Overview
We have a 7-day return and refund policy. We are unable to provide you with a full refund or exchange after 7 days have passed since your purchase.
Your item must be brand-new and in the same condition as you received it in order to be eligible for a return. Additionally, it must be in its original packing.
There are some products that cannot be returned. Food, flowers, newspapers, magazines, and other perishable items are not returnable. Additionally, we do not accept products that are hazardous, contain flammable liquids or gases, or are intimate or hygienic goods.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
We need a receipt or other evidence of purchase in order to process your return.
Please don’t return your purchase to the merchant.
There are some circumstances in which only partial refunds are allowed:
- Apparent use marks in the book.
- Opened software, video games, CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, cassette tapes, and vinyl records.
- Any product that, for reasons not related to our error, is not in its original state, is damaged, or is missing pieces.
- Any product returned beyond the 30-day delivery window.
Refunds
We will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item after it has been received and examined. When your refund request is approved or denied, we will let you know as well.
If you’re accepted, your refund will be processed, and within a predetermined window of time, a credit will automatically be given to your credit card or other original form of payment.
Late or missing refunds
First, double-check your bank account if you haven’t already received a refund.
Then get in touch with your credit card provider because it can take some time for the refund to appear on your account.
Contact your bank next. Before a refund is posted, there is frequently a processing period.
Please email us if you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund.
Sale items
Only items with standard prices may be refunded. Discounted items cannot be returned.
Exchanges
Only defective or damaged items are subject to replacement. Send us an email at and send your item to our address if you need to exchange it for the same item.
Gifts
You will be given a gift credit for the amount of your return if the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and shipped to you directly. You will receive a gift certificate in the mail after the returned item has been received.
We will send the gift giver a refund and let them know about your return if the item wasn’t listed as a gift when it was purchased or the gift donor had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later.
Shipping returns
You should mail your product to our address in order to return it.
The expense of your own shipping for returning your goods is your responsibility. The cost of shipping is not refundable. The cost of return postage will be subtracted from your refund if you get one.
The amount of time it may take for your replaced item to arrive to you will depend on where you reside.
Consider using a trackable shipping service or getting shipment insurance if you are returning more pricey things. We cannot assure you that we will get your returned products.
