Nothing to complain about but just the sofa length when turning into a bed is a bit short. My feet and a portion of my lower legs are dangling out and I’m just 163cm.

I purchased this to put in my spare room/office for when my grandkids stay. I took great care to read all the reviews before I ordered but it arrived as stated, was easy to set up, looks great and was a great deal cheaper than other similar looking sofas on the market. The kids have stayed several times and love it. The size is perfect for the space I wanted to fill but definitely wouldn’t accommodate my 6ft son as a bed. Comfy sofa for me when I actually manage to get a break from work too.

Looks great easily converts from a couch to a bed.the join between the two parts is a little uncomfortable.But we sorted it with a mattress topper.Great value and stylish.Quite robust and strong.Delighted with purchase.Delivered the next day after ordering. Wow.

The sofa was very easy to put together and looks very nice in our spare room.Negative part… the customer service was terrible! They state that a courier company will contact you before delivery, this did not happen. They then proceeded to show me a photo of the front of my house and insisted that it had been delivered, only backing down once I’d highlighted my video doorbell and that I have proof that it wasn’t. It took 8 messages from me and an additional 2 weeks before it was delivered. I will NEVER buy another product from this company, completely unprofessional.

What I dislike the most, is that this company never responded in any shape or form or even acknowledging that there was a problem with their product until I asked for a refund of the transportation costs. At which point they did respond with a no and an apology. NOT GOOD ENOUGH YAHEETECH. This product is not a SOFABEDNote: This company is also trading as Monumart and they are based in Norwich. Amazon please note others will also be disappointed

On two of the sofas that we purchased the legs broke within a matter of weeks. Contacted the seller immediately, sent pictures as requested multiple times and only got back silly emails asking time and time again what the issue was. Strongly suggest you avoid product and seller as incredibly poor aftercare. Really did not want to leave a negative review but think it only fair to warn others.
