Seat builds up very quickly and feels secure, I used at Donington WSBK and sat for long periods with ease,It fits easily in rucksack for RyanAir flight,One down side is that it can be fiddly to disassemble and pack away, however in the end I just carried without disassemble and only disassemble & packed away when absolutely required.Overall I’m glad I purchased this.
don –
Packs well on a bike – easy to put up and comfortable to sit in. Not,heavy duty so you need to sit and get up with a bit of care but for the price, I’d be surprised if you can beat it.
S. Jenkins –
Great little chairs that pack down small enough that they fit in the top box of my motorbike with plenty of room to spare. Seem strong enough and comfortable enough for the weekend camping trip.
Amazon Customer –
I would have given this collapsable chair a Full 5 Stars if the Vlecro strip to hold the self assembling legs bound together. The self assemble legs work very well. Its fits our requirmentsas space in my car is a premium. This is the 2nd URPRO chair I have purchased, the other has the longer back and slightly bigger packed bundle. Fitting the fabric onto the last corner takes a bit offort, I dont think a smaller person would manage it.
william –
Brilliant little chair, easy to put up and take down, don’t even know you’re carry it, its very light and very comfortable, low enough for sitting inside my relatively small tent, just watch out for balance on uneven ground but otherwise an absolute must have for campers, hikers or anyone really out n about
April W. –
Good strong chair, and very well priced.
david –
No dislikes really, just a bit low to the ground for me.

All in all its a really good design, set up and dismantle is around 1.5min each. The metal frame does have a wobble but this is due to the lightweight poles. Almost imagine tent poles that are 3x less flexible is the best way I can describe it. I have let friends heavier than me sit and test the chair (around 90+kg) with no issues. I use this chair for 1 hour a day at work and have not seen any tears in the fabric or cracks in the plastic. You would have to really try to bend the metal poles too and will update when and if it breaks and what part. So far a solid 7/10 for price / size packed away / comfort.

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Small, compact, lightweight, sturdy and comfortable to sit on. Lovely design and colour.

I’m sure it’s not , erm, a wholly original design😛 but it sure is effective. So light, nicely manufactured, really easy to assemble, could not find fault. Also cheap as oblongs of fried potatoes. Delighted!
Anthony B. –
Fantastic for camping on my motorbike

Wider foot than some alternatives should help to limit sinkage. Not tested yet but it’s looking good
Amazon Customer –
Sturdy, comfortable and very lightweight. Great value for money too.
Victoria Elizabeth Fraser –
A lot smaller than looks… fairly easy to assemble would be better for a child or small adult bought for going to outdoor cinema but was too low to ground
Amazon Customer –
Chairs are really comfortable and lightweight but not robust. We bought 2 chairs, one failed on the first weekend, the supplier gave a full refund. The replacement chair also failed on the first use in the same place.I am going to replace the weak aluminium pop rivets with self tapping screws.
gordon richards –
i ordered two of these chairs one for myself and another for my son when we put the chair together we both laughed at the size it was like a child seat so was not impressed after looking at the picture of a woman sitting in it with her legs up good luck trying that yourself
Amazon Customer –
Good lightweight chair, for the price. Some people may find assembly a little difficult due to tight fitting cover.( Mine had a footprint on the fabric. obviously someone failed to erect it!) and returned it. Overall very pleased with it.

I’m not as young and limber as I used to be so I bought this chair to take out on trike rides because I’m not really up to sitting on the ground any more. I was a bit dubious that it’d take my not inconsiderable weight (just under 100kg) but it seems to hold up just fine very well. Bonus: it’s quite wide enough for my amply upholstered derriere!Only problem I had initially was getting the canvas on to the frame. With not much strength in my hands it was a bit of an effort to heave the corners into place but once it had been set up (and sat on) for a while the fabric loosened up and the second time was much easier. I’d strongly recommend putting it together in the comfort of your own home and leaving it set up for a while before taking it for an outing.Despite that caveat I’m happy to give it 5 stars and it’ll be an essential bit of kit for trips out from now on.

These chairs are so light and compact that you can actually just carry them on your belt or stuff them in your rucksack. I’ve got 2, 1 for me one for you know who. Invariably I end up carrying the pair so I really appreciate how light they are and providing you take care of them they should last a lifetime.

