Excellent lamp that pretends to be a piece of design. Lightweight, amazing finish (I picked the gold ones), love to have different combination of light.
Janette Cook –
Looks ok but really only effective as a night light, not sure it would be much use in a power cut.
HJM –
I bought this lamp, reading the reviews, wondering what to expect. It exceeded expectations; the colour is fab, the material of good quality, and the light is good. The charge seems to hold too. All in all, I’d recommend anybody looking for a gold chargeable lamp to purchase this.
D Davis –
Saw something similar in a restaurant so decided to get two of these lights. Absolutely love them. Battery lasts a long time. They look great on the dinner table. Bought two and now buying another two. Very happy 🙂
Amazon Customer –
Needed a light that wasn’t plugged in all the time. This light lasts about a week on full charge and is quite bright for its size. There’s a dimmer function which allows you to make it dimmer or brighter, and this can be set independently on each brightness setting. There’s also a timer function is is quite nice for night time use. It charges through a USB C cable. I wasn’t sure how the gold colour would look in person but it does look good in person.

It’s a cute lamp, easy to use and gives good light. Drawback for me is that the battery doesn’t last long.

The lamp is available in black and silver colours. It is packaged well and comes with charge so you can use it straight away.It actually smaller than I thought it would be, approx. 30cm high. It is convenient being small as it doesn’t take up much desk space.Pressing the button turns on the lamp in one colour mode. Holding the button down will brighten/dim the light, depending on the last setting it was used on. Keep single pressing to scroll through the colour modes and then you get to off.It is a little bit annoying to have to scroll through all the colour modes to get to off, I would have hoped a one-off press would turn it off.The light is good for a small area, for example if you are reading at a desk with the lamp next to you or doing crafts/puzzle.The shade is a good design as the light comes straight down, so it doesn’t reflect in any surfaces, such as a TV.It is charged by USB-C, and there is a cable provided in the box. It’s useful for crafts but I do think the price at £36.99 is quite high for what you get.

I ordered this to sit on my bedside table: – The lamp came in a nice box with a charging cable and a good set of information and isntructions. – It looks quite nice actually and although smaller than I thought, a lot neater and more compact which is good. – It feels of a good quality and looks it too! – The base has 1 button that operates all of it, and 3 LED lights that show how much battery is left, although these little LEDs don’t shine constantly which is good. – The 3 different light settings are really nice, although myself and my wife much prefer the warm white light. – You can also adjust the brightness by pressing and holding the button, which is good and all brightness’ are excellent. – Battery life is not great, but it’s easy and quick to recharge.I would definitely recommend it!

GOVSSING Battery Operated Table Lamps 4000mAh Rechargeable Lamp with Capacity Indicators, 3 Color Modes & Stepless Dimmable Desk Lamp, Timer & Memory Functions, USB-C LED Bedside Lamps [Energy Class A++] is currently at the price of is at the price £33.99 (with an extra £6 off voucher), including next-day delivery and 30-day returns if you have a prime membership account.Since the electricity bills went up and since most of the lights in my flat are super bright, which hurt my eyes, I decided to swap a lot of my light to rechargeable ones with different type of brightness and different type of white colour light. This lamp is a perfect lamp for a bed side or for a reading table. To recharge the lamp you will get an USB-C cable, that is easily replaceable if lost or damaged. When you charge the lamp the little lights on the base will flicker from one to another, and once fully charge the lights will be on all the time. The change the colour of the light you will have to click the button few times and to change the brightness you will have to press the button and hold it down. The brightness level on particular colour will stay as it was used the last time. The battery level lasts for about a week, and I use the lamp most of the evenings as soon as it gets dark and as well few time during the night when I go to the bathroom. On top of that the lamp is made out of great quality sturdy materials that looks very stylish so I think it will suit many different home styles, so all in all I think its a great choice and I highly recommend it.

This makes a lovely bedside lamp. 3 colour temp outputs to choose from, and once charged, there are no ugly cables in sight. The quality is good and the finish on this Gold colour is really excellent – I love the colour. Battery lasts well for me – obviously this will vary according to how much you use it. At £36.99 right now, I think it’s maybe a little high price – but there is a £6 voucher, which makes it a good buy I think.

