I bought this trolley for my trip to Boom Festival in Portugal, I registered it as oversized luggage and when I arrived in Lisbon, the trolley has lost a wheel. Ryanair doesn’t refund anything because the trolley is not robust enough for an airline trip.

The handle on this is too short. Ok if you are under 5ft 5 otherwise it bangs about as can’t control it properly. Due to this one of the closing brackets got lost so can’t return it. Otherwise, it is sturdy and easy to fold away. Shame.

This product has broken after only a few months of use. It has not been mistreated, only simply used to transport small items to and from my car over short distances when I visit customers’ premises to deliver training courses. I would not recommend. I have asked the seller to refund our money.

Handle seems good and works well but plastic very flimsy in comparison to my old box which lasted years. Had this less than a month, and has broken (support leg and plastic at the front), meaning inside shelf also does not fit properly now either). Dissapointed. As I’ve gone to return/request an exchange, I’m a few days out of the 30 day return date and no way of contacting anyone now through my orders page. Disappointing for the price, wouldn’t buy again.