I was looking for a new camping chair, mine having finally broken after some fairly heavy duty usage at various music festivals. This one caught my eye as it is lightweight and, apparently supported up to 145kgs which is impressive. I was certainly impressed when the item arrived. It comes in a small package and is very well engineered. The legs are like tent poles in that they have a sprung middle that snaps together with a pleasing click as you assemble the chair and then place the fabric over the aluminium legs to make up the finished article. My main gripe with this is that it is a bit wobbly to sit on. And let’s face it, the main purpose of a chair is to enable the user to actually sit down on it. It is quite low too which means that you are sitting at a lower level than others on more traditional camping chairs. The legs are prone to sink into the ground too which is not great. Apparently you can but an additional piece of equipment that goes on the bottom of the legs but that is an extra £10 and it is not entirely clear which exact product fits with this.In the end I decided to keep it as a Peter Kay type “emergency chair” for use at Christmas in case a small person came round and there was insufficient dining chairs around the table and went to my favourite out of town outdoor equipment retailer and purchased a traditional camping chair which was approximately half the price of this and I sat comfortably outside my tent at the excellent Krankenhaus Festival knowing that I would be safe from disappearing into the mud or toppling over.

A pair of these chairs have proved to be pretty good. They fold up very small so packing them on a motorcycle for touring they work well and that’s the main reason I bought them. To save me a bit of space for other gear. They are a little small when sitting in them but I am 6 feet tall. Also a little low to the ground but they worked well and although they don’t feel particularly sturdy they supported us alright once seated.
Rosemary F. –
Is this a chair for ants?Significantly smaller than it looks in the pictures. Fine, I’m a bit chubby but even a slim 15 year old found it small. That woman curled up in it in the pictures must either be photoshopped into it or abnormally petite.Supports my weight easily but sturdy? No, a constant slight feeling that the whole thing might just tip over.Easy to assemble? Perhaps if you’re strong but I really had to put my back into getting those poles into the corners and I’m not weak. Children or elderly may have a significant struggle.Overall, not terrible for the quite low price but definitely wouldn’t recommend. But they are very light and easy to carry, I will say that for them. Although haven’t as yet attempted the repack into the bag which may not be quite as easy.

A very brilliant & cleverly designed product . The metal frame tubes are all linked so there is no doubt about how this goes together. You do need to exert a bit of force in order to get the last corner of the chair canvas on to the frame but dont worry about that it’s very strong . AND it does pack easily away into its bag .Very Light and easy to attach to a rucksack . Great for those who prefer not to sit on the sand or wet grass . A quality product .highly recommended.
Amazon Customer –
I wasn’t expecting these chairs to be so robust or so light. They fit together so easily the cover was a little stiff to get on but following the photos we got it on.They are comfortable and take our weight we’re not lightweights:)I’ve bought them for concerts festivals etc they store in a really small bag that’s going to be so easy to carry. Very impressedTried one then bought a second

This chair is really light and will fit in my 20L day sack for day trips. Easy to put up as well.I’m 16 stone and 6’3” tall. It seems to hold me ok but I don’t just flop down in it as I feel it may not cope with that. It’s a basic light weight chair for bike packing or day trips. For the price, I think it’s ok.
Susan R. –
At first I thought no way! But you can sit on it. But don’t be thinking you can move around much. Because it’s really light weight you get the feeling it will collapse. Sit still and you’re ok. Getting in and out of it can be a challenge and funny. Light weight easy to pack and carry. Great for short motor bike trips. But read the maximum weight!