Aesthetically, it’s not particularly my cup of tea but because of its slimline design, it can be placed discreetly and will still give a good level of illumination.Mine arrived with full charge (3 blue lights on the base of the unit indicate charge level). The light has 3 colour temperature options and each can be dimmed from 100% brightness to as low as 5%.The controls are intuitive and all features are controlled via the power button -Quick press to turn on. It powers on as default to the cool white. Quick press again for warm light and again for natural light. Pressing once again will power the light off.Within each colour temperature, you can long press the power button and it will dim or brighten the lamp – stop long pressing when it reaches the level you require. You can also set a 60 minute timer (handy for me if I’m reading in bed and inevitably end up falling asleep!) by quick pressing the power button twice and a white light will illuminate directly above the blue charge lights.Charging is via the supplied USB-C cable and takes around 4 hours from empty to full charge. The minimum operation time is approx. 6 hours on 100% brightness and 30 hours on 5% brightness.Overall, a well designed piece – the gold finished metal construction gives it a good weight and a level of quality to it and with the simply operation and versatile lighting modes, it is a great little compact lamp 🙂

Very sophisticated and chic looking table lamp that will fit with almost all décor. It is nice and light and can be easily moved around – good if you need to charge it or want to take a decent reading lamp with you! Would make a good gift and not too bad value for money. It can be changed between 3 colour modes -warm, cool and natural light and a single charge (via USB) can last a good few days depending upon usage.

This lamp comes simply packaged with instructions and a USB-A to USB-C charging cable. It has premium all-metal construction and a single button for operation. There are 3 lighting modes, including a nice warm light colour. It has a timer function to ensure that the light doesn’t get left on for too long, and stepless dimming by pressing and holding the button. The footprint is only about the size of a drink coaster, so it doesn’t take up a lot of space on a table or bedside cabinet. The downward facing light gives a lovely effect – be great for a patio table after dark, for example. The battery life is plenty long enough too.Difficult to fault this item. Some may find it a bit too gold…think gold bullion, but I think it’s fine.All-in-all, this is the near perfect lamp for the middle of a dining table or similar. Easy 5 stars from me.I hope this was helpful!

Super little desk light with 3 different brightness settings. Little touch button on the base to move between settings. Perfect for our son to use while doing his homework without having to have the glare of a roof light. Comes with a usb c charger. It’s quite expensive at £43.99 but is of good quality.

I chose this light primarily due to the fact that it was battery operated with USB-C fast charging. With the busy, high tech lives many of us lead, there is competition for the available plug sockets around the home. I wanted to use this as a bedside lamp, and I currently do not have a spare three pin plug socket to plug in a traditional lamp, so this seemed like the ideal solution. The lamp arrived very well packaged and was well protected from damage. It is a very modern design and in a colour I would not normally choose. I am usually more of a silver tone person rather than gold tone, but I was impressed by the appearance of this lamp as soon as I saw it. It has a matt/satin finish and looks classy rather than tacky. The lamp stands 28 cms tall and approx 10 cms wide, so has a small footprint. It has three colour modes :- warm light, neutral light and cold light. A short press of the button on the base alternates between each of the shades. A long press adjusts the brightness in each of the colour modes. The lamp also has a timer function whereby a double press on the power button will mean the lamp automatically turns off after 60 minutes. The base of the lamp has a non-slip coating. Finally the lamp can be fully charged within 4 hours. The status is indicated by three LED’s on the base.Opinion:I am very pleased with this lamp. I love the modern slimline style, but the bonus for me is that I do no need to rely on a 3 pin plug, plus there are no trailing cables. The three levels of brightness are a bonus, and can suit various situations depending on where the light is needed be it reading in bed or working at a desk. Not only that, but funnily enough, today we have been staying at our caravan, and experienced a power cut. Thankfully this lamp was fully charged, so we avoided having to search for candles with a torch. I am therefore truly delighted with the lamp based on functionality, style and performance, so am very happy to recommend it.Thank you for reading and I hope you found my review helpful.
Tech XXIII –
My first intent was to use as a bedside lamp, which I do and it does the job excellently, but the real headline for me is that it has already become a ‘put where it’s needed’ lamp – toward this it is light and portable and can be set to provide amount of light required. A charge lasts a good long time, and by using it ad hoc, you feel like you are saving energy (you’re not really, technically) having illumination without a plug on the end of it! In these times of extortionate energy bills it feels like a small victory! It is robustly constructed and of minimalist design, which aids the portability aspect, easy to use and to programme, the colour ensures it suits whatever environment it is placed in – stark, but attractive! The initial asking price was a little north of reasonable, the current cost more accessible at £8 lighter. It has the feel of durability to it, and I am already impressed by it’s adaptability, a more than useful item to have to hand!

