.
Judith Funnell –
Easy to assemble but wheelbase is a bit narrow therefore making it a bit less sturdy So a wider wheelbase would have been of more use
digdugdan –
Well this is badly manufactured. There is not enough room for the washer in front of the wheel on the axle, as it obstructs the hole for the split pin.The axle brackets are too wide and have to be pinched up with bolts. The bolt heads are 12mm, but the nuts are 13mm. And it doesn’t take anywhere near the weight stated. I have put half in and I cannot push it backwards, only forwards.I’m only using it as a storage in the barn, so not a big issue, but poorly made in my opinion
L Szopa –
Wheels came deflated. Car pump or standard bike pump did not work. In the end a foot pump did work although it says handpump only on the tyre. It does not come with a pump. The frame does not fit together very well and it looks the frame are incorrect parts supplied. Somewhat functional to carry my 3 legged dog in is Bulky/heavy. When i explained to the supplier i had a problem with wheels, they responded by asking to send back the whole item to them in a multistep instructions not made to make life easier and that would make anyone just give up on sending it back. I asked several days ago if they could send out new wheels only to make life easier for consumer as they explained they were committed a 110% customer satisfaction. So committed they were to their customers they did not bother to respond to my response within almost a week. 48hours are expected time response. If it is possible to give minus stars for the categories above i would and my standards are low.

What a brilliant piece of kit, I`m glad not to have gone by negative reviews. This cart is really good and a lot bigger and heavier than others I have seen at 3-4 times the price. Only item missing was 1 cotter pin for axle but I did get an extra washer, LOL This is the second time I have bought this seller and I doubt it will be the last.
Willie Bladez –
The trolley is bigger then I thought and you may need a sock wrench to Tighten the screws on it. But think is good value for the money.
Edward Welfare –
Delivery as promised. The cart is basically good but I find it prone to tipping back if too much weight is placed to the rear. The axle only has one pivot point on the chassis and I’m not convinced that it would stand the weight claimed that it can take. It works well for general use around the garden.
Reilly Phillips –
I bought the first trolley and was unable to assemble it because at least one of the securing pins would not fit. I had to disassemble what I had put together and send it back. The second trolley arrived and was assembled but within less than half a dozen uses the soldering had sheered between the trolley and the handle and wheels making it useless. See photos.Customer service is appalling – emails receive a stock response – not an individual one. This company states: “We’re committed to selling high-quality products, which we hope you’ll enjoy using…….we’re committed to providing 110% customer satisfaction.” This is quite clearly not the case. The product is NOT high quality and customer service is 0%.As we have had two trolleys that failed to do the job my advice is buy elsewhere.
Bored of trash –
Product was missing a part – returned for a refund. Customer service were helpful land fast at responding. Seems like it would be sturdy but we didn’t choose a replacement.
steve –
IT WOULD HAVE BEEN EASY TO ASSEMBLE IF SOMEONE HAD CHECKED IT FITTED TOGETHER WITHOUT THE NEED FOR GRINDERS & FILES TO MAKE IT FIT.OTHER THAN THAT IT NOT A BAD TROLLEY
Ross Smith –
Smaller than in thought. If overloaded, the frame tends to warp and bend so it’s not ideal for lots of heavy goods off-road.
Linda Wright –
The cart arrived earlier than expected, which was good. Unfortunately when my husband came to assemble it, he found it had a punctured inner tube. He had to buy a puncture repair kit to repair it. Once repaired he then completed it. It’s ok but looks slightly wonky. However it does the job it was bought for.
john mather –
this will not hold the 400 kilo it says it will . very unstable , the front axel is only on one pivot point in the middle , go around a corner and it tips over . the whole thing is supported on just thin steel flat bar which bend over the pivot point, the back axel supports the body on 2 flat, thin steelbars , I would be sending in back if I have not already used it on a dirty site. very disappointed with it. ok for VERY light use only. not the 400 kilo stated .have seen a different set up on another trolly where the body is supported at the four corners not as this one front pivot point and the 2 back corners .Can not recommend this at all , LIGHT USE ONLYJUST NOTICED , THERE ARE PHOTOS OF TWO DIFFERENT TROLLIES , ONE HAS THE HEAVY LOOK WITH UPGRADED FRONT AXEL . THE OTHER PHOTOS ARE OF THE CHEAP AND NASTY ONE . do not trust this seller
G. Stoker –
does the job well on normal loads just be carefull on heavyer loads turning corners too quick bit unsteady but on lighter loads is fine well built trolly nice wheelsonly one thing id change is wider wheel base
Tweed –
Easy to assemble but weak steering pivot. Perfect for the job moving heavy bags of tree bark.
Arthur E –
Bought as a present for my son. Used every day to transport his tools
Mrs C. –
It was far too heavy for me (an elderly woman) to use. I gave it away at once and it is much appreciated by a young manAn expensive mistake . I think the ad material should emphasis the fact that the tyres are pump up and it will not go up and down the kerb.
AJM1963 –
It’s good, but doesn’t feel as solid as I hoped. Hasn’t let me down yet, however.
mr r r harris –
As others have said, you get what you pay for. The pivot pin has torn away from the front axle as it is only welded in two places and this allows the pin to flex and destroy the thin metal it is attached to.Cannot be used for heavy loads. I will repair mine as I need it to last for another week and then it will be scrap.
Kindle Customer –
Product seems well built and sturdy but as I’ve only just received it not sure how it will perform.
Amazon Customer –
It is easy to manoeuvre and was easy to assemble and very sturdy it will be great for the festival. Love the inflated wheel which will be great over rough terrain
Mrs. M. Gee –
The trolley was delivered quickly and was relatively easy to assemble. The main problem with it is the pivot on which the trolley is steered. This snapped on our first use, rendering the trolley useless, It is probably OK for lighter loads than those stated in the blurb. Oypla took it back and made a full refund.