I bought this for a recent camping trip to test it out as it’s a cheaper version of a chair my brother has. I put it together for the first time at home, admittedly the fabric was tight and it was a bit of a struggle so I sat in it for the evening and left it overnight to stretch it a bit before putting it away (which is super easy).Once it got to the campsite it was great, went together fine, is comfortable to sit in (even has a little beer can/phone pocket), sturdy and seems no different to its more expensive counterparts. I would definitely recommend.Super lightweight, packs up really small. It will be a regular addition to all future outdoor escapades 🙂
Andy T –
These are extremely good primarily because they fold down so small and neatly. I often see people trudging to the beach laden with large, heavy re folding seats with cup rests in the arm which are incredibly bulky. These are compact, easy to fold down and put up and very comfortable.
Mr. G. Anderson –
I read the description and it should have held my weight. But it didn’t. It snapped in half. Which was a great amusement to everyone else.
Yvonne Stratford –
I like it because its lightweight portable and easy to assemble, great to put in a small rucksack and take for a walk. Living near the beach I had to previously sit on the sand or stones, whereas with this in 30 seconds I can be sitting on a chair
Jonathan Gold –
Tried to assemble the product and the seat part isn’t big enough to fit onto the seat frame, therefore making the product unusable. Very disappointed.
Alexander Mathers –
Compact when collapsed and lightweight, we bought x3 for our Campervan and they are ideal. Also seen lots of other van users with these products.
Bruce G. –
I bought this for camping on motorbike or cycle! It’s certainly light n small enough to be be carried on both modes of transport and the purpose I purchased it for! Some will find it difficult to assemble but just read the instructions it’s easy! Some will find it too small if their on the large size! Although I wouldn’t take it for hiking it’s certainly light enough and small enough to fit into a small backpack if you require to sit for a good brake while hiking!!
Mark –
It survived the abuse endured during in SPA Belgian Granprix this year! Highly recommend!
Linzi –
Had to return this as soon as it arrived as there was no way to fit the fabric over the frame, several inches too short to reach
Lifford –
It was super difficult to stretch the fabric onto the frame on construction of the chair. You really need to be strong to be able to do it. Older people will struggle to do it. Almost sent it back as thought they had sent us the wrong fabric to attach.
Charlies Girl –
Bought this as a wee extra for my husband at Christmas. He always rents of buys seats when on holiday. This is light weight and easily packed in a case. The description of this is accurate. Will not take a lot of weight or abuse. It arrived quickly and well packaged.
Miss I Martin –
Bloody nightmare to assemble, had to get help from someone with much stronger arms but once set up very comfortable
Shopper man –
Not bad at all. Easy to assemble and is sturdy. Been using it throughout the summer in the park and my balcony. Could be lighter but still does the job well. Bought 2
Julie Hawthorne –
More like a child’s chair. Very small and low to the ground. The material requires to be pulled to get onto the frame. A strong person needed! Not sure it is value for money however, compact and lightweight for carrying
Conniecello –
I’m going to use these chairs on a beach where lightweight, compact and comfort all need to come together. The one thing you need at first is three hands to stretch the chair cover onto the frame 🤣. I believe that will get better soon.
Mr J R Barrett –
Surprisingly comfy and lighter that a lot on the market. When new, it can be a bit of struggle to get the last 2 corners over the frame but once it’s been used a bit it does get easier. I use this chair regularly on shorter trips and it’s my favourite luxury item.
Amazon Customer –
The chair is very lightweight and surprisingly comfortable considering it’s mid-back height.
Camper –
Far from being able to assemble in seconds .as described ,my whole family is still trying to attach the cover to the frame.
noddy –
Product came very quick next day in fact and I was kept informed of it’s arrival which was very good. Chair itself is very compact and easy to assemble, and really strong I bought it to put in my 3 man tent which it does and its comfortable at a reasonable price. If course it’s very light so you can take on picnics and hikes. Very pleased.
WOJCIECH –
very handy to set up ,great job
Camping Chris UK –
Exactly as I expected, I’m 5ft10 and it’s great for me, yes it’s lower down than a normal camp chair but for the ease of carrying it I’m happy with it. I have filmed a video review on my youtube channel Camping Chris UK
Mr S Gill –
The chair is designed well but I wish I had paid more attention to the size. It is very small and wish I had got a bigger chair. It would be good for someone who needs to carry it places.
Robert Senior –
Bit of a pain to assembly at first but the more you use it the better it gets I’m 6ft 5 and 20st and its incredibly comfortable for someone of my size I take it fishing with me in my backpack great bit of kit
Toby Oldman –
I was genuinely shocked when I saw this product. I don’t usually write reviews or return items. However, at £26 this product is an insult. I was looking for a lightweight, portable/collapsible chair for an adult. What I got was something designed for Lilliputians, the race of tiny people Gulliver meets on his travels. Only, isn’t this a fictional place!? This product is only suitable for a very small child; a baby travel cot crossed my mind. Maybe it shrunk in the post. As well as this the seat material did not fit the frame and when I sat on it, it was so low to the ground that I nearly kneed myself in the face. It was also extremely tight and unstable. Amusingly, when I tried to get up, the seat was stuck to my behind. I could have accepted its imperfections if it had been around £10, however, I still would have returned it or given it as a gift at someone’s baby shower party!