This is battery operated table lamp which can be placed almost anywhere as you don’t need a main socket. The battery is rechargeable and can be easily recharged using the USB cable included. It doesn’t come with mains plug but you can use any 5V USB plug to charge the table lamp. It takes over four hours to charge the lamp. Once charged, it lasts for several days depending upon the usage. It has a good grip. The material used is good quality and I think should have no issues over several years. The table lamp is light and is easy to carry along while traveling. It’s also easy to move the table lamp if you change your mind. It has functions like a 60-minute off timer function, Stepless dimming, Convenient one-button operationYou can toggle between warm, cool, and natural white. The light is not very bright and it doesn’t dazzle you so can be used at the bedside, for dinner, outdoor camping, baby room, etc.It is lightweight and looks really nice. It has a sleek design that goes well with all kinds of interior types like modern or contemporary or traditional, etc.

I loved this lamp…it’s Stylish….Modern….Functional….& Great quality. The design is compact and sleek with beautifully perfect chrome finish. I am usually not a fan of golden colours but this one is more of a soft nice champagne colour. The led light itself is dimmable and comforrable for reading when at the brightest level, while perfect for relaxation at the lowest. It has a smart memory and will remember your last option. There is 3 options for colour, warm, white or natural. I usually prefer the warm for relaxation but find the natural is more convenient for reading. It’s lightweight and portable and the recharchable feature is great as you can place it anywhere when there is no plug nearby. When fully charged, it lasts for many many hours even at the brightest option. It’s not just for the bedroom, actually it also looked beautiful on the bookcase in my living room.I find timer option is very useful. I set it on one hour and and it will turn off in case I fall asleep. It’s one of the most beautiful lamp that I ever had.
Ashish –
This lamp is so cute! The gold colour looks lovely, making it very much giftable. It’s perfect for a college dorm room or a reading light in your bedroom. It’s rechargeable—so you can move around easily wherever you want. The battery lasts me a long time, which is essential for me. I also love that you can adjust the brightness so that it doesn’t dazzle your eyes but still gives enough light for reading or whatever else you need it for.On the downside, sometimes it’s challenging to find the button at night as the button is in the base and also it’s a bit noisy when operating.I hope this review helps you to make a purchasing decision.
Daxian –
its a really cool table side lamp but it is smaller than i excepted when seeing it in person. build quality is great. made of metal and not plastic. it has a single button for all the controls which means in order to turn it off or go to a different light setting you have to go through all the light settings which is super annoying during the night. it is a wireless table lamp which is a massive bonus. its a good table lamp for night studying but too annoying for next to the bed.
Keith&Joyce –
This lamp is very cool.. It comes with three different color brightness settings; the lamp does not require a power source, it comes with a USB cord that you plug into your computer to charge, Once the lamp is charged it retains power for many hours. You can use it throughout the year as a portable lamp; and at the same time it can be used as a cute decorum piece to go along with your house’s aesthetic especially if your style is modern, sleek, and you have a lot of gray and metal furniture. I love my little lamp. It sits right on my bedside table and provides me with a great deal of light that makes it easier to work on my laptop, watch movies, or read my books. The only bad thing I would say is that because the lamp is small I am not sure how durable it is especially if you drop it or it falls off the table. So I would advise to be very careful with it. Other than that, If you are in the market of finding a nice bedside lamp that is not too big, but puts out a great deal of light, then this lamp might be a great product for you.

This is a simple and stylish little lamp that has a rechargeable battery, connected via USB-C, which fast charges it. It has a one touch operation button, and can be set to three different colour modes. It’s lightweight and super easy to use. I’m very leased with it and would recommend!

My big lamp broke recently and was In need of a good lamp. This lamp dosent give high light voltage but it gives a good amount of light out.If you keep your finger on the button you can turn the light brightness up or down.It charges via USB so I plug mine directly into my extension lead with USB ports, but you could use it in a phone charger.Battery lasts pretty long and dosent take too long to fully charge.Looks sleek & smart goes well in any type of room. Small but a good size.I’m happy with this lamp but do think it’s a little exspensive that’s why I’ve took 1 star off.
Raine W –
This is a good lamp for practicality so would be be good next to a bed. However it isn’t really that appealing to look at which is a shame considering the current price of it. It is powered by USB and, once charged, will be cordless. There are 3 different brightness levels and it allows you to adjust them to suit and then memorises it. It has a timer too. So it does have some great features it is only the look of it that doesn’t appeal to me but if you like minimalist items then it is definitely for you. It has a £10 voucher offer currently which makes it a much better price.
Moonlight –
I was expecting something more eye-catching, but I was a little disappointed, the lamp has nothing wrong, it has three types of intensity and is easy to use, and it has a display to show the remaining battery I think it looks good on a bedside table. The material looks good, at least the base of the lamp has a certain weight and basically, that’s it
Nozza –
A very small and smart LED lamp handy for desktop or bedside. The lamp has some nice functions that are easy enough to work. I really like the way this is USB-C compatible and it doesn’t require the lead to powered to use the inbuilt battery. The lamp is well shaded from the top allowing the lamp to simply downlight well. Recommended.
Dazza –
In all honesty, I was a little doubtful about this light as I feared the battery wouldn’t last long, but actually the opposite is the case, the battery seems to last for ages. I like the way that it provides a nice light that doesn’t glare and because it is wireless we often move it from a side table when watching the TV (so we know where snacks and drinks are) to take it as use as a bed side lamp. It just feels a bit strange moving a lamp around, that works without a lead. It is really good, lasts for ages, the different brightness levels and light temperatures make it great for bedside reading, I certainly recommend it. With regards to the timer capability, I haven’t used that so can’t comment in it..

