I work online from home, so spend several hours at my desk in one stretch, literally tied to the computer by a headset. I wanted a chair that would not look out of place in my dining room, as most “desk chairs” would, so I was very pleased to find this, as it does not look like an office chair at all.It was relatively easy to put together, though getting the back on was a little fiddly – what it does not tell you in the pictorial instructions is that it is easier if you don’t attach the arms securely first! Leave them a bit loose, so that you have some flex in them while you wriggle the back into position and then once the bolts are in the back, tighten everything up. It looks and feels well made – I particularly like the way the covers on the arms unzip to allow the bolts to be fitted invisibly, it has the look of a more expensive chair.I have used it for three work sessions now and have found it to be very comfortable at my desk. I am 5’7″ tall and the backrest comes up to the top of my shoulders. I can sit back into the chair comfortably, with my legs supported to just before the knee and my feet flat on the floor, meaning that my thighs and lower legs are at right angles to each other. The lumbar support is just in the right position and is comfortable. If I sit forward, away from the backrest, I still feel comfortable and supported.Obviously, it’s early days but on first impressions, I would certainly recommend this chair and would have no hesitation in buying another, if I needed one elsewhere.

First off… I’ll talk about putting the damn thing together, since that’s what a lot of people want to know before buying this.I’m an average bloke with not a lot of upper body strength (basically skinny most of my life). I managed to put this together by myself, with some difficulty. The main issue is securing the back plate to the seat, which is difficult because of the arms of the chair kind of “get in the way”.However, I have no doubt that two people tackling this together would make it a super-easy job.Okay, that out the way. So how is it as a chair? It’s beautiful to look at and it’s very comfortable. I’ve used it for several hours every day during my work from home, for about a month now, and I’ve had no issues with it. It’s very stable, it’s sturdy, and it looks good against my home decor – much better than a standard office chair.I got the purple one, which is more like a dull aubergine colour – which is what I expected. The Amazon image looks a little ‘glossy’ – it’s definitely a matte purple colour, sort of ‘muted’, i.e. it won’t stick out like a sore thumb.All in tall, great value for money. I expect the chair should last several years without problems.

Definitely two people required to assemble. While the product is well made it proved difficult to line up the screws with the holes without a great deal of effort. The chair looks good and is quite comfortable.

It’s quite a decent chair for the money. If you are ok with self assembly then you could put this together. A tip that is not shown in the instructions is do not fully tighten the sides or back until all the screws are started in their threads. This will help greatly in assembly. The first one took me about 45 minutes to put together, the second one about 20 minutes.

This chair looks classy but isn’t too comfortable. The seat is very wide and long. Ergonomically, if I push my butt right back into the seat as it should be, my legs are not able to touch the floor / or a footrest (I’m an average 5’5). It’s also really hard to adjust (although I do have arthritic hands and this may be why I find it so difficult).

Bad points it’s much darker than the sellers photo (see photo), fiddley to put together 2 people def helps and height adjustment is minimal. Good point comfort seems ok but have not sat in it for a long period yet, fits under the desk and delivered earlier than expected. Price was ok but not sure about the quality does not look like it’s worth the original price and f £114 so glad it was on sale. For these reason gave it 3 stars.

I Bought this chair to use while I am sewing, it looked stylish and not the usual office chair. Luckily I had read the reviews of how fiddly it is to put together. You need 2 people and patience. Only hand tighten the arms in place or you will never get the back on. That being said it took me and my hubby about 20 mins and at the end I was very happy with result. The seat is extra wide, ideal for people with bigger bums. And the seat pad is nice and comfy. I would highly recommend this chair for anyone who needs to sit in for moderate lengths of time.

Can finally have a computer chair that feels like a comfy arm chair. It’s very comfortable for about the first 6 months, although not overly padded. It gets very warm sitting on it. Really easy to assemble. Standard size, same as other computer chairs.The padding on the seat is a bit on the thin side. For the first few months is very comfortable. After 6 – 12 months continuous use it now feels like sitting on a wooden bench.It’s a good chair for occasional use.

I purchased this on the 25th of June 2020, and it arrived the 26th of June 2020, which made me very happy as it was my birthday.I removed everything from the box, found the instructions, went over them, and they looked pretty straightforward.So I followed the instructions, and the right side was fine, had issues with the left arm and the left side of the back, when attaching them together with the hidden bolts. It took me hours, and a lot of pain, and even when I had the bolts kind of attached on the left side, it had a massive gap, and as I’m disabled, I picked this chair because I needed a desk chair, and this seemed the most supportive.And I’m sure that usually they don’t have the issues I had, I couldn’t find it in any other other reviews.(Left arm had no holes in foam or fabric, they had staples all over where they should have been, and I assume that the holes in the wood, weren’t quite right either).Anyway, I reported the issue to the seller, I described everything in detail, and after a few communications, a refund was arranged, so communication with seller was top notch, so I cannot fault them for that, and like I said I assume this was a one off error in manufacture, something beyond their control, so overall I am happy, but no option to give stars for communication.

