This was easy to put together, but it is not very sturdy and one of the wheels does not fit properly in the groove. It’s nice to look at but unfortunately not all that safe for 2 people to sit on.This was bought for a memorial bench for a communal garden but I guess you get what you pay for

As the reviewers have mentioned – lovely to look at, but is of poor quality. We had a terrible time trying to put the bench together. The alignment was out, so we tried with great difficulty to drill another hole – this took a lot of time as there was a nail embedded within the bench back. Eventually we managed to take the nail out & were able to drill through to fix the arm rest wheel to the bench back. The finishes touches are also of poor quality, there are some white areas where staining may have been missed. We are going to weather protect the bench ourselves- as mentioned by other reviewers that this is also of poor quality. I will leave it to you should you want to buy this bench. It does look nice though. But hope you are prepared for the extra work that may be needed. You can always web search for a cartwheel bench. I am giving it 2 stars as it was very time consuming & difficult to put together.

Bench arrived with one broken wheel, I was impressed that a replacement arrived within 24 hours. I paid for it to be assembled but the holes in the wheel did not match the holes on the base plate therefore could not be fitted.It is pretty to look at but not sturdy, my husband had to drill the holes so it could be put together correctly. All in all not good quality control on the part of the supplier.Would not recommend too much weight to be put on it. I’m 52 kgs and its fine to sit on.

Assembly hole to the back of the seat was an inch out of position on each of the wagon wheels, so i had to drill holesto fit the bolts, one of the wagon wheels was damaged and i had to glue back together,apart from that it looks good now i have repaired and assembled it

This looks nice and was easy to put up but it is really poor quality. We have it more for image now. Wouldn’t want to sit on it which is a shame because I treated it with weather proof stain and it was a waste of time. Still looks nice but not practical at all.

Damaged packaging, damage to item (rectified) with some wood stain. Misaligned assembly hole that required a redrill. Item is covered with thin dark ‘dust’, unsure as to what this is (it could be what gives the ‘burnt’ look). Scrubbing will not remove. Will leave over the winter and see what happens , may require a restain of some kind.Nice design and shape, reasonably easy to assemble (apart from the one hole).

You’d think that all parts needed to assemble the bench would have been included; NO! So we had a legitimate reason to send back. Don’t be fooled by the picture. Yes it looks the part but you’ll be disappointed when it turns up. There are more sturdier benches out there.

I’ve had this bench now for over a couple of years, we live by the sea and it’s always been outside. It was easy to put together and still is sturdy. I’ve varnished it once and it still looks good in my cottage garden by the sea.

I like the look of it – Its not finished good. We had to treat it as soon as we opened it. It probably wont stand a winter. Just looks nice but ends at that. Very speedy delivery and to be fair was very cheap.

If I could give this zero + I would the worst peice of garden furniture I have ever come across, they even had the cheek to take the payment for this after my complaint. You can’t align any of the holes, and I doubt it will hold one person never mind two. I am surprised Amazon have given me no help with this. At least Hallowen is coming up, and the children will be at the door shortly looking for wood to burn. I wouldn’t even give them the money to send it back now. Do yourself a favour they may cost a bit more, go to your garden centre pay it,at least you know it will be fit for purpose

Delivery was on time. Putting the bench together was very easy. There was a manufacturing residue on the wood that meant the bench has been left to dry out before it can be used, After 3 weeks of leaving it to dry, the bench can be used without the risk of getting any marks on clothing.

Not the best thing we have purchased On assembly we found one of the wheels brocken and some of the wood is so soft we had to put large washers on some of the bolts because the heads sunk in when tightened .
