It would be better to split the second picture into two steps rather than one. I suggest attaching the arms to the back first then to the seat. I had tried to put the arms onto the seat first and neither my son nor myself could then attach the back. The screw holes did not align.

The chair came flat packed in a small box which was light enough to carry . Everything was in the box . It went together quite easily. It’s quite comfortable and well worth the money .

They say you get what you pay for. I was surprised when the chair arrived – how small the box was. The second surprise was how light the box was. It’s easy enough to put together but the bolts are very flimsy and my attempt to use an electric screwdriver to apply them started turning them to shiny mush. Once assembled I was shocked at how small its footprint was and how much wobble it had. The base and castors are plastic (the actual chair riser mechanism is the only substantial metal component) and it felt (to me) quite unsafe. Luckily as most office chairs are uniform in many ways I still had the dismantled parts of my old, broken chair purchased maybe 14 years ago from a certain Scandawegian store. Its base was in fine order and robustly metal and a good 3 or 4 inches wider in its footprint. I simply swapped the two. There is still more wobble than I would like but I don’t feel like it is going to flip out from under me. I needed a chair and had limited funds. I got a limited chair. I would only recommend this as a first chair for a bedroom/student digs etc. Nothing more than that. That said, the cat finds it very comfortable so it’s grand in that regard.

Recline’s way to much and can not be locked for no recline at all. Not to happy about that. I need to sit more upright with my back supported. This chair does not offer that at all. You either sit so far back you are almost lying down, or you sit up with out any back support at all. Just one more example of Chinese rubbish.

Basically, I bought this chair in oct 2022. It broke within 3 months (may be it was a manufacturing defect). The seller was kind enough to quickly respond to my messages and replace the chair free of cost. I am really happy with the professional manner with which the seller responded to the situation. I highly recommend this chair. Good value for money and serves the purpose.

The wheel broke after 4 weeks of occasional use by a small lady. The wheel bent and fell out. Chair was very comfy and suits light weight person. Build quality and cheap soft plastic for legs let it down. Shame more dor the landfill

For the price this is an excellent chair. I have seen some reviews where people have mentioned that the armrests are not quite level, and in my case this is also true but it is not particularly bad and it isn’t glaringly noticeable either. I have this chair for a number of months and not had any issues with it, and I find it very comfortable.

I’m 6’3 and this chair works well for me. I like the movable arms and it seems to give good support. It doesn’t tilt back much, but it is still relatively new, and still very comfortable.

It’s ok for the price that’s all I can say not 100% confortable but you can sit in it. Only downfall it’s a very noisy chair constant squeaking so at night you kinda don’t want to move in case you wake someone up.

When putting together push eye hole of the theaded bolt on the chair part out with your hand or a blunt tool this makes it easier line up the Bolts. You put bottom plate with star legs of the chair on the bottom correct its right way around the put arms on then the back it’s all done . Add wheels easily push in to hole . Small instruction easy to follow .

The chair basically disintegrated after less than 5 hours of use. Building instructions are a google translated A4 sheet. Other parts feel incredibly flimsy.

The cylinder is welded (seemingly manually, rather than actually built like that) to the support. After 8 months, it has now broken, so while the chair is still technically usable, it bounces side to side, and this is likely to damage the cylinder and eventually it will break.A chair is used for sitting. And when people sit, people move. People also weigh. When you design a product like this, you need to understand that people are going to use it the way it’s intended and the effects that’s gonna have.

Broke before even being assembled. Armrest has sockets which are supposed to connect to the back of the chair, however when attaching it to the back of the chair one of the socket parts literally snapped off. Didn’t apply force and applied from the top down. Must be a very flimsy product to break when pressure even isn’t applied.The assembly “manual” is one page without proper instruction. It has a bunch of letters showing which part is which, but has no proper suggested build order or actual guidance.Updated, several months later: it’s still a terrible decision. Even more of it broke off today. After the arms snapped off, the back started coming off too. Imagine needing the chair arms to hold the back on the chair! That’s what this absolute mess of a product needs.AVOID

Lovely chair (to begin with) but the chair sinks to its lowest setting every time is sit in it now. I am 5’6” and weigh 162 lbs – so I’m not oversized or in any way to be be considered a large person. I have treated the chair respectfully and used it 5 days a week as a home office chair. It has not been used by children or anybody else as I live alone. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. When you go to the trouble of spending this much on a chair – the minimum expectation is that it works – this chair fails even at that milestone. Do not buy – stay well away. Just another cheap knock off from a back street del-boy who doesn’t care what you get once they receive your Money. The quality of goods overall in Amazon is diminishing and this is a perfect example of that

I would suggest avoiding and going for a better quality chair!Great looking and comfortable chair – not too difficult to assemble. However the gas cylinder is defective so the chair keep dropping down in height randomly. Plastic has also started to collapse so it wobbles crazily.Have contacted Amazon but suspect this will need to be returned – massive inconvenience to return such a bulky and assembled item from the sake of a replacement cylinder :(**UPDATED – I now find out I have to pay the return cost for such a heavy and bulky item which makes a return not worth the time or money! Lesson learnt ***

had this chair a short time less than 6 months now when i assembled the chair i noticed the reclining support was welded on wrong so the chair was at a permanent slant to the right, the plastic on the arm is so flimsy that its snapped with minimal use all be it a comfortable chair these flaws are terrible