In my view putting this together is a two person job or one strong and experienced person. Its difficult to physical hold in place and screw together at the same time, the design is better suited to a factory setting for assembly.I was left in doubt of the safety mainly because of my skills in putting it together.Its a lovely looking chair perfect for bedroom and living room and may even be comfortable for short-time use but in my view unsuitable for home office requiring all day sitting.The construction inside is solid wood with foam no more than 2 inches thick.I requested a refund within 24 hrs and was refunded within 10 days.Also be mindful that as its not on Prime free delivery also means you pay for the cost to return it.It cost me £40 via courier so an expensive mistake.

Looks good, colour is much darker than in the picture. Its comfortable but I wouldn’t say great to use for a full day of work, 8h.Quite a big chair, unfortunately the back does not incline, its fixed back.If you sit in it for a full days work the material will start to loosen up and gather, it’s not very pleasant looking.

Difficult to put together, after fixing the main part of the chair, putting together the arm rests a nightmare to line up the holes, had to loosen the main seat to enable you to line up the rest of the holes.

I liked everything about this chair, I enjoy crafts so needed a chair that offered back support, it does the job. Pity I have it on a wooden floor ad I tend to slide all over the place which for office work is probably what people want. Easy to assemble and looks lovely in my hobby room.

The colour is lovely, unfortunately after two months of regular use the hydraulics failed.It’s very poor quality. Seemed sturdy as it is very heavy and bulky, but after short time it becomes apparent that sadly it’s a rather awkward chair with cheap cushioning, pilling fabric and weak height adjusting mechanism.I don’t recommend it.

I love this chair, it’s comfortable and good support for my back. I like to sit with my legs crossed and the chair is wide enough to let me do this. I also worried the arms would be too low or too thin to rest. They are low but I don’t find this to be a problem and actually find it comfortable.I’m not sure how easy it is to assemble as my partner assembled it alone. So i imagine it’s okay to assemble on your own but probably easier with 2 people

Didnt come with enough washers which are essential or the arms bolt screws slip through. Not sure if it was me but construction was annoying. Got there in the end but annoyed throughout. Would of preferred a better build.

I was really pleased to find this on amazon and it is just like the picture.Comes in a smaller package than I expected, and not very heavy at all. Really fairly easy to assemble, for someone who is very inexperienced at furniture assembly, a little fiddly putting the back on trying to keep it in place but I managed!It’s quite small and neat (as I wanted), very good looking, and really comfortable. The chair is height adjustable and although the back isn’t strictly adjustable, the chair goes back with you slightly as you lean back,making it even more comfortable. Not quite big enough to sit on it cross legged though.Definitely recommend!

Nice chair, can’t tell you how comfy it is cause it’s impossible to put together on your own! You need 2 people so will edit review if/when I get it assembled.So I eventually got it built on my own so it is possible, if tricky. What I’ll say is its definitely worth the hassle of the build. It’s such a comfy sturdy chair and it looks fab, more like an armchair.

Very happy with the final product. If I could make one change it would be that the bottom (where you sit) was more thicker/padded.Sitting right back with a little pillow is very comfy. Has helped my back and posture than when I had a gaming chair.Price is OK for what you get.Assembly is easy may require help but otherwise simple.Material is nice/not cheap. You can wipe clean will look dark/wet but dries clean.Very stylish & great chair.

From the outset, this chair proved to be extremely difficult to assemble as most parts were out of align.I am an engineer and so felt obligated to make is fit as it was intended. The fabric is of poor quality and the backrest and seat paddings became flattened and very uncomfortable within a few short weeks. I should have sent it back, but the inconvenience of that task just wasn’t worth the hassle.This morning, the backrest completely snapped at the base when I leaned back. It is now in the skip and good riddance.

my old chair was looking worse for wear so decided to buy the Vinsetto office chair and i’m well pleased i did , its a bit of a hassle to assemble but worth the trouble because its so comfy , i do use a cushion for extra comfort but all in all its a lovely comfy chair

Really pleased with this chair. Wanted a chair that I could work from in our guest bedroom, so didn’t want it to look too Office like. Great compromise. Looks lovely, great fabric. Better than expected. Easy to put together if you take the advice about not tightening all the screws until all the sections are attached.

Nice looking, comfortable chair but after a couple of weeks, it squeaks. Tried tightening all bolts but still squeaks quite severely, even with the smallest movement. Not great when on Teams calls, as can easily be mistaken for a squeaky colon.Update; now the gas height adjustment has failed and I find myself being lowered at least twice a day without any input from me. Disappointing…

I ordered this chair and it was delivered the very next day. Very straightforward to assemble and set up. This is not only a very attractive piece of furniture, but is sturdy and extremely comfortable. It was excellent value for money, although the price increase of £10 the next day, when I ordered another, was a bit cheeky. Nevertheless, it was worth it, even with the increase.
