This arrived promptly and packaged well. Was a little hard to put together and probably best put together with 2 people. Once put together looks really nice and very comfortable. Found it very difficult to find a chair that is low as needed it for a small elderly person but this is perfect. May need cushion at back to make sure no slouching.

The varnish/stain finish on the woodwork is uneven and the arm rails have rough edges. The backrest is set at the wrong angle and the seat padding is too thin. So, the chair is uncomfortable. I have improved this a little by moving the seat mounting points but this does mean drilling additional holes in the frame, which does not help its already poor finish.I cannot recommend this chair. It’s probably the worst thing I have ever bought from Amazon.
