Overall the product is great, really sturdy, seat depth is amazing and the comfort is really top. The only reason it isn’t getting a 5 star from me is the canopy. Incredibly difficult to get it up, aligned and hooked in, in fact, it isn’t hooked in properly still as it seems to be a bit too small. I’m hoping it is enough for when that summer storm will come 😅 Can’t actually tilt it and the material as well doesn’t move to cover the whole metal structure on one side despite trying really hard.Except this, it is a 5 star product.

The swing parts looks sturdy however I haven’t been able to assemble it because one part arrived damaged and I can’t get help. Between Amazon and the seller, there is no clarity on who will provide support to replace the damaged part.

Packaging was terrible, a lot of the parts are scratched. Also the shelter part have scratch marks on it which looks like it may not even last long. Surprised on the quality considering the price, a shame really as it has a nice look.

The swing itself is really nice, really good quality with clear instuctions for assembly. Takes about an hour to make with two people and some proper tools. What was disappointing was despite paying an extra £29.95 delivery it came in a box that was coming apart and there was scuff marks on some of the metal legs. If i hadn’t needed it for a family event i would have returned it.

fine this year but concerned about the long term durability especially the seat material and any damage to the paint.

The swing chair looks great but had great trouble putting it together .On the chair parts there are some welded nuts that are used to assemble it , one was welded on an angle and not flat this made assembley impossible !!!After several emails and photos of the faulty part I was asked if I could repair it my end luckily I am an engineer so I machined and welded a new nut on flat and in the right position !!So the chair is now assembled and looks good !!!The moral to this story is if you are not an engineer steer well clear of buying this !!!

This swing lounger looks nice when put together however it is difficult to erect the canopy, it certainly isn’t a bed as described in the ad as i thought it would be, sturdy though.

Canopy was broken. Contacted the company but they didn’t believe me. Not very comfortable. Already rusting in places after a few weeks.

The swing seat shade is too tight to allow construction, this makes the support bend inward.also unable to put in plastic discs as there wasn’t room.We couldn’t get the back of the seat on as two of the holes for screws were unusable .One rusted out and the other thread not properly bored.Tried to telephone the company .What a surprise no reply. Left message no call back. An expensive waste of money .only fit for the tip as no customer service.

The most comfortable chair I’ve had. You will get rusty water leaking onto the ground if not covered and also the once nice black canopy cover has gone a sort of brown grey black. Looks horrible. Apart from that it’s great

Swing is really nice however the canopy sags in the middle. Rods are in both sides and pulled over the arched rods but as I said sags in the middle. Suggestions !!