I recently purchased the GOVSSING Battery Operated Table Lamp and I have to say, I’m pretty impressed! The 4000mAh battery provides long-lasting use and the capacity indicators are a great feature so I know when it’s time to recharge. I love the 3 color modes and stepless dimming capabilities, making it easy to customize the lighting to my preferences. The timer and memory functions are convenient, and the USB-C charging is a plus. Overall, it’s a great desk lamp for both home and office use and I would definitely recommend it to others.
Mia –
I am impressed with everything about this lamp but the battery life is just WOW! I’ve been testing it out, had it on 3 full nights and 3 full days and the battery indicator isn’t even on the first light yet, suggesting this will last even longer. It’s not on it’s brightest setting because that is too bright for us personally to sleep with, but at a light level that gently lights the room up, enough to see in the dark. So yes, battery life = phenomenal. The three different tones of light are amazing too. You’ve got two tones of white light then an orange toned light. The orange toned one is definitely my favourite. It illuminates the room in a very nice way and is ideal for romance because it looks so soft on the skin without giving attention to skin shadows, imperfections ect hehe. It’s a very relaxing shade. The mechanics of this light do take a bit of getting accustom to. It’s incredibly simple to use but everything is done by the one button. For instance to increase brightness you hold the button in until you reach the desired level. It does get very bright so if in the middle of night you happen to accidentally make it too bright you could end up waking up a light sleeper.Aesthetically this lamp is sleek, streamline and simply very stylish. It’s a small lamp but with lots of power ( and battery life ) The base is heavy and the top end very light. Overall this lamp is light weight. It’s gorgeous and doesn’t take up hardly any room on a bedside table.Overall i am nothing short of impressed! It’s so nice not having to search for cable or plug sockets. This is an awesome lamp.
Mrs S –
This is exactly as pictured, and it doesn’t feel cheap or plastic. It has three LEDs to indicate how much it’s charged by but they are very subtle so it really does feel like a normal lamp with one button to control it. Jusr no wires! It has different modes and you can dim it, which happens gradually.Overall, I like this lamp and it charges really easily with USB cable that is provided but is generic in any case. I’m just not sure that £44 is a fair price for this. I think I would be happier at around £30. I thought about comparable lights that are wired and the convenience of having a battery operated one, but I do have others that are battery operated and (although they feel a bit cheaper and more plasticky than this one) they function in exactly the same way. They’re also much cheaper than this.So overall, it’s exactly what it says it is and the functionality is absolutely correct as per the product description, but I think it’s a bit overpriced.

I am extremely impressed with the GOVSSING Battery Operated Table Lamps! These lamps are a game-changer for anyone in need of a versatile and convenient lighting solution. One of the things I appreciate most about these lamps is their battery-operated design. With a 4000mAh capacity, they provide ample light for hours on end and can be easily recharged using the included USB-C cable. The capacity indicators are a great feature as well, as they let me know when it’s time to recharge the lamp.In addition to being battery-operated, these lamps also offer a variety of color modes and a stepless dimming function. I can choose from warm white, cool white, and natural light, depending on my mood and the task at hand. The dimming function is smooth and easy to use, allowing me to customize the light intensity to my liking.I also appreciate the timer and memory functions of these lamps. The timer allows me to set the lamp to turn off after a certain amount of time, which is great for saving energy and ensuring that I don’t leave it on all night. The memory function is a nice touch as well, as it allows the lamp to remember my previous settings and automatically adjust to them when turned on again.Overall, I am extremely happy with my purchase of the GOVSSING Battery Operated Table Lamps. They are a high-quality, convenient, and versatile lighting solution that I would highly recommend to anyone. I give them my highest five star rating!Thank you for reading my honest review, I hope you found it helpful! 🙂

Even though is a bit expensive, I love this lamp!Firstly I love the minimalist shape and style of it! Fits perfectly on top of my desk without the extra cables and when needs to be charged is next to my laptop and all I need is its cable.I originally got this for the entrance of my flat where there are no mains. However, when I got it I loved it so much that took it next to me.It has 3 different colours of light and you can dim them to your liking.White, warm, and day light. Then by double-clicking the same button you can have the lamp turn off after an hour.It is so impressive that you need no mains to use this, you can take it with you to your garden, your balcony, your camping, or on top of your dinner table to create a romantic atmosphere with your spouse!Highly recommend it! Love it!

