I was disappointed with this chair. I did not find it to be comfortable in any of the positions it was able to be put into. I gave it away! I had previously had a zero gravity garden chair from a different supplier which was extremely comfortable. It was fantastic and I expected this chair to be as good, but sadly it was not the same design. Beware! All zero gravity chairs are not the same.

The chair itself is not easy to get into you have to stradle the foot rest, safety issues for elderly. If the footrest went in flat and the backrest went upright this would have been a very nice chair, but was not for me. Chair has now been collected and I await my refund which I’m told will be 2/3 days

Bought last year, hardly used stored away properly over winter. Got them out a 2 days ago and yesterday my son sat on it and this is what it’s gone like. Warranty is only 30 days so seller hasn’t been of any help. DO NOT BUT!!!

Really happy with this. When it first arrived I couldn’t work out how to make it go into all of the positions as there are no instructions included, but once I realised there are adjustments on the legs etc it does exactly what I wanted. It’s really comfy and folds up neatly when not in use. So I can have a chair or a completely flat sun lounger.

Had to return this chair due to the back legs? They are hinged in the middle and no locking catch, so when you push back the legs just fold?? Dangerous!!

I thought that all the research that I did would lead me to making a good choice. My family struggled to sort this out and there is no way that I would be able to get off and on this safely. Very disappointed dont buy this if you are an arthritis sufferer like me. I am going to have to give it away

I assume that I would be able to adjust these seats while sitting on them.Incorrect/ I also assumed I would be able to put these chairs into a sitting up position – incorrect.Didn’t actually use them until we went away in our caravan by which time it was too late to return them.I very much regret my purchase

I could hardly sit on and almost impossible to stand up from this chair I am 5foot 1 inch. Also it collapsed under me , luckily slowly.

Had this chair for just over 3 months before the material ripped on the seat along the seams on both sides so it can no longer be used. Has been used very lightly over the summer months, very bad quality chair, not worth buying.

The chair arrived 2 days earlier than stated, luckily we were home.one unpacked the quality was ok. The big fail for me was the adjustments. As far as I can see, the back has only 2 positions, recline or flat. The leg or feet section has 3 adjustments which you have to set manually before you sit on it. If you are already sitting on it and you want to raise or lower the legs, you have to get out of the chair and adjust manually again. Not relaxing at all in fact I found it quite a chore. When the footrest is in the up or level position and you lower the back. You find your legs point skywards. So you have to get off AGAIN readjust the foot rest to it’s lowest setting then get back on after you have lowered the back rest. On the plus side it has a small adjustable pillow.I would carefully read the description before purchasing. I cannot find the 5 speed backrest positions at all.It has been several weeks now since I returned the item. I am still waiting for a refund.

Once you get on it is very comfortable, however getting off can be difficult. Extended feet resting piece sticks out a long way. Very sturdy & well made.
