Despite some of the reviews I took the plunge and bought one. I have to say that I am very pleased with the quality of this chair. The tilt function can so often be missing on similar chairs in this price bracket so that is a definite plus straight away. It was very easy to assemble also. The only observation,(not complaint). is that the seat is very firm. So much so that I had to double check how much foam was in it. It is perfect for me but others may find it too firm for their liking. It is definitely not one you ‘sink into’. One final point is that the hydraulics raise the seat higher than others I have owned so could be suitable for the taller person.

Good value chair and looks great. Needs some extra cushioning, but much sturdier that more expensive options. I’ve bought about 6 now and all of them are still intact, they last for years.

It’s comfortable enough, though my husband added a gel seat pad to it. It’s sturdy too. Only draw back is that the wheels could have been a better quality. They drag on the floor a lot and the splay of the legs could do with some tweaking to improve stability.

There is no give in the seat or the back , and you certainly wouldn`t want to sit in it for long , but on the other hand it was under £50 , you get what you pay for .

Bought this as a replacement for an older one that had split on the seat. The only issue i had is that there were no assembly instructions included (there was a list of parts) so it would have taken me a lot longer to assemble if I hadn’t had a similar one as a guide.

The chair was easy to assemble.BUT only having the chair a week the arm has already snapped off. My son brought the chair and as the arm snapped he fell off the chair banging his head.

Chair arrived today, I only ordered it 2 days ago. Unfortunately it didn’t have any screws nor an ala n key. Luckily I had some but no idea if they are what should have been in the box. A bit worried now as I didn’t look at the reviews before buying. Hopefully it will be fine.

The chair seat level starts out at 40cm and then rises, when lever applied, to 50-52cms – no higher than an ordinary upright chair No instructions, just drawings. I’ve posed a question about this in Feedback and put in my email address, but so far no response. Disappointing as it is not a cheap buy.

The chair arrived on time and was easy to assemble, was really comfortable.However since owning this chair for nearly a year it has decided to break, the piston controlling the height has gone and now lowers itself. Which is annoying as i now need to replace it as it keeps sinking to lowest point making using the computer difficult.

The packet with the screws was not secured and one of the screws was missing. It had to be assembled with the screws which were provided.The chair had a tear in the fabric and although this was underneath the seat and not visible, it should have been perfect.

This was bought for my disabled son to sit at the dining table. He can now get out from the table with ease. It is super durable, easy to clean. A very good buy and great price too. Well worth it.

Good chair and easy to assemble. One of the wheels was a bit stiff to put in but a very small spot of Vaseline did the trick. I found that if you lay chair on its side and put the top screw in the back first it all went together well. I wanted a small chair as I don’t have much room where my desk is, so this fitted the bill for me. Good value for the money and a lot more comfortable than my old one!

The dimensions shown on the diagram on the website indicate that the height of the seat can be adjusted between 46 and 58 cm from the floor. Mine would go no higher than about 50cm. This is too low for a person of my height and it was causing discomfort to my back. I do not know if the telescopic strut is faulty or if the wrong one was supplied with the chair. I will be returning it.

Very disappointing the chair overall is fine and reasonably comfortable but the base construction is very poor plastic I lost one wheel end a few months ago snapped clean off was able to make a repair to keep me going but last night a second wheel snapped off in almost the identical place so obviously a weak spot.If the base was stronger would of got a much better review.

In less than 3 months of purchase, one of the wheel struts has snapped. I have been doing nothing more than sitting in this at my place of work and I even fell from the chair when the wheel leg snapped today.Upon falling from the chair after the leg snapped I also caught my hand on the sharp plastic where it has cracked. Disappointed is an understatement!

Bought two of these for small home office. Easy enough to assemble but when leaning back the bottom of the chair would touch button on the top of the hydraulic pin and the chair would go down. Having sat on the chair and leant back a few times then the arms broke causing the backrest to come off completely and the person sitting on it to fall off completely backwards. The only good thing was that the supplier refunded my money immediately and I did not have to send them back. They ended up on the council tip. Do not buy.