Great little item lamp is nice and bright and feels well made Easy to use perfect for anywhere u need some extra light
P. A. Ward –
I’m loving this little lamp and would recommend it. It has warm neutral and cool tones and changes of brightness within those tones. It has only one button so it depends how many times you press it and how long you press it for as to what sort of light you get so its just a matter of playing with it to see what you prefer. As its USB chargeable you don’t have to have it near a plug socket which is a huge benefit especially if you just want to put it on a side table beside a chair where there is no socket, its just the job.
Mrs Hornby –
Got this lamp for my sons bedroom. He has that many cables and sockets all over the place. This lamp is fantastic and can be placed anywhere with no need to worry about pluging it in. Three levels of light. One bright for studying medium and low light for night time reading. Nice matt Black finish, stylish design. Sits steady on the desk/shelf. Touch on/off and dim works well. Very happy.
PH81 –
A really nice handy lamp that can be moved with ease and taken anywhere when needed. The lamp has 3 different lighting modes for different moods or different requirements and the battery is great too.Delighted with this usb rechargeable portable lamp.
E.S.P –
This is a stunning table lamp, looks great in many settings as well. The battery lasts a super long time and depending on the brightness level you have it at it can last for up to 40 hours without you needing to charge it again. It does take a few hours to charge to full from dead, but I just plug it in during the morning so that it’s ready to use for the evening.I love how portable it is. Perfect on a side table or on your dining table to add some ambiance. It has three light settings: warm, white and daylight. You can change the brightness as well by holding down the button. If you want the light on a timer (stays in for an hour) you can double tap the button and the timer light will come on.The three dots tells you when the battery is running low as they will turn off.My brother spotted it when he visited and wanted it for himself, couldn’t believe it when I told him I got it on Amazon as it looks very high end.
Jordy98 –
I must admit I thought that this lamp was expensive when I ordered it, but I take back my words. It is very good value given its spec and how it works.Ok it’s not going to make a room, especially a large one look bright, but it’s still pretty darned good and creates enough light to create a nice ambience in my bedroom. It’s light weight, not big and has a 1 touch control which makes life very easy. It also has 3 colour settings and brightness levels as well as having the ability to be set on a 60 minute shut down timerI’d say the best thing about it is its ability to hold its charge. I’ve used it for the past 4 days and I’ve charge it only once so far! and that’s several hours at a time and it’s still showing on its power indicator that it’s got a lot of juice left in it yet.Very portable so brill for moving around and using outside in my garden on a dry night as well as any dark corner around the houseIt’s not expensive to run given that after a 4 hour charge it lasts ages which is perfect. It can be charged in several ways but I went for the fast charger. I have other chargeable lamps which don’t last anywhere as long as this one lastsReally impressed and reckon that it’s good value to boot 🥾 after all
Dr. Michael Heron –
I really like this Govssing rechargeable table lamp. It is small enough to sit easily on a bedside cabinet with the added bonus of no cabling being required. I am also impressed with the simplistic, modern design. As it has three colour modes and is dimmable I can easily find the most suitable light level. I only use it when I need to, hence the battery life will keep me going for a long time. It is a bit on the expensive side, but it is perfect for my requirements.
Flimo –
I’m astounded at the light this can throw out on the second setting! It’s quite a sleek little thing, gives moody lighting on setting one which will be nice for the dinner table. Then more powerful on the second setting – good for reading or working. Then the third setting is probably good for sewing etc. with the white light. So, very multi-purpose particularly as it’s also portable obviously. The charge indicator is a very good idea as the downside of battery operated stuff is that it can wink out without warning, but that won’t happen with this.
Miserable Old G1t –
This is a lovely little table lamp that gives off a decent light … well made and sturdy. It’s rechargeable so can be taken anywhere you need . I currently use it as a tabe lamp in the lounge of our holiday cottage.I love the easy to read power status of the light ….In the current climate with the price of electricity It’s a great idea to have theses scattered around the home. This is plenty bright enough to read from as the chair I slouch in to read 📚 gets enough lightspread from the leds under the top canopy of the light .Overall a great light that lasts a good whie between charges.
